Mike and his team were OUTSTANDING!! Had some water damages inside from the winter time and they took care of it to the point where you can’t tell anything happened.They did great work, were professional and always kept me in the loop. Mike’s team of Jose and Alphonso did an amazing job. What I appreciate about them the most is that they were transparent with me. They weren’t afraid to tell me what needed to be done or extra time needed to complete the job right. That is huge and I truly appreciate it. Better to get the job right then to just rush through it.Highly recommend them for any of your general contracting needs. A+ work and very satisfied.

Long overdue, but I had to write a review...... I always planned on finishing our basement. We lived in a raised ranch style home so the space and the storage became more of an issue over the years. Being forced into a scenario where I had to work from home while the kids are also doing school in a remote setting; we made the decision to bite the bullet and commit to finishing our basement.....Wishlist: Office/bedroom, full bath, extra closets, recreational area, close off area for laundry room, and wet bar (last minute addition to our plans).Quotes: We quoted multiple companies, most of which were priced much higher and lacked the flexibility in design accommodations. We werent sure what we could afford, especially in this weird state of the pandemic. M&M quoted everything that we wished to have so that we can make better decisions on what was necessity vs. desire. I was able to develop a project budget around that quote based on the a la carte breakdown I was given. Ultimately M&M was the best solution for our family!Construction Process: We are definitely in the high maintenance category when it comes to customers. The flexibility we were allowed helped us to make adjustments to our plans/design throughout the process, from numbers of lights and where we wanted them positioned, adding 2 extra closets that were unplanned, and my personal favorite, adding a wet bar around the corner from my office! Of course this added extra time for total completion of the project, but 100% worth the wait! Even during the final walk through I was able to point out small details I wanted done which was done with no hesitation. Completed the project with in the budget!Overall Evaluation and Recommendation: For sure we made the best decision going with M&M. From a cost and satisfaction stand point we could not be any happier. We have shown our basement to many of our friends and family; so now they are going with Mike and his crew for their home upgrades. And I dont recommend companies easily when I decide to vouch for people. Especially close connections! We are now planning on upgrading our kitchen and maybe adding a new master bedroom and for sure M&M will be the first call. But thats a review we will add later! Mike from M &M is a true professional. We hired him to install new kitchen counters, sink, faucet and back splash! He was quick to reply with an estimate and beginning the job.. I was hoping to get this done by mid June and he was done in a week. Punctual and excellent work! We are extremely pleased!

After receiving several quotes, we decided to have M&M Construction remodel our kitchen, mudroom, and replace the flooring. The crew is hard working and reliable. We are very pleased with quality of products and work, and are looking forward to the next project. Great work, great service, for a great value.

This company came in and finished a job that the previous contractor left undone. Getting a mid-way project isnt easy. These guys were awesome. Polite, friendly, communicative, and the results are lovely. I hope to hire them for other work in the future.

Mike and his team did a great job of restoring my place after water damage! Everything was orchestrated timely and those guys did a real QUALITY work. They are REAL PROs in painting, laminate flooring, tile work, molding and beyond. Id highly recommend them to my friends and family!

M&M Construction and Restoration did an excellent job updating my kitchen, basement, siding, roof and windows. Dont trust anyone else to do repairs, upgrades etc to my home. We also had water damage in our basement and they responded quickly to avoid more damage to our drywall and carpets. Highly recommend this company for all your repairs or upgrades to your home.

Dan and his team are truly fantastic! We needed repairs after a sewage backup in our first floor bathroom/utility room. Right after sending my inquiry in, I was called within HOURS and got an estimate fairly quick. They worked with my insurance (who had been a pain dealing with up until I found M&M) and they quickly came to an agreement and work started immediately. These guys were so fast, and the job they did was phenomenal. My house looks so much better now than it did even before the damage! Mike and the entire team at M&M Construction are truly fantastic. We selected M&M to help refinish our basement last year and couldnt have been happier with our decision. We reviewed three bids for the project and not only did Mike come in with the best offer, but also the most detailed.
