Took a heating element up to the store, thinking that was what was wrong. The fellas behind the counter tested it right in front of me and said it was fine. Turned out what I needed was a little thermostat/fuse kit that was like half the cost of the element. They could have easily sold me both for over $100 and I never would have known. Quite the wonderful surprise to find honesty and integrity these days. I highly recommend them.

Great place! Awesome service. I called ahead, they had the parts I needed in stock and for a good price. It kept me from having to order the part myself and pay some S&H fee. They even helped me further by looking up some other parts that I needed. All I had to do was give them the model number of the appliance and they did the rest. I highly recommend them. Im very impressed with thier knowledge.

Disappointed to walk in and they dont have much inventory. The guy behind the counter had to call a supplier for my part which was a simple fix. My Rheem electric water heater needed new heating elements and a thermostat. He was going to call about the thermostat, but never called me back. I ended up having to call some other place in Marietta. Much better experience at the Marietta place.This place is probably only good for water filters and stove top elements. Not the first place to go to for more complex parts issues.

Didnt have the part I needed, and neither did any other appliance part or service center in the the surrounding area; they had it for the cheapest price and could have it the next day, so I decided to get the part from here. Very friendly staff also.

Must of Called ten parts stores looking for a Maytag Neptune heating element (and box) they all quoted $100-130 plus $10-25 in shipping because the coil couldnt be purchased seperatly and no one had it in stock. I continued calling around and spoke with Michael here at AAA in Douglasville, he said let me research this a bit, I think there is a Samsung element I have in stock that would fit in this and work. He had me email him photos of the coil itself inside the assembly, compared photos and said it would work for sure. I drove out and he even took the element out and put the new element in on the counter to ensure it would work! Perfect fit!!! i can reassemble my dryer today now instead of waiting a week on delivery, plus it saved me $60-80 not having to buy the box itself also. Thank yall for the help and five stars go to Michael!
