Great experience working with Mark and team. The crew was timely, professional and left the work site clean every night. They worked around our needs with a toddler and a tight time frame to belated first birthday party and even came back three weeks later to install late arriving drawer pulls that we had ordered.

Mark and his Team replaced our outdated, laminate kitchen countertops with beautiful quartz. This included removal of the old (and disgusting) counters, sink, faucet and garbage disposal, updating some of the plumbing and electrical and installing the new countertops with under mount sink, new faucet, garbage disposal and even some backsplash touchups. BIG shoutout to the BEST K&S designer, Aurea, who not only guided us to the right products and finishes but kept us laughing along the way. If I could give more stars to Kitchens & Spaces, I would ...because they DESERVE it!

We had a new bathroom vanity installed, but they never finished the job. Every time I called Leah said the part just came in and she’d schedule the work. But it’s been 8 weeks, and it it’s still not finished. Once they came out and tried to install a different part, but it was the wrong part and we refused to let them do that. If we would have withheld the final payment, I think the work would be done immediately. I cannot recommend Kitchens and Spaces; I didn’t think they operated like that.

We used K&S to remodel our kitchen & 1st floor living space in the summer of 2019. Owner, Mark, & Lead Designer/PM, Leah, were very attentive & responsive throughout the entire design & build process. Their team was very friendly & professional as well.Overall, we were satisfied with the final outcome of the project despite it taking a few extra weeks to finish due to some issues with the tile that was installed (which is the reason for the 4* instead of 5*). They did work hard to resolve the issues we had & we were appreciative of that.We would recommend K&S to others & would consider using them for future projects as well.

Was very pleased. My kitchen cabinets came from this place through a designer and I was very pleased. The builder said they are excellent quality and the pricing very good e en with a custom paint. I went back to discuss some built ins for the living room and they were very helpful. It was the last day of a big sale and I had to put down a deposit in order to take advantage of it. I did so thinking that I could change my mind as long as I didnt buy anything but turns out that isnt really the case. So unless they were willing to grant an exception I was out $1500. Thankfully they did, although I would caution against putting down a deposit on anything unless you are positive you know what youre buying.

Kitchens and Spaces are remarkably awesome! We purchased a condo that needed updating in many areas. One of the challenges was that we were downsizing from a large home that we had remodeled a few years ago with a beautiful spa bathroom and a cute little power room. Our new place was functional but lacking in many areas. So, we selected to start with the bathrooms. Because, we were moving with a cat we needed to have an unobtrusive place for his little box. That may seem a little overboard but we wanted the luxuries we had in our former home plus a built-in space for the litter box as well as a bigger shower than the condo had. With Leah excellent sense of design and Mark’s fantastic construction insight they transformed our ugly ducklings (there were 2 bathrooms that needed updating) into fantastic, contemporary, sparkling swans! The crew they sent were both very professional and very competent. We were amazed with their workmanship and the pride they took in the job. These are traits that we thought no longer could be found. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Kitchen and Spaces. They do exceptional work.

Although I have known Mark all my life, it has not always been a smooth road growing up with a younger brother. Mark has always been my best friend since early childhood. We have helped each other on many occasions in both family and our careers. In 2001 Mark and I decided to go into a business partnership in buying and reselling homes. Since I knew the financial aspects and structuring of buying and selling, I heavily relied on Marks expertise in the construction field. I have to say that with so many projects that we had going at one time, Mark always found a way to organize his time and his work crews to make sure that we did not go past our set financial goals. As our partnership was flourishing exponentially I had to move out of state for personal reasons. With my move to Arizona in 2003, Mark continued the business and expanded. Then Mark and I have lost touch for some time. I recently came back to visit Mark in Illinois and I could not believe the seamless way that Mark operates in his construction Company, K&S. I got a chance to meet a lot of his employees on a personal level and the commitment to Client First set by Mark is deeply ingrained to each one of the team members. We were in the process of getting proposals for our master bathroom remodel when our neighbors showed us their newly renovated exquisite master bathroom completed by Mark Wojtowicz (owner) and Leah Morgan (lead designer) at KITCHENS & SPACES. We signed a contract with KITCHENS & SPACES about 1 week later. Mark visited our project daily and kept us informed of every stage in the remodel process. We couldnt have chosen better products and tile work without Leahs expert eye. They completely transformed our outdated and dull master bath into a luxurious retreat with a large walk in shower, large double sink vanity and in-floor radiant heating. The construction crew were professional, worked within the time frame quoted (even finishing early!) and cleaned up daily. We were so impressed and satisfied with the end result, we immediately contracted with KITCHEN & SPACES to install new hardwood floors in our dining and living room as well as refinish the floors in our kitchen and hallways. All workmen (Carpenter, electrician, plumbers) used her drawings to install our kitchen. The dimensions were perfect and nothing was left out. Leah will be the first person I call when I have another remodeling project. She was prompt to handle all questions. When our project got delayed due to electrical contractor issues, she able to delay installation without any problems. Very nice and very professional person and company to work with.
