I’ve really tried to like these guys. The people are general very nice. Unfortunately, I’ve had to take my 2017 Sprinter in numerous times since purchasing it new back in 2017 and 7 times out of 10 I’ve had to take it back in because they didn’t fix what was needing to be fixed. And when they do have the van it generally takes several days to a week to repair (which it hard when you have a large family and that is your only vehicle that can fit everyone). Not to mention any appointment you get is for at least a month out if not longer. So if your van isn’t working or you need anything fixed that threatens the safety of driving it (like brakes, etc) you have to choose to either risk it or not have a vehicle for the next month or so. I have an extended warranty but have had to take the van elsewhere and pay for repairs because we just couldn’t wait on the service department to both make the appointment AND then actually do the repairs or maintenance. I will say, however, that the last time we took the van in (even thought we had to wait a month to actually get the van in, there did the repairs very quickly and had it back to us in just one day. It was awesome. Unfortunately, once again they didn’t fix one of the items they said had been fixed. So now, even though it was their mistake, we can’t get the van in until October 12th. Almost a month and a half away…to fix what they said had already been fixed. We’ll keep trying, I guess. At least until the warranty runs out.
Mercedes is the BEST!! They always are so quick and professional! Chris is so nice and such a good guy! I always go in and get my car washed and it’s so quick and easy! I recently got a service on my car and Chris even got me a Lyft to and from the gym while I waited for my car! They even did my emissions for free and all my registration. It makes me never want to go anywhere else!
My service rep has been with me since I bought the car. Always takes great care of me!! All Mercedes dealerships do great but Draper shines above them all, and for all of you Californians who have relocated… hands down better than Mercedes of foothill ranch. And I though nobody could do better than them. I enjoy going and having my yearly service because they just make you feel as if you are part of the family no matter the age or model of your car.
Quality work every time we leave our car. When we get a detail done, my car comes back looking brand new!
Excellent customer service. I had a nail in my tire and had it to have my Mercedes towed to nearest dealership. It was a Saturday morning, they were able to replace my tire within 20 minutes of my car arriving . They were fast, efficient, professional, friendly, and definitely went out of their way to work my car into their schedule in an emergency. Thank You Mercedes Benz of Draper !!

Service team here is one of the best I have ever come across. Chris and Taylor have been incredible over the years to explain everything without taking advantage of the customer. I am sold on Mercedes and this specific team forever.
They did a good job with the exception of the tire pressure! We left town the next morning and the check tire pressure light came on telling us to check all the tires pressure! We had to get off the freeway too find help but most places were closed, so we had to wait for help. But every tire was different. But they got it corrected and we lost about an hour!
They found out that the part they sent for was deficient and they had to order another part. They called about a week or so later and they had the new part. They were efficient in getting it done. I left happy about the experience. Thank you!
Every single time I have been to the service department here the service writers have been always kind of snobby towards me and even the last time I was there I asked for some services to be done and they didnt get them done. They then told me that they could do them but they would have to charge me extra money. I was actually not happy at all with my last visit with this place and I doubt I will be back to their service department. The only reason why Im giving you three stars of because the parts department takes very good care of me and always has.
We love our C450. Its our favorite vehicle. Chris was fantastic getting our vehicle in quickly, and efficiently. Brent Lloyd our salesperson was helpful as always. Highly recommend!!!
They were able to diagnose the problem. The repair which we were told would be a day or two ended up being six days. The person who was handling the repair let us know what the problem was and how much the repair would be. He told us if the part was available our car would be ready the next day or two. We didn’t hear back from him until Monday, six days later, when we got a text that our car was ready for pick up.
Great service and friendly staff. Super quick and willing to help me get back and forth. Highly recommend!

I was treated well upon arrival and both Scott Mabey and Jason Doyle ensured everything was taken care of quickly and in a timely manner.
Needed a standard service. Schedule was a month in advance, took 5 days to complete. Picked it up and the auxiliary power doesn’t work. Water bottles left in the cab not mine. Absolutely disappointed.
Mike Allred and the financial specialist (I apologize, Ive forgotten his name!) made a recent trade-in and used car purchase the easiest and best car purchase experience Ive ever had! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
Mercedes-Benz of Draper is the best dealer I’ve ever been to. Everything is done to make certain the customer is satisfied with their services. They really are exceptional.
The service I came in for was done well, but I had just had the car in a couple weeks earlier for a repair and wish they had noted that the service was also do so I didn’t have to come back in.And then immediately upon getting the car back from the service, I noticed that the tires where very worn down, with one nearly bald. Seems like something that could have and should have been addressed or at least noted while it was in for service.
EDIT: I had already spoken repeatedly with Mike Choate on the phone during this very recent ordeal and expressed that I had seen a pattern of dishonesty. He immediately got defensive, cut me off, and told me they werent interested in my business. Its not surprising to see his copy/pasted reply below (as you see with many other poor reviews for their service department) pretending that he has no idea what this is about. Its clear theyre more interested in lying on Google Maps than actually making anything better for customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.My visit to this dealer was marked with a pattern of dishonesty, delays, and disrespect for my time. I was told, when making an appointment 8 weeks in advance, that I could walk out later that day with my vehicle. When I dropped it off the night before service (just to be sure) I was quoted two days. When I hadn’t heard in two days, I called in and was told someone had been working on it since I dropped it off and it would be ready the next morning.They never called, so I finally got in touch around noon, and was told they had not even started my car until that morning. They then tried to upsell me on a service that I didn’t need and refused to give a timeline for when the vehicle would be ready. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.
Gage was great to work with. However, the phone and email system they use to communicate with was horrible and nobody seemed to care. The labor rate seemed a bit excessive as well. They wanted to charge a full hour to replace the battery, it took me 20 min and Im not a professional. Just like all dealerships I guess, way over priced.
Steve zitting has helped me for years and everybody that he’s put me in contact with has been so gracious and so helpful I have gotten the most excellent service and because of Steve Zitting I will be a Mercedes client for life!

Took my sprinter in because it wouldnt start. Before I took it in I replaced starter and relay myself. The first thing they did is put a new starter and relay in. That didnt fix it. Next it was cdi module. Then it was cables. Then fusebox. They had my van for over 6 months and acted annoyed when I asked for updates. The bill was over 5,000 dollars. some auxiliary applications dont work anymore after they had it. Take it somewhere else or work on it yourself if possible.

Took our sprinter for warranty repair, the advisor wasn’t profesional at all giving us a hard time on our appointment when we had an appointment schedule for weeks, finally they took it in and gave us the diagnostic of what needed to be done and the part was schedule to arrive in a week. I follow up after a week and a half and left messages at least 5 and 2 hand written by the receptionist to give me a call…. Well he advisor never call finally did another attempt after making another appointment with another dealership to take it in for the repair, this time the advisor answer telling me that it will be done that they and he will call as soon as is ready to be picked up… well he never call again…
Time to trade my Mercedes in for a car from a dealership with better customer service.

Overall the one thing I took my car into to service they didn’t communicate that it wasn’t done and that they had to order parts no idea when it will be done
My wife’s GL was finished on time spotlessly clean. Chris B. kept me posted all the way along. He informed me of a critical recall repair the car needs.

The last few years I have only received the highest of service. Recently it has taken a turn. I brought my car in for service, they didn’t do all that was requested, and when I called back to come back and schedule, it took me 5 calls and demanding a call back to get assistance.
Be sure to ask the price on everything. If you don’t you will end up with a HUGE bill!
