Typically, I don’t like to use bad reviews, especially for businesses that really depend on clients/customers, but this really got to me because I was getting my hair cut for my birthday. I’ve been here twice and I’ve had Sean (the owner) cut my hair both times. I’m fairly new to the area and trying to find a new barber. That being said, I’ve been growing a rat tail for almost two years. The first time Sean did an okay job although he clipped my rat tail. This time I sat in the chair, and reminded him of my rat tail before he started cutting my hair. When I was ready to get up, I looked in the mirror and my rat tail was completely gone. When I pointed it out to Sean, he told me that it wasn’t gone and he proceeded to cut a triangle deep into the back of my head. When I politely told him I refused to pay, he said he wouldn’t cut my hair anymore. I was upset that he cut my rat tail, but everything that happened afterwards really rubbed me the wrong way. Now I have a scar in shape of a triangle on the back of my hand and I’m missing my rat tail that I’ve been growing for 2 years. I’m leaving 2 stars so people read this, and know that this is a cool place and Sean seems like a cool dude, I just don’t think he handled the situation the best way.

Walked in at 5:45. The barber asked who I wanted to cut my hair and I pointed to him and one other guy. I waited for an hour and a half and asked when I was next. The same barber said I had one guy waiting on front of me so I thought it was fine, but then some other lady and her son came on after me and they were serviced almost immediately. Now it would make sense if the lady had made an appointment, but she openly admitted that she was just walking in. After they finished with the ladies son, the two barbers I pointed to proceed to talk and just sit around for an extra 5- 10 minutes. By that time I lost my patience and left. Never coming back again, don’t care how good their service may be.

JD did an outstanding job cutting my sons hair. Clean cut, and very professional. I will be coming back. Great Barbers.

Smooth little spot. Chris cool though, pulled up last minute he got me right left a tip and dipped. The waiting area chairs just harder then hard literally!

Even though they are busy and you may have to wait a little it is well worth it. The cuts are A1, all of the barbers are super nice, and you always feel welcome. Came here a couple years back due to the long wait times at the other Barber and havent taken my boys anywhere else since then.

The staff is very professional and friendly and you are guaranteed a good quality haircut each visit. I would definitely recommend Syndicutz Barbershop as a top barbershop in Douglasville. One barber that I recommend personally is Chris, he is very professional and can deliver on any style haircut.

Would definitely give it zero stars if possible! Brought my son here and the minute he walked in they asked if he had money. Obviously we did if not then we wouldnt have gone in. Completely rude and would not recommend unless you look like you have money. Even then theyre definitely gonna over charge you.

Needless to say when I come into the shop I look slightly homeless with the overgrown hair and raggedy beard. But it doesnt seem to matter whose chair I set in I always walk away with the fresh C.E.O look. Last person who cut my hair was named JD professional and skilled turned a bum into a young executive. This is why i will continue to come here as long as the doors stay open

I have been bringing my son to this barbershop since he was 7 years old off and on. My sons had 3 amazing barbers at this shop, current one being Frank. We had a misunderstanding, but his value of his customers caused him to reach out and work it all out. Im impressed and grateful for his service and all the barbers. Most importantly we always love his skills.

Stop today (Sunday)to get a haircut for my sons and myself and let me say do not sleep on Corrie hes a very timid guy but he gives an awesome haircut, the 2 barbers were nice and professional

Always 1st class from too to bottom. Everybody cant cut everybodys hair. But here.everybody got they own style. Ask your barber whos they favorite and boom..theres your back up.

If I could rate this place a zero star, I would. Its never good to think that your work is better than it really is. This place has NOT been the same since Odom left. It might be the closest for some living in the area. However the overall work is NOT that great. Waste of money. And some barbers there want to charge $60 to make an appt. Dont believe any of the hype. To each its own. However, your money would be well spent somewhere else!

If you are looking for skill, the latest cuts, & old school barber shop feel. This is the place for you. Hands down the best barber shop in the area. No debate. Reputable guys in there.

The shave was good

We showed up at 8:15pm, online advises they close at 9pm. When we went in there were 3 barbers, one not doing anything. They said they weren’t cutting anymore. Very confusing because the shop doesn’t close until 9pm. We then asked why... the one not doing anything said he could do “an edge” yes... only an edge but it would cost $25. I asked so during closing hours, you make your own prices? Another barber answered and said, they chose what they want to do. I asked why they were so rude? They said we aren’t rude with smirks. I do not advise anyone to go to this shop. If you want rude customer service and prices that they just want to make up whenever they want to...go there! But the service was terrible and for us from Florida as a first experience walking in a shop... we will never go back again.

Good barber shop but Always raises prices for a haircut. I am in college and come home for breaks. I was literally here in the summer time and my haircuts went from 20-25 in 2 weeks. Now they are trying to charge $30 for I hair cut and that’s absurd. I will never pay $30 for a fade nowhere I go idc if I’m rich!! They charge by the person not the price of the store

I was told it was such a good shop, not! I have a low natural and wanted my sides tapered and faced in the back the barber was constantly asking me how to cut my hair, annoying! The barbers were busy looking out the window at the women from the fitness center saying sexiest statements, disrespectful! My barber was booked up that i usually go to and i regret not waiting on an opening because my hair looks like i did it myself and they charged too much, never again. Go at your own risk. He gave me a business card and i threw it in the garbage where it belongs.

Went to this barbershop today and ask the team how long the wait was and they advised that my son could be next so we came in and waited. The wait was a Little longer than I liked so we decided to leave. As we were leaving out one of gentlemen advised he could get my son next. I asked how long and he said 30 minutes top. I agreed and my busy 3 year old and I stayed. This man continued to watch the football game and talk to the guys at the shop. This made the 30 minutes top take extremely longer. Finally the man he was cutting is now done.... this would mean we are next; right? NO.... another child was seated after I than waited an hour with a busy body 3 yr old. That was VERY Unprofessional and I was PISSED. As we got up to leave without expressing my anger he tells me to have a good day. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP; AS I AM NEVER HAPPY WITH WASTED TIME...

As one review said, very disorganized as far as knowing which client is next to get a haircut. It was my first time there, so I did not have a regular go-to barber . I would have at least like to know if I was next or something. It seems like most barbershops near Douglasville have this type of disorganization. While other barbershops in the Atlanta area seem to have better customer service as far as asking if you want a specific barber or can be seen by whomever is available. I hate to write bad reviews but I hope someone in management will take note.I own a business and I know how customer service affects the bottom line.

If I could I would give this place a 0. I came into the shop at 8:10, I asked the man with the dreads if he could give me a kut. He told me yes 50 bucks so I started laughing then he comments 60 since you think I’m playing??? Like you can’t be serious...his customer service is very horrible

Walk in on Saturday afternoon and was about to get in with Odom the Barber. After going to 3 other local barberahops and my 13 yr old being disappointed.....finding this shop was a WINNER! I got to jam to clean 90s hiphop tracks and catch the game. The energy was great and gave that Baltimore feel I miss. He has earn 3 new customers!!!

Yesterday I had a terrible hair cut here . Messed up my whole line, the fade was a joke look like someone just chopped in and took off . Very disappointed. 30$ not even a shave no clean line up .
