This place was very informative. They answered every question I had with honesty. They have very quick service. I will return to visit this place again in the near future.

I was charged $65 got a visit oil change ! Then I went to get my oil change again at another place and I was informed that they over tightened my oil plug and now it’s stripped. I have taken it to multiple places and they can not get it off. This place has cost me a bunch of money

Oil change and lube was quick and easy

I went to get a simple oil change and they told me I needed a radiator flush and a oil pan because my threading was bad me being a female I did not know that getting a radiator flush on a old car thats over its miles could cause more problems with my car and they failed to tell me that they was only trying to make extra money I now have to replace my radiator fan which is gonna cost me $500 called and told them what happened and they didnt care I not only have to pay $500 for the damage they caused but I have to miss 4 weeks of work like this is bad business I have 4 kids to feed and bills to pay be careful and watch what they do to your car

Great staff in the Detroit area. As a person from out of state they treated me fair and kind. Quickly they got the job done without making me feel that I was intruding on their time. If I am in need of an oil change the next time Im here this is where I will be coming to.

He did a GREAT JOB with customer service and he even repaired something from my car FREE of charge. Ill definitely return!

Really wish I could give them ZERO stars ... The guy that helped us wants to argue us down about the oil that she KNOWS that goes into her vehicle. We left & went elsewhere & got it done on the spot. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

Called given incorrect price information -1 starWaited in line for over 1 hour -1 star2 ways in so being in line was a waste of time no order -1 starWhen tried to ask mechanic (clearly not mgmt) was given the cold shoulder and was told it was tax season _1 starMgmt came out while in line and did acknowledge me +1 star

They are good for the most part but trying to get over on the ladies with extra prices and things is what i dont like! An they need tip honor the prices at all times. Other than that they are good.

Expensive but goodwork

Ive been going to this shop for 10 years and never had a problem until this year. The owner does not honor his workmanship errors he just tries to fast talk his way out of repairing things that his workers damaged. Long story short they have lost me as a customer and I will tell anyone who I kno to not go to this shop again.

Told me they do brakes, bent my stud trying to remove lugnut causing my aluminum rim to be cut off!!! The manager and employee were beating the four-way with a sledge hammer and rocking my vehicle while connected to the lug-nut. When I wanted a closer look I was told that the lugnuts had never been removed so it needed to be torched. I was recommended to another repair shop because they didnt have adequate supplies. The manager refuses to take responsibility for himself or employees. He also refused to provide certifications or owner information. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!!

Not fit for the people and the area they serve in they robbed me of a oil change payment after an employee mishandled the machine and the owner of course like all other denied any mistakes. Not for the people on Linwood a bunch of snakes dressed like mechanics sealing cash.
