I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Packey Webb Ford! Everything from start to finish was exceptional!After an endless search looking for the only Ford Bronco Sport that would make me willing to turn in my other great vehicle - a Black Bronco Sport Outer Banks with Outer Banks Package and Ford CoPilot 360 -, Packey Ford was literally the only location that had one at the time I was looking. Of course, that Bronco sold pretty much as we were calling the dealership. :(But then, we got a call the next day that it’s “twin” might be on the way! I was trying not to get too excited, but John Webb reached out. We gave him a call and he generously took time to talk after closing. We found John was extremely honest and direct about what he might be able to do to help me get the one car I wanted, but I never dreamed might would be mine, considering challenging inventory at this time across the country. The next day, we agreed to terms with John, which we felt were quite fair.We were exploring financing options on our own, but John also hooked us up with their phenomenal finance fellow, Chris Shuman. Chris got us an even better rate than our credit union, which is truly impressive! We still didn’t know when my beautiful Outer Banks would arrive, but it seemed we had everything in order.John and Chris are miracle workers because within the next 24 hours, we got the call our Bronco arrived at the dealership!!! My husband and I road tripped a worthwhile 3 hours the next morning and were greeted by Chris’ wonderful son, Brendon. Brendon gave us a wonderful orientation to our new Bronco, while Chris wrapped up another meeting.While signing off on our financing with Chris, we found him not only great fun to work with, but clear in explanations of what we were signing off on. I also couldn’t believe the INCREDIBLE warranties Webb offered! Outstanding!!!Honestly, every single person we met at Packey Webb was fun, direct, honest, and just great people!After we left the dealership, my husband and I went out for dinner. We both were in awe at our phenomenal experience. My husband even said this was probably the most positive, incredible car-buying experience we’ve ever enjoyed. We live a few hours away, but my husband said when the Bronco Maverick comes out OR whenever he’s up for any new or used car, he’s starting with Packey Webb Ford from now on. Discussion on price was straight forward and very competitive vs. other dealerships I looked into.Paperwork was quick and efficient. One additional benefit was the extended warranty. Before I committed to it from the dealership, i made a few calls to external warranty companies. Packey Webb was a better price. Overall, great experience working with this dealership.

We had a warranty issue from A repair done at the Ford facility where we purchased our transit from and Schaumburg. It took three weeks to get it back “fixed“ well… That didn’t last and when we had an issue again we went with Packey Webb…Our delivery van is essential for our daily business… Vincent at Packey completely understood and he is the bomb! I was literally just here for an oil change and multi-point inspection and almost 2 weeks later, I had to come back because my engine light came on. I called Packey for an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that it would be $139.95 plus tax (and fees) to do a diagnostics test and afterwards, theyd tell me what they found and the additional cost. If they told me that when I called to make the appointment, I would have gone somewhere else, since my warranty is now expired - but at this point, Im at the dealership at 8am on a Tuesday. So I go along, thinking the cost couldnt be more than $250 max since my car was running fine, aside from the engine light being on.Well, I was VERY wrong. I was told the cost would be $495 plus taxes and fees to replace my canister purge valve! On average, it costs less than $200 to replace. I told Packey not to make the repair (I felt I was being overcharged), and ultimately I had to give them $151.29 - which was the total cost after taxes and fees just for them to look at my car! I called a few local repair shops for quotes and the average price Im getting is $170. Further, I wanted to see if the price varied among other Ford dealerships, and shockingly, they do! I was quoted $324 plus tax and fees for the SAME repair from another reputable, well known Ford dealership. Its quite a difference. Needless to say, Packey is dishonest and overcharging/ ripping people off. I want my $151.29 back, but Im sure that wont happen. I will NOT be back and I do not recommend being serviced here unless you still have an active warranty. Once they see you dont have a warranty anymore, dont be surprised if they try to overcharge you.

I was very pleased with my experience. I went in initially to fix a very noisy wheel situation which was diagnosed, but needed a part ordered. At the same time, Nick told me that they could replace the engine mount to secure it and eliminate that vibration - what vibration? I was not even aware of it! I believe I had lived with it so long that I just thought it was a natural sound from the car! Couldn’t believe how quiet my car was after the engine mount was replaced! Within a week, got a call that the wheel parts were in, set an appointment, and am now happily driving a quiet car in which I can actually hear my music and converse with my passengers! Very pleased with the service and attention to my car.

I just wanted a diagnostic check to see why the engine light came on. Next thing I know, the vehicle got washed (I didnt ask for it NOR did I want it), the antenna got bent because of the car wash, and the rear wiper was on the left side instead of where it is supposed to be. (I fixed that).Just do what the customer asks of you. If the customer asks for the other stuff, fine. If not, dont do it, its that simple!

After failing to correctly repair my vehicle(twice), keeping it for weeks at a time while they wait for parts without providing a loaner and then lying to me repeatedly, about when it would be done, only to try and upsell me 25 days into me not having my vehicle, I cannot recommend Packey Webb, not only do they struggle at vehicle service, but customer service too. Do better, go elsewhere.EDIT/REPLY: Sure, only after we complained and you realized you were going to have to take the truck apart for the second time, did you find me a loaner. Your staff repeatedly lied to me or miscommunicated and your service manager passed on the chance to make this right and didnt complete the requested tire change because they didnt like that I was upset that they waited 25 days before doing the tire change I initially requested (and approved) the day I dropped it off. Mentioning they were Throwing in an oil change (which you had to do anyway while fixing your mistakes) and returning the vehicle to my wife with no fuel in it and not so much as running it through the wash really sealed it for me, I wont be back.

Bought a 2019 Bullitt Mustang in February. They tried to deliver with an undersized Michelin in the rear. My son caught this on a 7,000 mile car. We were not able to inspect car thoroughly as it was in the service department getting the 255 replaced with a 275 Pilot Sport (Too bad it was in stock, I would have walked away from the deal). 150 mile ride home and I find out on a $40,000 deal the dealer only put less than a 1/4 tank of gas in. Get home want to check the owners manual..none, dealer wont send one, I buy online. When we bring the car out of the garage in February we discover that there was mis-matched paint work (noticeable in direct sunlight) on lower front air dam. I also spent many hours on my own doing paint correction, not uncommon on 2019s. There was zero disclosure from dealer or CarFax. I am getting entire front bumper cover replaced, not cheap. Bottom line be very careful when inspecting a nearly new car for delivery and dont trust CarFax or the dealer to disclose defects!

Purchased a pre-owned Transit Cargo over the phone. Did deposit by credit card and paid balance by cashiers check when I picked the van up. By far the best car buying experience of my life. They had the van clean and ready when I arrived and they had all the paperwork done too. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Nice clean vehicle as described on line. Courteous and helpful staff. I give them a 10! BTW my sales guy was Nick.

My sales person Jerry was nice. I was there for 5 hours, I was thinking Ill be there for 2 hours at most. The finance person seem got upset because I didnt want the extra coverage hes trying to sell me. The car I bought was not even clean. My daughter found food in the seat. It looks like they changed the oil but per their app it said I only have 20% left. They gave me only half a tank of gas. Which is fine, it just that every time I bought a car before I always got a full tank of gas, I guess that was just courtesy. We have an agreement to purchase the car for a certain amount but when I got to the finance office its $150 more. I was tired and I just want to leave that I didnt say anything. They also didnt put the front plates. I cant find the factory code so I cant change the code. So frustrating.

The pricing was more than fair (coupled with their 0% interest promo) and they were far more competitive than any other dealership I was speaking to. Too good to be true? Not with this dealership! My Mother always told me that if you cant say something nice....... I will say that Vince was very helpful and courteous. I wish I would have talked to him one if the other 3 times I went to the service dept this week to have a low tire pressure addressed. We told the tech that there was a low pressure alarm going off and they rotated the tires but never looked into the low pressure alert. We ended up getting stuck and ruining the tire.

Disappointed. Brought our 2020 Escape in yesterday for an intermittent blind spot warning sensor. Was told “No problem found,” and suggested it was dirty. They gave the car a wash. Problem is still clearly present today on our clean car. Definitely not dirt. Need somebody willing to really look into this, not give me a proverbial pat on the rear and send me home.

Mike Payne and the whole service team have taken great care of my car. I know I can leave it with them and it’ll be in good hands. This is specifically for the service dept. Was very disappointed that they told me I needed service that I didn’t need done. Had two other places check out their assessment after they did and both said items they listed were completely fabricated. After being a customer for over 15 years, I am disappointed.

Typical bait and switch dealer. Came in at an online price and when i sat down with the salesman Jerry, he raised the price up to msrp, his lame excuse was “thats commercial pricing”. Jerry had no intention of selling me a car. I made an out the door offer based on THEIR online price on a transit van and he did absolutely nothing to try and negotiate. Even 5 mins after i left i called him and told him i offer $1000 more and if they accept i will turn back around, he said he would talk to his manager and never got back to me. I don’t think I’ve ever begged any one to earn my business as much as i did these guys. Needless to say i purchased a new van elsewhere. Do business with another Ford Dealer that doesn’t try and use these 80s sales tactics and doesn’t have unmotivated sales people.

If you are looking for a new car, you have to head to Packey Webb Ford! I leaded my first car last week and I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I left like a VIP customer. They treated me with respect, they were honest and upfront about all my options and they truly cared about which car was the right fit for me. I will never purchase a car from any other dealership after this experience!

Dropped my car off for service. Next day I get phone call telling me my car has been stolen from the dealership. Dealership was broken into my vehicle was 1 of 2 cars taken. Now my question is why were the keys left in the car overnight while it was in the service bay? Do cars that are on the showroom floor have the keys left inside as well?Yes, I did receive a loaner with minimal options, no GPS. My car was a Limited Edition that had the bells and whistles. I feel that I have taken steps to ensure my car is safe, and Packey Webb did not. Additionally, I have had 1 follow-up phone call and have not heard anything since. What bothers me is that I had a bracelet my kids made for me that was sentimental and it has been in my possession for 5 years. It just took one trip to Packey Webb and now its gone. You decide your own opinion but a lot can be said with how this entire situation has been handled and I am still in the dark.

Adam is hands down the best salesperson! I was looking for a very specific mustang which my local Ford dealership was able to find at Packey Webb. Long story short, my local dealer wasn’t too motivated in helping me. I decided to go directly to the source where I was introduced to Adam over the phone. I made tentative arrangements to meet with him. I live 2 hours away so it was important to me to have the credit application approved prior to my visit. My plans changed and I was able to come early. I contacted Adam around 11 a.m. on the Tuesday prior to our set appt. By 7 p.m., I was driving home in my NEW MUSTANG!!! I have to mention, this was Adam’s day off and he came in just to help me and stayed an hour past closing time. He took time to go through the vehicles features, set up my phone app and made sure I did not have any questions before leaving. Anthony in finance also went above and beyond by staying over to get the documents signed with us. He was very thorough and made sure we understood what we were signing. I cannot thank these two enough for the effort and great customer service they provided.

Although it was a typical experience as far as buying a vehicle goes, I was unhappy to watch one of the salesman manhandle the “accessories” girl while I was sitting waiting for the finance guy. He clearly had ten years on her at least and whether or not she enjoyed it or was just taking it to keep her job is not for me to judge. F@ck Packey Webb Ford.
