We actually did not end up buying the car from them, they offered a fair deal, it was more car (size) than we needed and ended up going smaller. If it was a smaller SUV we would have moved forward. However, I still felt the need to give them a review because they were nice, respectful and followed up with us. Jesus and his manager Nick gave us time, energy and respect, and in todays market I didnt get that elsewhere.

Bill Kay service used to be exceptional. I purchased 3 cars from this dealership however we feel we are never treated like recurring customers. They now never do the little things like fill fluids, check tire pressure, or courtesy wash your vehicle and they used to do these things. Also no recommendations . Had to believe from a dealership.
As easy as it possibly could have been. Ive been going to bill kay for years, and this last time I bought a pathfinder. I told them what I wanted, they didnt have the color I wanted so they looked around at other dealerships and found one I liked. The buying process was fairly quick, and I was sitting behind the wheel of my new car in no time.
Ric in the service department is very courteous. He has excellent customer service skills. He is an advocate of total car maintenance, not trying to just make a buck. He made room on the schedule to get me in and out in a timely manner. I will continue to service my vehicle there because of him.
After I buy 2 cars for over 100000$ and pay them off I call them and asking for car what I see online. Car was Nissan Rough and price was 30500$ so I call asking is that car still available and yes is available but because car shortage guy told me that they selling car 2500$ over price. I am just letting you know who you dealing with. I am so disappointed that I work with them ever ! Helps them and buy car with them is like you working against yourself! Respect your self and get someone who treat buyers normal. I am using all my knowledge to get all social media explain about this people and also all contact what I can send to!

They were difficult to work with. I purchased gently used car and made contract for them to complete minor cosmetic repairs to the paint and they have not called me to schedule an appointment when they said they would. I have tried to get in touch with individuals from the dealership and have received no response. Should have had this completed over 2 weeks ago. The car was not detailed and I had to send it back to be washed for a second time before driving it off the lot. Still waiting to hear back as to the cosmetic repairs…
Top notch organization all around! I needed some special help getting the car that I desired. They couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Dare I say, Matt Klein could be the best Salesman in the Chicagoland area. The word “pushy” is nowhere in his lexicon. He was laidback, comforting, and like myself, a Baseball geek. Kim in the Finance department truly gives a “Golden” experience. I had her in stitches the whole time. She made the process fly by. A lot of people are weary of car dealerships, salespeople, etc., including myself. DO. NOT. HESITATE.

However after 2 days of communicating back and forth with them, they rectified the issue and all was well again. BILL KAY ALL THE WAY!
Work was performed satisfactory and on time. I always go there for my car maintenance because it’s easy to make appointment online, they do work in specified time frame and I get detailed report what was done and what I should plan on doing in the future.
My sales person was Shane. He was very helpful and led me to a great car. He gave me the space to make the decision and gave me good options to think about. He even drove my new car back to my house with his manager. Above and beyond!! I wont forget that.

I had already talked to a couple of other dealerships where they get you in there with a good price online and then once youre there they start adding on thousands of dollars worth of things you dont want or need or at least I didnt want or need. Plus I was paying cash which I found out they arent very happy about that either, theyd rather you finance. BUT when I went to Bill Kay Nissan it was completely different. My salesman was Shane and he was wonderful. Nice, laidback guy! No big fake sales pitch or pressure. He answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and didnt want, and worked with me on price. There was no adding on of all that extra stuff I didnt want.....I never felt taken advantage of. The sales manager was also great and friendly. He worked with Shane to get me the best price and get me in and out of there without any hassles. It was actually a nice car buying experience and they were all very nice, down to earth people, that took good care of me there without any games. .

I had my car booked in and dealt with Tim. He was friendly, fast and efficient. The information he gave me was relevant and helpful and got me in and out as soon as possible. The service was great.
I would strongly reccomend against using this dealership. I spoke with a sales rep,he was polite. When it came to discussing the details of working on a deal was transferred to one of the managers (Tim). Tim did not even entertain any negotiation, with a baseline attitude of rude the customer service was horrible and I was hung up on.Every and any car lease/purchase requires negotiation, this dealership did not entertain any form of it.
The service department was amazing. As a young female I worry about being pushed around to get extra things done to my car and let me tell you the guys who worked on my car and helped me through understanding everything were AMAZING. They cared about my safety and let me know what NEEDED to be done and what things could wait. From what I’ve seen and what others have said when I told them the cost of bill for all I got done is this place was incredibly fair for doing great work. I really recommend coming here and giving them a visit if you have any issues. At first nissan was going to be a second opinion from my first mechanic but now I’m going to be going to this location from now on.

I bought my Altima here in 2011 and Tim was great. But when I went back in 2013 because I got a letter in the mail saying that they were short on inventory and that I could get a free oil change if I got the car appraised, I was greeted with a not so great salesman. After trying to get me into a brand new Altima, and I decided it wasn’t what I wanted, the salesman refused to give me my license back and had me talk to someone above him who was even more rude. After about an hour of asking for my ID back I finally got it and left. Hopefully things have changed here since but I doubt I’ll ever be back when looking for another vehicle.
The salesperson was ok until I told him Id decided to purchase a vehicle of a different make. He proceeded to wish me luck with my purchase because everyone was having trouble with what I bought even though what I did buy was rated quite a bit higher than Nissan! Grow up!! Were your feelings hurt?!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. On June 29th, I was extremely disappointed with Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove. Once I walked into the service area I wasn’t acknowledged with the proper etiquette. The sales advisors continued their conversation then acknowledged my presence which is very unprofessional especially working in customer service. I’m really upset about how I was mistreated by the service department Rick Funston to be exact, he showed every way of micro aggression from the moment I walked in asking “well first do you even have a car? Or even insurance let alone a warranty” in such an unpleasant tone. Rick F made sure everyone elses problems were handled and could care less about my concerns with my car. His attitude toward others was completely different than with me. You can see it in his body language and facial expressions. Which caused me to leave the dealership with nothing solved after 2 hours, I do not trust the advisors and the fact the service manager Erik Emersit sided with the behavior of Rick F towards me disgust me as a customer.I asked Rick Funston if he was able to check my second problem he stated no with no further explanation. I said why not, he said because he only told them about the gear shift. I informed him that my main problem was the gear shift but I’m hearing a noise in the back of my car while driving at local speed. I then asked if he can have them take a look at it and he stated no again with no explanation again. I asked why not he stated “because he would have to bring my car back through service and he was not going to do that because there were other cars that needed to be serviced and mine was already looked at” I asked him again why would it be a problem if I been there since 9am and he stated “it would be too much to bring it back in and he’s not doing it”. That is when I decided to leave because I didn’t trust the service team let alone Rick F to service my car. I was mistreated multiple times and this is not how a business should operate. I asked for my keys back and he gave them back and stated “Go ahead, I do not care your car is out-front somewhere”. I asked to speak with the manager. He stated the manager was busy at the moment and couldnt help me. I then asked for an email and he said he didn’t have one but I can call back to the dealership number and wrote his name on the card. I decided to ask someone outside of service for the exact same information. That is when Kim in sales was very pleasant and tried to help me by providing me with both emails to the service manager and executive manager at Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove.Once I left I called over to speak to Erik Emersit when he lied saying he was in the area when Rick Funston was being rude and disrespectful towards me when in reality he was in the office on the phone with his door shut. Once on the phone Erik Emersit made it clear it was my fault that my car wasn’t being serviced and tried to over talk me as a customer service manager this behavior should not be condoned. This is not the proper training Nissan or any company would welcome. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION. I was hesitant to come to this location in the first place because in the past Nissan at Downers Grove told me they do not accept warranties outside of Nissan, which in my case isn’t true because a sales advisor at another company where I brought my car from said they do. I felt as if I was discriminated against because I am a African American woman so my needs and concerns weren’t a problem to them.I called back later that day to speak to the executive manager this time when I was told I would have the situation looked into. I have never received a call back which proves to me as an African American woman my concerns and problems were not a problem with them and they allow this type of horrific customer service to go one. Once again, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION.
I went in to have my vehicle checked out since I’ve been having difficulty with accelerating for the last few months. After my car went through diagnostics, they found nothing wrong. Kind of a bittersweet result. On one hand, they didn’t see anything wrong. On the other, I feel like I wasted $150. There really wasn’t any explanation as to why my car was having issues with acceleration.
Shane was a great salesperson and Nick helped too. My first Nissan and so far the Rouge is a great addition to my family. Drives great and looks great too.

Awful experience. Do not EVER buy a Nissan. I came to this location after having an AWFUL experience at the Melrose Park location because I thought the service would be better, but I was wrong. I bought my car NEW in 2017 from Nissan and have had a couple of problems with it. Recently my AC stopped working, so I took it to this location. They didn’t even look at my car and automatically wanted to charge me $150. I knew what was wrong with it, but wanted them to diagnose it before I did anything. When I told them that I didn’t want them to look at my car because it would cost me $150, they gave each other a look and didn’t even acknowledge me afterwards. As I was leaving I asked where my car was and if I could have my car key, all they told me was “it should be outside”. I will NEVER suggest ANYONE buy a Nissan car. Everyone in my family has a Toyota car and they have NEVER had any customer service problems or problems with their cars period. I want nothing to do with Nissan and am highly considering going to Toyota and trading in my car. DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY NISSAN DEALERSHIP.
They sent me a free oil change in the mail and then gave me a good deal on the tire rotation. Ric was the service technician and he was very personable and I felt like he wasnt out to do unnecessary work to get money, like most dealerships. Ric was genuinely nice and caring with his customers. He found a recall on my car that they took care of free of charge. He had my car put through the car wash. They have a really comfy lounge with good chairs and vending machines. I liked this place and would recommend.

Terrific experience with the service and sales departments. Im really glad I decided to bring my car here for the 10k service. The price was reasonable to begin with, and then they applied a coupon I didnt even know about that saved me more (thanks Tim!). While waiting, the sales department answered all my questions on the new models and let me test drive a new Rogue and Murano (both are contenders, thanks Artur).

Our experience right through the door with Matt K. And Tim was excellent in every way. We came same day from out of state for a very competitively priced vehicle and Matt and his team really know their cars. Car was not detailed or serviced at all. He knew were coming the day prior. The service engine light was on the car and representative couldnt tell me anything but the car was brought in as a trade. I believe it was all a deterrent because the had raised the price as we were driving to get there to see it, but they had to honor my screenshot of lower cost. Very disappointing after an hour driving to see it.

They replaced the tires and changed the back brakes. Therefore, they increase the price by $2000 while I was negotiating the car!!! They didnt mentioned it to me, on the contrary, I asked the very same morning if the price of the car was the same, the seller said YES. They tried to hide the increased price but Im not dumb!**** Update****Donnie Jorman contacted me to apologize and honor the original price of the vehicle. Donnie sent a Uber driver to pick me up from home and he personally processed all the paperwork to make sure everything went smooth for me. Excellent customer service and management :)

Very easy going no pressure from him.I bought a certified pre-owned Rogue. Very happy so far with the vehicle . This is my 2nd vehicle from here .On the negative side financing was not a great experience . They have their own finance company. So they come back with financing of theirs at a high interest rate to see if you will fall for it. When you say no they come back with a lower interest loan from a bank. Saved 2 percent that way. Also the used car manager trys to put an extra bumper to bumper warranty in on you at $1800.00

I recently switched over to Bill Kay because I was y happy with the level of service at a previous dealer. I wanted some things looked at prior to my warranty running out and all the service folks were so helpful and detailed oriented. I had to go back a second time for a new issue a day ago and worked with Alex and Eric. Again, these guys were super detailed and was very cognizant about how important it was to have everything looked at prior to my warranty expiring out. They were reasonable with pricing and performed excellent service!
Was good experience with Tim. He handled good with the repairs done and dealing with warranty. Only part I didnt like that the alignment was not done correctly and have 2 extra visits. Technician said we only do front alignment since the repair is only front. This does not make any sense to me since nissan charging full amount for alignment. He said ok I will give you favor since it was my second visit and will do rear alignment as well. Car is still pulling on left while holding steering straight.I will not do 3rd seperate visit for the alignment since he said its all done according to the specifications.

My air conditioner went out in my 2020 Nissan Maxima and they had to order a part to have it fixed
I got a vehicle from this dealership February 2020. It is a 2013 Ford Escape. The process was extremely long and they tried to make it seem like they were helping me with the trade value of my car and later found out it was just tacked on as negative equity on my 2013 Ford Escape Lease. Prior to finding this out, thinking I’d had good service i referred a friend and was told I’d receive $150 referral bonus if a vehicle was purchased. My friend purchased her car a couple weeks after me and here we are in November and I still haven’t seen that referral check, even after several emails and calls.Now... I kept up with my oil changes and tune ups and on October 12th the transmission went out on the vehicle! I’ve barely had the vehicle 9months and they are trying to tell me there’s absolutely nothing they can do as far as a trade or even assistance with the part. A loyalty owner manager contacted me claiming to want to help and asked for proof that it was the transmission from my mechanic and he’d see what he could do. Once the information was provided he ghosted me. I’ve called and left voicemails and it’s been an entire week and I haven’t heard from them. I’d never recommend this dealership again. Period. It’s one thing dealing with a bad vehicle, it’s another dealing with a true lack of integrity!

The technicians are also super knowledgeable. They fixed up my car within a day. Service was great but the bathrooms were a total disgrace! There was mold growing in the toilets there were dead bugs all over the floor the wastebasket was full. I can’t believe the bathroom was in such bad shape. In your waiting area your refrigerator with water had only one bottle of water in it. In my previous services that refrigerator was always well stocked. I’m glad there was one bottle in there for me.
My 2018 Rogue would not accept gas when I stopped up the street to fill up. I went to Bill Kays and the service manager had someone come out and check the Rogue. Then the technician went with me back to the gas station, to a different pump and everything worked fine. Ive gotten gas once since then and everything is okay. The service at Bill Kays has always been exceptional.

Erik and Carl the mechanic service team are not good people. They are dishonest liars and lie about problems in your car don’t go to them and get rippped off
Went on a search for a new car and Randall made a grand effort in not only getting me in one, but also assisting me throughout the entire process. I was able to trade in a 2015 car for a 2020 crossover which is exactly what I wanted. The entire staff treated me with much respect and gave genuine care, it was a pleasure of mine to do business with them!
This is probably the best Nissan dealership that is out there in Illinois! Matt Klein somehow managed to make my parents comfortable on their purchase of 2017 Rogue. The reason I said that is because both my parents solely speak Spanish and often are afraid to make a deal happen due to the language barrier, but that was not the case with Matt Klein and the rest of the Bill Kay team.Also, Nick Zoumboulis is a magician! Nick worked with me for over six hours this past Saturday (12/12) trying to help get rid of a burden on a Sentra that my family has. There were so many huddles that Nick had to jump over to make what seemed like an impossible deal to leaving the lot with a new car. I appreciate the time that Nick and the rest of Bill Kay team gave to my parents and I to make us leave happy!

Everyone was so kind and honest!! I was greeted from the moment I came in and they were so friendly. The prices were fair, reasonable, and everyone treated my mom and I like we were family. Overall a great experience!!
Jerimy in service was very helpful. Had an issue with the Pathfinder which was taken care of under warranty. They gladly offered a loaner which helped us a lot. Thanks for the great service!
This is the most uncertain of times. I am the only person in my house leaving every day for work. The morning my car wouldnt start, I called Bill Kay. It was Ric who answered my desparate plea for help. He calmed me down and assured me my car could be fixed. Hands down the most amazing experience, in what could have easily become another challenge.
