I went to the Grease Monkey in Draper to have inspection and some other small things serviced. I had a wonderful employee named Josh help me. The visit was just so pleasant. Everything explained to my understanding and so patient. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience at Grease Monkey in Draper. Went in for emissions testing. There was one person in front of me, but I dont think I waited even 10 minutes. They were working quickly and efficiently and got me in and out very quickly. I even got a flower when I paid. Very impressed with the customer service experience and I will be back.

The workers were very polite and the customer service was fantastic!!! They have free drinks and coffee too. They didn’t try and sale me things that I didn’t need. They were very fast and efficient. I definitely recommend them. Only place I go to get my car serviced

Would be 5 stars if they communicated between employees. I had to remind them of a blinker issue. Other than that they did a good job, it was quick, and they were all very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

I needed to get my emissions testing and an on the spot renewal done for my car registration. Stopped at Jiffy Lube up the street first and was told they had already packed up their equipment for the day and I’d have to come back. Pulled into Grease Monkey and even though it was 15 minutes until closing time they still managed to get everything done that I needed. Prices were reasonable and they were super friendly and helpful. I’ll be going to Grease Monkey first going forward. Highly recommend.

They got my oil changed in the time it took me to use the restroom. They didnt try to sell me on 1,000 other products and services either.Awesome experience, highly reccomend over other nearby auto shops.

This was literally the fastest experience I have had getting an oil change. There werent any exhausting up-selling tactics or arm twisting to get my wipers or air filters replaced. I now consider myself a newly converted customer.

I came here twice this week for two separate vehicles, once because jiffy lube didn’t have my filter and the second one because jiffy lube had an hour wait. Both times Greas Monkey changed my oil in literally 5 min. They spelled out to me the cost of every line item, they didn’t waste my time trying to sell me air filters, and they even helped with some coupons to save me a few bucks. They might cost a little more than jiffy lube, but the experience is well worth it.

Ivw been uses this location for several years now and this place is awesome. They are very understanding and super fast. They never pressure me into getting useless fixes like the other places do and they always find me a discount I can use so the prices are the best. They also gave me a flower once i was finished. This is a great store. The guys here are fast and extremely professional. They suggest services you may want for your vehicle, but are not pushy in any way about it like other places. They have a clean shop and waiting room. And all the employees are all really nice to my dog so that’s always a plus.

I called at the end of the day after arriving in town on a business trip. Dave was kind enough to squeeze me in the following day to try and figure out what was going on with my brakes. And get me going again before I had to head home. After a bit of diagnostics he figured more work was needing done than they were going to be able to accomplish in time. Dave went out of his way to call around and find a shop that could get me in. He then drove my rig over to the shop for me while was tied up. Although I didnt end up getting work done at Grease Monkey I cant speak highly enough of the way I was taken care of. THANK YOU.

I used to go to curts car wash for my admissions, never again, the guys here are literally the best they are nice and very helpful unlike curts car wash who was very rude and unhelpful, I had a problem that grease monkey couldn’t help with and they recommend a shop that could, curts car wash however basically said get lost we can’t do that.

Absolutely love this location! Not only are they fast and efficient at what they do. They are also extremely nice and treat everyone with the same kindness. It doesnt matter if you have a stupid question or not they answer and explain everything so that its easy to understand. It doesnt matter how much knowledge you have about cars, they are there to help and answer all questions to the absolute best of their abilities. I will definitely be taking my car back for any and all future maintenance.

Grease Monkey was very welcoming and helpful. When I pulled into their driveway someone came out to greet me and asked what service I needed. They layed out the options with pricing. Lucky I was the only car so I got top notch service, all the workers were helping on my car. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was told the items completed and had all questions answered as I checked out. I will definitely be back!Edit- 6/11/21 I went back to get my squeaky brakes fixed. I was quoted $400 per axle of rotors, brake pads, and service. I paid that, only had my rear axel done, they said the front still has some life on it. The work was quoted 1.5 hours, i had a friend give me a ride home luckily, because the work took 4 hours. I was told they couldnt get the parts as quickly as they thought, the actual work only takes 45 minutes. Friendly techs and trustful service.
