The representative who attended me at this Doraville location was Annabri. She was very nice, helpful, efficient and answered all of questions and concerns. She helped me find really good and affordable insurance for less than $100. She was very professional and the place is very welcoming. I would recommend them.

The staff is extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this location at all. I have to call at least 3 times before someone answers the phone, the staff does not respond to company emails, I am currently trying to cancel my insurance policy with Velox but they told me they are unable to cancel it I would have to contact another company via email. Do not get insured here .
