I’ll preface this review by saying I went to see Randy who was nice and obliged to take me in as a last minute walk-in (which I GREATLY) appreciate.HOWEVER, I did not walk out with the haircut that I wanted. After coming home and washing my hair I noticed that is was cut UNEVEN (higher on one side) & also not properly faded! My hair line was not shaped how I had requested it to be (which I addressed with Randy). I feel like if a client isn’t satisfied shouldn’t there be some sort of discount!?I definitely feel as though I need all or a portion of my money back for leaving with uneven hair and a partial “fade”. As I mentioned above, I have no problem with Randy. HOWEVER, if he felt he could not give me the cut I asked for he should have spoken up or gone above and beyond to compensate for his mistakes. I was very reasonable. I will not be returning.

It was my first time as our barber just moved here from a previous location. It is divided one side is for barbers the other side os for stylists.

I enjoyed my visit at this salon. My stylist made me feel at ease with all of my concerns. She did a great job and I loved the outcome. I will definitely be back for a touch up!
