I dont think Ive ever been so angry. Whoever just cut my hair. The older lady.Jesus Christ. Literally no one else has been this bad at cutting my hair at this place. Im literally sitting in my car losing my mind because Im so mad.How are you the only one with no clue how to cut black people hair? I get it. We live with a majority of white people but no one else had an issue. They did it right. But you.I just wanna break something right now. Dont even know why I paid for it. Should have just walked out. If you didnt know what to do you should have just let someone else do it. I would have been fine waiting.

I am in the area for work for 5 weeks and this place is just around the corner. I have gone here 3 times. Each time I had a different lady cut my hair. They have all done a great job and I would continue going here if I lived here. The place is clean and the appointment system is easy and convenient. I love that after the cut they take you to the back, wash your hair, hot towel on face and massage your head. You then go back to the front and they finish your hair. This is the place to get your hair cut and big thanks to Taylor for my last haircut as she did an amazing job.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now, and I haven’t had the same stylist….. and every time has been incredible. Your staff is trained perfectly to let the customer feel comfortable. Every cut I have received has been excellent, especially the times I requested a specific cut. The funny thing is, is that my best cuts came when they recommended what what looked best. They are professional, kind and very engaging, to make the customer feel at ease. I won’t go anywhere else in Utah, they are the best 😁

I was not impressed at all. Only two people on duty basically a 2-hour wait for a haircut, impossible to be able to use the app to be able to pick the stylist you want ahead of time before they come in. I wont be busy in this location again.

Moved to Draper and ended up in this store after a friends suggestion. Lauryn did an amazing job. She was flexible, professional, and quick. Got an MVP.

Ive been here a few times and have been treated professionally each time with good haircuts. Today my stylist was Jordin and she provided exceptionally good service.

Jordin is fantastic and the whole team is knowledgeable and friendly. Sport Clips has no equal in the men and boys hair care field. On line check in makes it so simple to get in and get on with your day.

I travel a lot and I usually do not have time to make appointments at hair salons. I have used Great Clips and other places like Great Clips. This time I decided I would give Sports Clips a try. I was able to download the app and put my name in and by the time I got there, I was up. I believe my stylist was Hanna at the Draper location. I cannot say enough good things about how she treated me. I ended up doing the full service, I think it was called a home run where they wash your hair and massage you scalp.I own a consulting business and customer service is very important to me. This place is all about taking care of their clients. I say client, be cause I will not use anyone else from now on. I am a nee client:):).

Jordin was the best! I can’t recommend her enough, she cut my hair exactly like I wanted while still considering my hair texture and curl type. It was my first time at this location and I can’t wait to go back every 4 weeks :)

Kelli did an incredible job cutting my hair. She listened to what I wanted, offered advice along the way, gave a great scalp massage, and was overall very friendly. With just opening back up post quarantine (May 11), this location has everything down in regards to keeping you and their employees safe and healthy. Your temperature is taken at the door. The entire staff is wearing face masks. If you don’t have your own mask, they will provide a disposable mask for you to wear during your cut. The payment terminals are wiped down after each transaction. All in all, you can be assured that you’ll get a great haircut and be safe doing so.

So, they called up the manager oF this location, and she informed me that it would only work at the location i purchased it at. i, have to sAy that it made me freaking furious!!!🤔 i, should have been told this info. when i purchased the MVP- pass that it was only good at the location i purchased it at... i, feel this was REALLY-REALLY ridiculous!!! i, gave back the extra product i was going to BUY, and just gave a very- NICE- tip to my hairstyles. Best haircut i have ever had!

I felt safe from covid. No wait of any length. First cut since March. Did well except for enough trimming over ears. Still acceptable. Was not a regular stylist.

Sara does a GREAT job on my haircut every time I go. I have also seen a few other stylists and they have also done a great job. I always get in and done in a timely manner and always feel welcome and comfortable there while getting a great hair cut. I love the MVP experience just wish sometimes that they would not worry about passing too hard:) It always relaxes me and also is great to not leave with hair going everywhere. I would highly recommend the Draper store!

I have been going here for several years now and have had several different stylists. I usually just go with the first one available but now I will be requesting the same one. Heather was very friendly and personable while also very knowledgeable about the style I wanted. I brought a picture in instead of doing my usual style they have in the system and she asked many questions and gave opinions on what she thought would work best with my hair while being true to the style I wanted (I have some terrible cowlicks). Heather really cared about making sure it was perfect, even spending extra time working on my cowlick and making sure every hair was perfect. I always do the MVP with the hot towels and I was very impressed. Most of the time they use lukewarm towels but she got the hottest towels possible just how I like it. Heather went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible.

It was a great experience having Jordin cutting and styling my hair. After so long not having it done, due to covid. I felt like a new person. She was professional and very detail oriented. She knew exactly what I needed.I highly recommend this place.

Kris was my stylist. I had never been into a Sports Clips, and now I dont think Ill get my hair cut anywhere else! Honestly, I never went because I thought it was too fancy and expensive for me. But the truth is, its still fancy but pretty darn affordable! The experience was amazing, I could tell my stylist really knew what they were doing, they were very kind and helped decide what was best for my hair! If I was bald, Id go in for the hot towel and head massage alone. And I was informed a couple of times about free neck trimmings in-between cuts (to make the haircut last longer). This company clearly cares about their customer satisfaction in the best way. I wish my hair grew 10 times quicker so I could stop by more often

My son wasnt particularly excited about going to a hair salon, but after seeing how comfortable the staff made him, and the quality of the service (he liked having the hair washed and towel over his face!) He asked me to give Sports Clips in Draper a Five Star review.

Though I went to a new stylist every time due to my schedule constraints, the experience was great and always had quick and clean service. Would recommend this place.

Been using sport clips as our go to barber shop for over 5 years now. This location, “not the company” has the worst service I’ve seen out of the corporation. Very rude, and disrespectful, it’s like the employees were on edge and the vibe was horrible.

I was originally planning on just going to a restaurant next door. After they told us itd be a 40 minute wait time I figured Id try my luck getting my hair cut.Sara was my stylist and she was awesome! I told her what was going on in case they called is back sooner and she was happy to work with it. She listened to everything I wanted done and was really fast but still incredibly meticulous! After the hot towel/head rub treatment (I almost passed out because of how good it felt) she wanted to give the haircut a quick once over and clipped a few hairs here and there. She really did a phenomenal job. I couldnt be happier!I was in and out in maybe 25 minutes? Which was prefect because a table was ready early too.Thank you, Sara!! Youre amazing!

Always a good haircut, and even with the MVP service, its still less than a barber shop. I alternate between this location and the south town location; I beleive they are owned by different franchisees, but the service is still pretty much the same.Definitely missed my haircuts the last couple of months...

I dig Sport Clips. I’ve frequented many, but Heather at the Draper, Ut recently fixed my post covid haircut. I was all excited and went somewhere else that had opened their doors a week earlier. I should have waited. Heather was able to still make my almost buzz cut look good. I felt well taken care of and feel polished again. See you in two weeks!

I love this location, the people are always friendly and great to deal with. I actually went in twice on Saturday. I checked in online via the app and got my hair cut. There were a lot of people working and it was pretty quick. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was in and out with great service. I brought sons in later on in the afternoon. There were not as many people working and the wait was more like 10 minutes even with online check in and service was much slower. The staff was still friendly and great service but just not as fast. Maybe it was just an off day but consistency could be improved.

Jordin was a joy to interact with. She was super careful not only with giving me a great haircut, but creating a safe, clean environment at her workstation. She did a great job sanitizing her equipment and wearing her mask correctly. Thank you Jordin.

Recently I took to google to share a negative experience I encountered at this local sport clips. The experience was not only a negative customer experience based, but also a racially insensitive experience, with the stylist using a specific word that should no longer be in the English language. Since Ive shared that experience, I will say the response from this establishment has been truly astounding, and my goal is to not only edit my previous review but to also share how fantastic the Sport Clips leadership team was throughout the process.First I would like to share that my intention of the review wasnt to hurt anyone or any business, but mainly to share my experience and hopefully help educate along the way. Second, a few hours after my first review I received phone calls from the manager of the store, as well as the owner of the store, both who shared great remorse for my experience. Their diligent pursuit to understand what took place during my experience and to immediately resolve the issue going forward was truly above and beyond!I cant speak for other Sport Clips location, but I can speak for the one in draper, when it comes to their leadership team. They were fantastic, honest, remorseful, understanding, and truly cared to right the wrong their customer experience. This establishment will continue to receive my business in the future, and cant thank the leadership of this establishment enough for there ability to resolve the issue.I truly hope the stylist can learn and grow from this experience, and understand you never know the background of the customer sitting in your chair regardless of their skin color. I was working in Draper and need to get a hair cut, I have visited another Sport Clips on the east coast with a good experience so I gave them a go at it. I must say that Sara was the best! She listened to what I would like, cut it to perfection like it was a sculpture then washed and hot toweled my head with a massage. It was quite refreshing to say the least. I am not sure if I will be in Draper in the future but if I am I will be stopping by for another cut. So far out of the two locations I have been to they do a great job and dont take on hour to do it. I will be looking for more of the Sports Clips on my future travels to add to my reviews.

Angela was fantastic with my son! She did a great job and he had an awesome experience. He was scared to have his hair cut because we have had some bad experiences other places. She talked to him and he left say, “Angela was really nice!” He’s four so the fact he even remembered her name showed how awesome she was with him.

The salon is very clean and the stylists are energetic. The new app makes scheduling a breeze.

The girl who cut my hair, her name is Jordin, went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my haircut. And to be honest she is extremely good at what she does, not only hair, but her customer service was amazing! Y’all should give that girl a promotion! For real!

They used to be good, but overtime they got worse. These people seem to do it just for the money! I have consistently got bad haircuts the past few times that I have been there. I’m going to look elsewhere for a better place!

JORDIN is the best barber I have visited throughout the country. I am always worried when explaining to a stylist, that they may not understand what I want done. Jordin listens to what I want and exceeds my expectations every time I throw her curveballs. Jordin creates a light-hearted, fun environment for my time in the chair. I highly suggest Jordin. Tip her well, she deserves it.

I had a great experience. The haircut looks great(most important) but the MVP experience was awesome. It was great to have someone out my feet up and let me unwind for a few minutes.

Took my son for a haircut yesterday. He hasnt had a cut for a long time, so I really wanted a good one, and the stylist delivered. Great cut, and he enjoyed the extra pampering that he hasnt expected.

I had a very good experience! Morgan was very sweet and kind and did a very excellent job on my hair. She listened to my every need and what I wanted done to my hair. When we went to the wash house she made me feel relax and did an amazing job washing hair magic fingers. I will most definitely be going back to her in the near future :-).

Nikki does really well. She asks throughout the entire time if the way shes cutting it is the way you want it, not to mention she keeps the conversation going without forcing it. The entire staff is awesome and polite.

Morgan was my stylist, and compared to other visits at other locations, she provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had at a SportClips. She helped me figure out what kind of cut I wanted (since I wasn’t totally sure), and made sure I was completely comfortable and happy throughout my visit. She even made sure to double check things after the shampoo, and cleaned up the cut where it was needed. She was sincerely friendly, and carried a very pleasant conversation. I will keep coming back to this location because of how well I was treated.

It was my sons first experience at going to the barbers and it couldnt have been more positive. The hair stylist was friendly, chatty and made him feel really comfortable. As it was his first time, he got a complimentary hair wash and head massage which made it extra special. The price was very reasonable and we got a loyalty card which means we get a discount if we continue to go. Overall an excellent experience and we will definitely return.

Overall it was great. We walked in while waiting for Restaurant next door, since was an hour wait. Thought I signed in properly, and was only a 30 minute wait until my niece, who goes there all the time walked in and asked why name wasnt showing up on screen. Ladies quickly fixed it and wer ended up with nieces favorite stylist, who did an amazing job!!

Hire more people like Kelly. She was amazing. Great personality, customer service, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, experienced, comfortably at ease using her shears. She asked me to style my hair so she could observe how I like it and better understand how to cut it. I’ve been maybe 4 times to SportsClips and this was hands down one of the best hair cutting experiences I’ve had in a long time that didn’t cost me $50

They were super busy with Back to School haircuts, but they got my boys in as fast as they could. They were thorough with the haircuts and super friendly, taking care of everyone as fast as they could. It was our first time at a Sports Clips and we were very impressed. We will definitely be going back!

First time I’ve been to Sport Clips. Easy to set up an appointment via their app so I didn’t need to sit there waiting in line. Kelli did my haircut and did a great job of cleaning up the mess that Super Cuts gave me. I’ll be back.

If I could give this place an extra star, I would. Sarah (sp?) was beyond amazing. I came in looking for a change to my haircut regimen and a new stylist. Sadly, Sarah had to hear my sob stories of past hair horror stories, which she bore with great aplomb. Needless to say, she exceeded every expectation I had. I am very happy with how I was treated, from beginning to end. I wish for everyone to find a Sarah. I would definitely recommend this Sports Clips to anyone.

Sport Clips is great and the ladies that cut your hair are awesome. They listen to what you say and cut your hair the way you ask them to. I have been to three different Sport Clips from Ogden to Draper numerous times and I have no complaint about any of them. Totally satisfied every time. And the MVP treatment is so relaxing. If you have not been to Sport Clips yet what are you waiting for??? You have to try them out. You wont go back to your old shop to get a cut.

Ive never had such a bad experience at any of the Sport Clips locations before. The stylist needs to be a little more gentle with their clippers. She was way too rough and dug them into my scalp and pounded them against my head a few times! I came home with red marks on my head. Also, the stylist doesnt know how long 1/4 of an inch is! She completely buzzed my head when I only asked for not even 1/4 of an inch off, she took off over an inch!! I asked for the top to just be evened out and to not take off more than 1/4 of an inch! The stylist also covered my face with hair! My face was covered, it was in my eyes nose and mouth, and she even mentioned it and didnt bother to brush off any of it! The stylist was way too chatty and not paying any attention to what she was doing. I was even sitting with my eyes closed, which she should have taken as a hint that Id rather not chat. Wont be going back here again.

I took my boys in for a cut. They were very efficient and made the boys feel comfortable. For the first time, I was able to leave their sides & their cuts were cute as can be.

I appreciate that the stylists seem to stay longer here then at other similar places; no doubt this is a tribute to good company policies that takes care of their employees.I appreciate this because once I find someone who is willing to learn how I like my hair cut will be available when I return the following month eliminating the How do you like it routine.I go to the Draper store on 12300 and Sara Evens is my Go-To stylist; I only go there when she is available. If Sara will be gone on vacation I choose to have Nicki do my hair.I also like the ease of checkin and stylist selection.

Sports clips has a great atmosphere. It is nice to have a game on the tv in front of you to entertain while getting your haircut. The employees are fun to talk to. I LOVE the head/scalp massage when you get the MVP treatment.

I thought the hairdresser did a great job on the haircut. My husband really liked that she used a hairdryer to blow off all the excess hair. He likes the haircut and I do too. One thing we noticed that could be improved is that the hairdresser didn’t know the prices of things like shampoos and stuff but that wasn’t too big of a deal. Overall we had a great experience!

Horrible, I go to the sports clips in sandy off 103 most of the time. I came to this one as it had no wait. I now know why they had no wait.The lady who cut my hair messed it up and kept trying to fix it, just kept making it worse. She also coughed right me twice and cut my ear with her fingernail. Not all the sharp things they use to cut your hair. Her fingernail.I will not be back to this location.

My hairdresser Cory, gave me your VIP treatment because it was my first time visiting your shop and I loved it. She did a good job but I was super stressed because of a academic leadership course I am taking and the way she treated me really took the edge off. Thanks so much!

After checking in at the Kiosk, I was greeted immediately by a friendly stylist and taken back for a great, fast haircut and VIP service. The stylist was personable, professional and even talked sports with interest. Exactly what I was looking for in a quick, no nonsense haircut.

I have never used Sports Clips before and I have nothing bad to say about the staff, who were all very pleasant and friendly. My criticism is aimed at the reception, because if you have never visited this salon before, the check in is not easy and is not explained anywhere on signage! The last thing I would want if I was in the chair having my haircut, is the hairdresser having to down tools to check people in! I was waiting by the cash register and what I then found out to be the check in screen, when another client entered the store and jumped in front of me, because he knew the process! I then had to wait an additional 30mins, because that guy had taken what should have been my slot and was totally oblivious to this fact (or was he!!) Anyway, all that being said, the lady who cut my hair was extremely pleasant and done a great job :)

The MVP is my go-to. I like most sports clips locations, but this one is by far my favorite. I go there once a month. Yes, I have had one bad experience. But 1 out of 25 is not bad considering what you pay.

This location has great service and is less busy than other locations in the area. The MVP is the way to go. Nothing like a hot towel and scalp massage along with a wash to stop the little prickly hairs from bothering me for the rest of the day.

First time visit for my 8 year old son. All the team was super nice and as I waited I did notice that they were very attentive to their clients needs and reminding them of products they know they use and may need more of. I know thats a sales thing but I felt like it was polite and not a pushy reminder.
