Several years ago, I rented a storage unit from Fortress storage in Georgia.I contacted the company and Ms. Jeanette assisted me. I was relocating from Oklahoma and wanted to make sure the storage company had adequate units available. Ms Jeanette reassured me that shell take care of my concerns. Ms. Jeanette is a godsend! When I arrived from Oklahoma to the storage company, she greeted me !! And was very impressed with the cleanliness of the units. Referred this same storage company to my sister. Keep up the good services! Thank you again, Ms. Jeanette !

Refused to let me in my unit at first when it was PAID IN FULL. The office worker Janette lies & leaves rude messages. She tells me one thing and the district manager tells me another. She even over charged me. Lesson learned.

Lowest price i could find and one of very few that had a space available.

BEST storage facility that I have ever used. Clean, well maintained, friendly employees & reasonable rates. (Depends on type of unit & location)

Great place to store your stuff, and the staff is also awesome. Theyre very quick to correct any issues, and they keep you up-to-date on everything as far as billing. I was coming in in the middle of the night, and they made sure that my unit was unlocked and the door open, ready for me. As well as having all of the codes verified for me to get access.

The 5 stars are for Ms Jeannette!! I had storage here for about 3 years. She is THEEEE ONLY ONE that understands that people have hard times. She allllllways worked with me, the best she could with situations that came up. She is very sweet and I absolutely love her. I finally moved out last weekend. I’m gonna miss her kind heart and sweet demeanor. Dillan is rude and nonchalant. I’m very pleased that I don’t have to deal with him anymore. Ms Jennette is the only person that doesn’t just care about the STORAGE BILL!!! Thank you so much!! You are a Gem

Its a great place to store stuff. Staff is pretty friendly. Not much else, just a storage place. Rates arent too bad.

Have a 10x20 unit.Been here 1yr.Sometimes I have to go in to u nit after 12am,and the place is very Safe.Clean,Well Kept,very Friendly Staff.I would definitely reccomend This Fortress Storage to everone

Not impressed. My motorcycle was stolen from this facility and they did nothing. Will never store anything else here.

Video cameras are low quality, gates are broken most of the time and the owner, Chip, is a crook. Store your stuff elsewhere.
