When you pay to have something fixed, its fixed right. OK, three words then!Cant say enough good about a business that has integrity AND talent.

New to the area and was recommended PK. I was not disappointed. Took in my 20 year old Subaru and they treated it like it was a brand new vehicle. I feel like I got my moneys worth. A few days after picking up my car, a new sound started, so I brought it back, and they had it fixed within the day and took care of us. 10 out of 10 would recommend. They have a new customer for life now.

Waited a week after dropping my truck off before I finally called them to see what the issue was, they still didnt know. After a few more days and me suggesting where to look, they asked how much I liked my truck, because it was going to be pricey to fix. Long story short I did all the leg work they shouldve done and I went elsewhere and got it fixed for $1200 instead of the $3k+ I was quoted. They were very unprofessional, told me flat out they mark up prices on parts and theyd have to charge more if I found it for cheaper. I thought shop rates were where you made your money, not screwing the customer on parts. I used to recommend this shop, but no more.

Paul helped me out while I was there. He knows his stuff, and doesnt over charge. I always get worried auto shops are taking advantage of me and charging me things I dont need. I feel comfortable with Paul and the work he does it tip top. Not the most personable people, but they get the job done well.

I had a pretty good experience here - they fixed my car in pretty good time - and I felt they were absolutely honest with me. The pricing seemed really expensive though - I wish I had asked other auto shops to see how much it would have been so fix compared to PK Auto.

Just so readers of this know, I am not generous with my ratings. They have to be earned. This was the first time I went here. They were friendly and fixed my oil leak. However, the $499.65 price for an oil pan with new oil was more than I expected and 10% higher than the verbal estimate.

The service available at this automotive business was fast, reliable, perficiant, thorough, not to mention the customer service from staff aswell as the mechanics was honest and worthwhile. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a honest and friendly service.
