Contacted the proprietor, Gary, for a water heater issue, caused due to a change in water pressure as a result of the recent water meter size and service upgrade in our home. Gary showed up in less than 90 minutes and fixed the problem. Very efficient and prompt service. The main thing is, Gary knows his subject very well and he is very competent. His charges are not unreasonable and the quality of his work is remarkable. What else can one expect?

We had an emergency issue with our primary sump pump, and back up pump not working. Of course it happens during a very hard rain storm. We called Plumbing Pros at 4 in the afternoon and they were at our house within 15 minutes. They immediately removed both failing pumps and replaced it with a temporary pump to get through the storm. They returned first thing the next morning and installed the new primary and battery back up pump system. The job was finished by 9 AM and was completed very quickly, and very professionally.

I have used Plumbing Pros exclusively for five years now. Gary, the owner is wonderful and he is often on jobs himself. Every other plumber that has come out has been knowledgeable and professional and skilled. Response time is amazing - just a few minutes each time before they get back to me. I had an issue this week and they were here in under an hour and fixed everything perfectly. Prices are fair and I trust them completely - I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Found this company on Google and I sent a message via text on Google. Gary responded a lot quicker than I expected, especially on a Sunday with the Bears/Packers game on. I requested a Monday appt. to take a look at my ejector pump or whatever might be causing water in my basement. Pete came out and my pump was working like it should, and no water was coming up from drain. If it isnt broken, dont fix it. Pete suggested that I get a water alarm, just in case it happened again. At the time we didnt know what caused the water. The alarm that he suggested woke me up the next morning, and I was able to record what was happening. I called and Pete was dispatched back out. The issue was taken care promptly. The water alarm suggestion saved my morning and my carpet. Pete wore a mask and shoe covers, and explained all that was going on. I highly recommend this Company. Ive used Plumbing Pros a few times, our master shower was clogged and Plumbing Pros came out for a few visits starting with easy fixes and moving to more difficult repairs. They also replaced our extractor pump the morning after it failed. Luckily the alarm alerted us to the issue, before it became a real problem. Today they fixed a leaking drain pipe and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They have been fairly priced and trustworthy, and I have recommended them to friends.

I am thrilled with the service and price received from plumbing pro. Initially, I contacted a large plumbing company to replace my existing hot water tank. Upon arrival the technician complained that my hot water tank location was inaccessible because it was in a tight spot between the HVAC and wall. I contacted Gary. He had me sent him a photo of my existing hot water tank setup. Provided a quote and completed the installation as arranged the following day. Our shower fixture broke. Replacing it was not as easy as just ordering the part,s since the company that made the fixture & replacement parts had been bought out many times over. Pete figured out exactly what was wrong & with a lot of hours of Gary tracking down the part, Pete was able to fix the shower. We also have an independent hand held in the same shower which many plumbers have checked out over the last 9 years & while they might have gotten it working again temporarily (due to the ‘crazy’ installation of it), only Pete has gotten it to work again permanently. Given the parts were so difficult to track down & with the mailing system being so nuts during Covid-19, I also appreciated the communication updates. This is the ONLY company I will use moving forward. Fantastic in every way!!!!!

I called early morning, and they were here by the afternoon. Gary called to update me on their ETA, which was appreciated. They quickly got the clog cleared, and gave me a 90 day warranty on the work.I called here first because a few months ago, we had some awful smells coming from the laundry room drain every time we ran the washer. He told me to put some vegetable oil in the drain and did not charge me for the visit! The next day, he even followed up to see if it had solved the issue. How many people dont charge you for a house call?? 👍😁 Definitely earned our business and we will continue to call (though I hope we dont have to).

Gary and his crew replaced my gas powered water heater at a price that was competitive with other quotes I had received. They replaced the water valve and gas valve, everything needed was included in the price, there were no extra charges. While they were there they even cleared a basement floor drain that they discovered was mostly clogged at no charge. This work was completed six months ago and there have been no issues.

Upon moving into our town-home we discovered that there was a problem in our upstairs bathroom. Every time we showered there was water leaking through the ceiling into our half bath below. Highly recommend Gary at Plumbing Pros. Because Im a new homeowner I went with Plumbing Pros because their drain cleaning included a camera inspection. Boy am I thankful I got the camera inspection done. Being able to visually inspect the clog and entire drain line was extremely reassuring. My kitchen sink backed up and it was horrible. I called a plumber who came out several days later. He snaked the disposal, gave me some toxic chemical to pour down the sink and charged over $200. It probably took him 10 minutes. Flash forward a few months...same problem. This time I called Plumbing Pros and Gary came to the house. He snaked the sink and discovered the previous plumber had caused an obstruction. He then went to my basement and cleaned out the pipes in the ceiling. The smell and mess were awful. Gary cleaned everything too and charged less than the other guy for far more work. Since then he has patched leaks, installed toilets and done other work for us. I will never call anyone else.

He recommended a new disposal as I knew our disposal was on it’s last leg.
