Ive been insured with Wayne since I got my drivers permit, and for as long as I can remember both him and Nikolai have been nothing but great to me. I tried looking for cheaper rates at one point and found one off beat company that came close and that was it. Definitely not work the switch considering Id lose out on their great customer service. I had to file a claim one weekend because my car was broken into and I left Wayne a voicemail fully expecting a call back the following Monday- but instead I get a call back an hour later with him apologizing for the delay because he was playing softball. Who does that? I was blown away by how quickly he got back to me and how attentive he was in my time of need. I will continue to recommend them and continue to give my business wherever I can. Wayne and his team have been an outstanding example of what a State Farm agent should be.
