Found myself losing a serpentine belt on the freeway and took the first exit. Fortunately I found myself at this automotive repair shop. I had no idea what kind of quality and/or service I would get but didn’t have much of a choice. It was Sunday and the shop was not open until Tuesday due to the 4th of July holiday. Booked an appointment online and got a response from Sean letting me know that they were closed on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday and let him know my issue. My truck was ready to pick up before noon that same day. Great communication and excellent service. I wish I had a auto shop with these same values up in my area. I would highly recommend them for service on my vehicles. Thanks Sean and the staff there.

Went in about a month ago right before a big move to another state to get the serpentine belt replaced. It stopped screaming for all of 30 minutes before it got infinitely worse. I was told it was just because it was hot outside. Drove my car for a 12 hour move, and since its only gotten worse. I had to take it in again somewhere local to my new area because the serpentine belt is still slipping and was told they didnt even use the right belt. So now only one month later have to get the whole thing done again. I trusted the higher reviews when I went in but now I see that was a mistake. If you are thinking of going here for auto repair, I would look elsewhere.

Very kind and professional. Got me in quickly and took the extra time to make sure all of my fluids were toped off before I left for a road trip. Waiting area is clean and kept up well. Will come here for all of my auto needs and refer friends as well!

A shame that they keep changing the story about how much and how long it’s going to take. Won’t ever trust them to take my car there. Still waiting to see how they are going to handle the dirt and mud in the car from when they left the window rolled down. I wouldn’t trust these guys to fix a lawn mower. They do not stand behind their work and will avoid taking responsibility at all costs. We will be going the legal route because of their substandard workmanship.

These guys treated me right. They solved my car problems quickly and cheaply. When replacing my window motor, they cracked my speaker cover. I never would have noticed, but they offered to fix it for free as soon as the part comes in! I’ll be back for sure.

Sean got me in to take a look at my vehicle in a professional and timely manner! Couldn’t recommend them enough. I used to go to another shop, but they always had long wait times and tried to nickel and dime you on every little thing. This other shop even recommended doing services that I recently had done. The entire staff at Star Boys is very friendly and didn’t try to “upsell” me on a ton of things I didn’t need. Star Boys is the only place I trust to take my vehicles 👍👍

I have actually never visited these guys, but the other day I had a flat tire just on the other side of the freeway off ramp wall from them. We were unable to get the lug nuts off, so I called them to ask if we could get the car over there, would they loosen them for me. The girl I talked to was so nice and said they would help however they could. Unfortunately we couldnt get over there and had to go with something different, but judging from the phone call, I would definitely use them in the future!

My first time going to Star Boys and they impressed me. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and it was ready by 10:30 am the next day. If I went to a dealership, my car would have been there for 3-5 days.Sean was professional, had great communication and took pictures of what was wrong with my car and explained the route they took to fix the issues.As a woman, most car mechanics or shops talk at you or don’t explain things bc you probably don’t understand. Thank you Sean for using your time to explain and pass on knowledge to your customers. It shows you care and puts trust into you and your business.I would recommend Star Boys and will go to them for all future needs.

I found Star Boys from a Toyota group on FaceBook. So far their services are great and more affordable than me doing the work myself. Only been twice so far, but planning to go back for more services.

I got recommended this place by someone at Auto Zone and I am so glad I took his advice. Not only did they charge the same (probably less actually) as what I would’ve paid at Walmart for the same job, but they were clean and fast and clearly knew what they were talking about. I expected to wait an hour or so for my oil and filter change but I was done in half that time. My car is running way better and I’m so happy with the job they did. They were also very friendly, and I will definitely be going back for my future maintenance needs.

Felt my brakes having issues just before heading out to go camping. Called star boys and they were able to get me in immediately and confirmed that my brakes needed replacing. I was in and out within an hour and back on the road to enjoy the weekend. Thanks guys!

This place is great. I had my cars battery replaced here without any issue. They had the best prices (trust me, I called around) and finished in record time.

We took two of our cars here for alignment because of the amazing reviews. Both cars, not just one, both cars alignment was worse when we got them back. We called them and they said bring them back and they would fix it. So we scheduled an appt and took them back just to be told they wouldn’t be able to get to our car that day (even though we had an appt). Scheduled another appt, took them in and again was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it that day (again with an appt) and they wanted me to reschedule again! I am appalled at how they run their business and the lack of quality work they do. We will not use them again!Update: we worked with Sean and took the cars back in again. They are working well now.

This place is great! We worked with Shawn and he was honest and fast. The car was finished the same day we took it in and the total cost came out to lower than he quoted us. So we felt he was really honest because we had agreed to the higher price and he could have not said anything and charged us the quoted price. 10/10 would recommend!

Great shop with honest mechanics. They sourced a starter and battery for my vehicle in time for me to have it before Sunday. The price for the part was right and the shop fees were set at a reasonable rate. Then when the Alternative failed later they were able to get a new one put on and have me and my girls on our way. The location is a bit of a pain especially during peak hours but this is not the shops fault.

Knowing that the store I work for is a complete rip off I decided to see what kind of a price I could get from Star Boys. It was Saturday around 11 am. I was getting on I15 when my tire started making some noise. I got off in Draper and found I had 3 of 5 lugs broken on one tire. I pulled in and they immediately fixed it. Very friendly and clean. Ill be coming back for other services. Thanks Star Boys.

Ive had my alignment done here twice and continued to feel bumpy. Went and had it checked at Burt Brothers and they confirmed it was waaay off. I dont know how Star Boys could align my tires twice and it could turn out so poorly. Im going to see if I can get a refund.

I was driving on the freeway on my way to Salt Lake and my car starting making a strange noise. I got off on the nearest exit and stopped by here for help. I know nothing about cars, so the most detailed I could be about the issue was explaining the noise. The mechanic was very friendly and put my car on the lift. He saw the issue instantly, and brought me in the garage to show me the malfunction, what the malfunctioning part is used for, and went over different fix options. He had it fixed in under a half hour. And I cant say everyone will experience this, but, with how small the issue was and how simple the fix was, I wasnt charged. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic and I recommend anyone to stop by here at Star Boys.

Came here to get some new tires on my classic vehicle, and was very impressed with how quickly I was done. The entire time I was sure my baby was getting taken care of by people who knew what they were doing.
