Sonja was amazing. Came to her after a stylist from a different salon (not same chain) burnt my hair out causing my hair to fall out. I was left with hair patches around my head. Sonja was able to correct the style by evening it out as well as gave guidance on how to treat the left over hair. I got a quick weave into a bob with an invisible part. It’s been about 4 weeks and I’m still getting complimented daily. I will definitely be back to give her all of my business.

I was a walk-in and I told the receptionist what I was wanting. Mind you, I went to two other salons prior to only having to wait 30min-2hrs. I gave in and went to Enve Salon in Douglasville. Brittney was my stylist and was amazing. I allowed her to freelance and I love it. I will definitely return and I would recommend Brittney.

I decided to make a review about Enve Salon because of the wonderful experiences I have at the salon. It is upsetting when you hear something negative has been said about a place that provides excellent customer service, above quality hair services, and an affordable rate. I spend a lot of time observing when I go to places and it is very apparent that each and every stylist gives quality work with a great attitude. The owner sets a very high standard for her employees. The owner is very business savvy person and knows how to appeal to clients whether it be music, comfortable waiting areas, the ease of computer-based appointments, and a great old fashion feel with good conversations. The owner has been very successful over many years and that alone speaks for itself. All the stylist there are constantly continuing their education and learning about new innovative styles and ways to improve your hair. I personally get my hair done by Aisha and when I leave her chair, I get compliments on my hair days later!! Aisha has revitalized my hair in so many ways and has educated me along the way. Many people are wearing their hair natural nowadays and I really encourage you to see Aisha and allow her to work some unbelievable magic. She truly has a gifted hand! The good thing about Enve is that all the stylist are exceptional in their craft. My advice..whichever stylist you choose at Enve, be prepared for great services because it is a rare commodity in todays society.

My 1st time @ this salon, so I was a little nervous but the owner made me feel comfortable & assured me that I was in good hands with Michelle. She did such a great job, I absolutely love my hair. This review is for my girl India!!! Before I write my review let me give you a little back story. Ive been natural roughly 5 years. In those 5 years Ive been to every natural hair specialist in Georgia. Paying anywhere from $35 to $150+ and has always walked away with heat damage. Things changed when I found India (shout out to you girl). She is the ONLY stylist that Ive been to that has NOT caused any heat damage (knock on wood lol). She takes her time to detangle your hair and dont just rake a comb through it. I started going to her at the beginning of the year and have been with her ever since. I trust her so much that I let her dye my hair (been wanting to for YEARS). She did a wonderful job!!! She doesnt just do natural hair though so if youre looking for a GOOD stylist shes your girl. I just wanted to put all my naturals on cause its hard out here in these streets when it comes to finding a good stylist.

They are respectful and friendly to their customers and I like the atmosphere there

Ive been coming to Enve Salon with Michelle for almost a year now. Ive always had such a great experience. Im never there all day. She gets me in and out. If my appointment is at a certain time then shes ready at that time. Even if I need a last minute appointment she will squeeze me in. The salon itself is clean, professional, and has a chic ambience. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. I recommend everyone in the Douglasville area to check them out. Michelle has been a life saver!!!!

I had the WORST experience EVER at this salon yesterday!!!! Lets just say I spent $667 on hair and a sew-in with a frontal and I am so pissed about my results and the customer service I received that I cant sleep. I came to Georgia from Virginia to get my hair done and it was a complete waste of money and time. When my install was complete I touched the side of my head and immediately felt tracks and huge thread knots. The hair was also thinner than i wanted (the stylist had me return a bundle and stated i didnt need it). When I brought this to the stylists attention (Jessica) she claimed she couldnt see anything and was more concerned about getting her next client. (Especially since I already paid). She had an oh well attitude. I left and as soon as I got in the car with my mother she said, Oh my gosh, I can see your tracks and stuff! She started taking pictures of what she saw in my head. I was so mad after spending 8 hours and $667 in the shop looking like I spent 30 minutes and $20. I went back to the shop and had my mom point out to Jessica the problem. She was very unconcerned and said well I have a client right now. She didnt apologize. She didnt care AT ALL. The Other GHETTO MESSES of stylists in the shop snickered, whispered, and threw out petty comments. I felt ignored. There was only ONE employee in that shop who conducted herself like a professional, Tracy. She apologized multiple times and seemed to be the only one in the shop who could see the issue with my hair. My stylist (Jessica) turned her back on me and this stylist (Tracy) tried everything in her power to help resolve my issue. I finally talked to the owner who referred me to a stylist at another enve location. This stylist fixed most of the issues. She reminded me that she had a long day and was tired, so couldnt add in more tracks like I wanted. I spent a lot of money and went through a lot yesterday. I am very disappointed with this black owned business.

Carmen, a systlist, did a horrible job to my hair!!! I asked for a bob sew in, she tells me my hair was too long. So, I opted for a quick weave. To pay what I paid, I should have had a much better finish product. I was not satisfied. I should have left the salon the first time. I dont mind spending money for my hair to be done, but I hate paying and not getting what I requested or having something i dont like. I will not be returning. Ill only use the people I know who will do a great job for the money I spend.

My stylist is Michelle.Shes very attentive, takes her time to give you a fierce hairstyle!Another things are fine quite important yet hard to find someone that will thoroughly wash your hair and your scalp. Michelle does a great job and with that! Clean tresses are just as important as the end result of the hairstyle.Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we certainly stand by the service here at ENVE Douglasville.Located inside Arbor Mall near Sears on level 2.

If you want a fabulous style in a chic environment go to Enve Salon in the Douglasville mall. Rarely can I find someone that knows how to cut the complex layers that i desire into my hair but Michelle nailed it. Her precision cut was on point and exceeded my expectations I will be back regardless of how far it is from Dallas, GA. See ya next week!

It was my first visit to the salon. I called the day before to schedule an appointment, and also confirmed the appointment via text. When I arrived, there was not a stylist available for my scheduled time. I waited an hour before the next stylist was available. RaShaunda was nice and did a good job!

Was polite at first persuaded me to come in only to give me a rainbow hairline. I don’t recommend the first barber on the right the old man to anyone. He made the right side of my fade lean inwards. Over charged me for a simpleton cut.

I did the big chop here and was happy with my overall cut, the price and stylist Topeka.Need a lineup she will be seeing me soon.

Razor Ray is the best barber in the shop, the rest are mediocre. The guy in the back left corner cut my sons neck up horribly. On a different occasion another barber we tried messed up his hair line up. I will only take my son to Ray.

Enve is a top notch salon. Avoid going to Atlanta you can get what you need right here in Dougasville. The stylist here are top notch and up to date with the newest styles. I just live watching the women walk out of the salon with the latest styles. Aisha works with me and keeps my hair healthy and goes to beauty classes and learns the lasted products out to make my hair better and longer. The owner whom I have known for years keeps her employees well educated and encourages them to get the knowledge. I love this little hidden jewel in Douglasville.

The place for a good Barbra shop

Some of the staff and the manager are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I only had good service 1 time in this place. Only one person in this salon showed excellent customer service and no attitude, everyone else gave bad service.

The staff customer service wise is ok, but paying $160 for a sew in that’s not worth $160 is not ok. If I had a full head of hair maybe possibly I would be comfortable paying $160. I have all sides shaven off which leaves just the top of my head.

I bring my nephew to Will and he always does a great job!

Jan 5, 2019. I saw the salon so I decided to try it out. The staff was curtious and friendly. The salon is beautiful and spacious. Initially, the stylist wanted me to detangle my daughters natural hair, (dry). I explained to her my daughter is very tender in certain areas due to her having surgery as an infant. She DID not detangle my daughters hair before she started to blow dry. She was using so much heat that steam was appearing from my daughters head. My daughter cried of course. To add insult to injury, instead of her not admitting she was having a tough time, she tried to blame my daughters discomfort on me insinuating this was my daughters first salon visit when shes been getting her hair done professionally since she was 2. Oh, and btw, I was trained by Paul Mitchell hair school smgh. She didnt have a round brush in site. That salon is too dependent on hot tools when any professional stylist knows its the blowdrying that is the most important part when it comes to a blowout! I told my daughter to get up from the chair and she was so relieved. If you have natural hair, be very careful! Go to Envolve Studio salon in lithia Springs (Thorton rd) and ask for Taj. She detangles your hair at the bowl. She will have you out in no time. She specializes in natural hair. I learned my lesson .never trust someone just because they say they are also an instructor. We left the salon with my daughters 4c hair half wet and still tangled. I paid for half the service so there wouldnt be any drama.

I bring my sons here to get their haircut. I dont have any specific barber so my kids have pretty much been to all the barbers at least once or twice. They are all really good.

Recently, I visited the Douglasville Enve Salon for the first time and called in advance to schedule an appointment for me and a friend. Not knowing who the stylist would be, we walked in blind. It was a GREAT experience. Michelle hooked me up with a layer cut and silk press. Chekeria (mispelled) hooked my friend up with a precision cut. Both stylist did an awesome job!!

Aisha is the best hair stylist I have ever encountered. I have natural hair and before it was extremely difficult for me to manage but thanks to Aisha my hair has grown at a extremely fast rate my hair is now thicker and stronger and still has a beautiful curl pattern.

This is the absolute worst hair cut I have received in my life. He pushed my line back 2 inches and messed up my mustache. I’m about to cut all of my hair off. You would be better off letting your dog cut your hair with a lawn mower than going to this place.

Walked into this place with a friend of mines kid, he was 7 they were cutting a few kids hair but they told us that the women that cuts our hair was already gone so I guess that cause we were white that none of them could cut his hair. So I have been a customer of Tenesha for over 10 years now. One thing I know for sure is ghetto and ratchet has never existed in a place that Tenesha runs. Enve Salon in my opinion is one of very few African Americans salons that is beautifully designed in the Douglas County area. These ladies are professional and polished individuals that dont mind going above and beyond the call of duty. I am happy with the service and my weekly experiences that I have at Enve Salon. I will continue referring new business to the salon and continue to watch it thrive as it keeps setting new bars in the hair industry! To the ladies of Enve Salon .........keep slayin!!!!!!

Very unprofessional and rude customer service over the phone. My boyfriend went to get his hair cut and the barber Wilny did an absolute horrible job. He only knew how to use clippers and he had such a heavy hand that he left red scratches all over his neck and behind his head!! Will not recommend this place to anyone! Will never come back again.

They were friendly and kept me smiling the entire time with their exceptional team work.I moved to GA 3 months ago and I wanted a stylist but wouldnt pay anyone for something I could do myself. During my consult Elle assured me that I would be in good hands. The service was professional and timely. Those three girls Elle, Teaelle and Anna worked effortlessly and blessed my hair. The absolute worst. First Ive never paid more than $10 for a kids hair cut. Then the sign clearly says $13 for kids (wich is crazy) unless you get something special like a tapper or something, but I was charged $15. I will never go back again, beware of mall barbershops. Oh and the cut my son picked out was not the cut he received.

Wish I could just not give any stars, I received a silk press & my sister received a dye and it has been exactly two days and we both have to wash our hair because its to stiff from the spritz and my hair is all poofy again just a waste of money wish we could get a refund just lesson learned never go back...

Cut is noticeably uneven... Chopped up. Manager should be replaced. Partial refund was like pulling teeth.
