I have been with this Allstate branch for a minute. I have nothing bad or indifferent to say. They have been all of Good quality, Good value, Professional and responsive for any questions that I may have needed answered as well as explanations to my billing.
When I signed up a few years back the agency was responsive, quick to help. Now - an email goes unanswered for days, simple typos are made on accounts and no one seems to be interested in fixing things.Unfortunately. Either theyre too busy to service their customers, or simply dont care. Either way, not a good trend.
I did the unthinkable. I left USAA to go to Allstate. Not just any Allstate. Sharon McCarty Armstrong. Mind you I have a great driving record. This is the first Agency to actually give me what I deserve based on that record. I felt respected. Thank you
I love the professionalism, proficiency and quick response I receive when working with Sharon McCarty Armstrong: Allstate Insurance.

Great service always helpful
Quick and easy to apply. Great service.
I was treated very rudely and I felt prejudiced and discriminated against bc Im a young black man. The lady who opens( a black lady) even threatened me with the police when I clearly didnt present a threat.
Awesome customer service. Very pleased with service.
The worst business; ever! Since this office represents the company, I think I can say this for all of Allstate as a whole. I first switched my car insurance and then my home to them. There is a young lady in the office who is very helpful. I remember that she went through great lengths to reach me...but that was in establishing my business. Now that they have it (had it), Ive had nothing but problems. Here are some of the problems I encountered.1) No communication from them except a letter in the mail After the fact stating a change in my policy.2) A notice from the bank saying that I do not have enough coverage in the policy.3) A notice saying my policy was canceled. I called to investigate and it was an accident.4) I was promised a callback but that call back never came.5) I called today and they answered the phone, but did not know who I was because I changed my phone number. As soon as the rep updated my record with my number phone her cpu magically went offline and she needed to reboot. And of course, she wanted to call me back 5 minutes later. Guess what, that never happened. I could hear what sounded like road background noise so I think she was in the car driving to the office but pretending to be in front of the cpu.Quick Backstory:When I walked in the office for the first time, the Allstate sign was literally scotch-taped to the wall. This is my fault. I should have known better to do business with someone who doesnt value their signage enough to tape it to the wall. Do you not think people will notice that? This is representation of you. How in the world would you represent me!?! Now I know. You scotch tape your policies too.Dont call me back. Im calling out to whoever is reading this review. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!Update:There are way too many disconnects with this company. I called the bank and have proof that payment in full was made but Allstate made a mistake and wanted to charge more money for the same policy after sending the full invoice. What can of flip is that? Then they sent me the bill instead of the bank. They were trying to extort money from me. The bank had no records of another bill due. Why would a company send an invoice for the full amount and then turn around and send another bill for the same service after payment was made? The 2nd invoice for charges not assessed. No, you eat that. Better yet, get it right the first time. Thats such bad business. The rabbit hole goes deeper but I dont care to explain. So I called her back about an hour later. Oh, I was just about to call you, she said. She allowed me to vent. I informed her that I wrote a review. She kept saying, Thats not our office, thats Allstate. What are you talking about? You are Allstate. I called Allstate. Your sign outside says Allstate. Your sign taped to the wall says Allstate. You answered the phone saying Allstate. Smh, you just dont get it. She laughed about the sign taped to the wall. So its still there a year later, smh. She blamed the owner for that. You are not vested, this is just a job for you so we cannot have the same conversation. At the end, she apologized. Thank you. Goodbye.
She is very kindness to take care of me. Thanks.
Good service
A dignified kind treatment
