Alice was rude and unprofessional last time I went in to renew my policy, first of all she was sick but thats no excuse she got an attitude because I left to seek other insurance prices since ATI prices went up and came back she raised her voice at me blaming me for an error she made on her computer, telling me I couldnt go look for other prices because I cant choose the insurance company I want, the insurance company chooses the customer shortly after this she called someone on her phone telling them SHE made a mistake entering something in the computer and needed assistance. Not only that she told me I was paying 217 monthly but when I was going to pay over the phone they told me it was 227. And that is why I am not going back to ATI insurance.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
