This place fixed my oil leak, then I wake up and my car has this light on.GASCAP!..no worries they were patient with me, they reset the panel, and Now the light is out. I was all upset and afraid, didnt want the van to blow up...⛽ gasoline is a scary liquid to be leaking. Gas cap wasnt tight...SMH! So thankful these guy did try to add get me! Yeah, I am a dummy when it comes to fixing my van/ car/ truck . Thankful for honesty.

They are unethical and not honest. He overcharged me when I asked for regular $19 deal at that time. And charged me $27. Also, he did not fill my cool temperature fluid, a week after my oil change my car was overheating. It states on the receipt that they check it but it’s a lie! If they did they would have had to refill it, they also did not fill my wind shield fluid. I would give 0 rating it I could. I don’t even think they did an oil change cuz he showed me it was black. I heard it has to be clear.

Today October 21st 2020 I have a 2005 Envoy truck 4x4 I just got my inner tire rod did then I just meant wheel alignment it ran me 290 I was in there for two hours but it did a good job on it I highly recommend now they do deals if you got your own parts

I went in for an oil change today and when I went in I was asked to pop my hood and was asked how many miles I had. I waited in my car for the guy to ask me which oil I wanted and after 2 minutes he told me he was done. I asked him what he meant by that and he said he changed the oil. I asked him what he changed it to because I went in trying to get the $25 oil change because that’s all I had, he looks at me and says he put the pro max (not completely sure on the price but it was the most expensive one they had). I told him that isn’t what I wanted and asked why he didn’t ask me and he said that it’s too late and he can’t do anything about it then started to get in my face and cuss me out when I told him I didn’t have enough for it because I wanted the $25 change. Never coming back, so unprofessional, if I can put 0 starts I would

Okay so I’ve been coming to this place for oil changes for years and never had issues until the last two times I came, both times they tried over charging me on the oil by giving me more expensive oil and saying they thought that’s what I asked for and they can’t do anything about it then started to get really aggressive when I called them out on it to the point where he was getting in my face and looked like he was about to swing! NEVER COME HERE EVER!!!

They got my tire done in 10 minutes! And they are good at oil changes! Get my oil change in January, tire cost me some good money for show! God Bless The World!

Today, I went in as I do all the time. I have two cars I take always Ive been a customer for over 10 years now. Today, when I went in for an oil change the guy that workers there needed to get into my car so as I was standing by the door he opens the door and the mirror hit the side of my stomach I told him ”excuse would do” instead of hitting me with the door. He said youre not supposed to out of your car I told will you need to see the car. Then he tells me I dont want to do the oil change I said why to cause you to hit me with my own door and u dont want to apologize for it. So he went to go talk to the manager, the manager then said dont do the oil change. I went over there and spoke to the manager and told him what happened he then tells me u need to stay in your car ” I then told him listen the reason why I stay out of my car cause I like to see what is going on cause they wont do the full job. The manager assured me that they will I said okay and got into my car another guy I dont know who he is but he works there and comes out and tells me maam are you done I said he needs to do my oil change he then said no we arent going to I said what u mean so your telling me youre okay with your employee hitting me with my car and not owning up to it? Long story short I dont recommend this place at all three men didnt care to stop the guy and make sure I was okay this is what dearborn gives you Nowadays no respect for women at all. Im disgusted and still in shock that the manager allowed this to happen.

They rip off guys you need to watch out I dropped my car to get my alternator changed and fixed and was told it’ll cost me 350$ once I came back to check the car the same exact alternator was still on and was charged 350$ than he claimed it was the starter that’s messed up and he fix that I checked the starter it was also never changed they just made it work for that moment where they knew I was gonna come and check it out that’ll be my last time there and watch out from thier oil guys most of the time people who changed the 60$ oil never get thier full bottle they take the rest so make sure ya get those rest because you paid for it and they get to keep it !

I been going here for 9 years to do routine oil change, after today, Ill never come here again. I waited in line for oil change and I was the only one WAITING initially. Another car came later in the next lane. In my lane the guy finished the car in front of me. He summoned the car who came after me to come on over. He knew my car was first and I assumed he knew them. The driver and passenger smiled and told stayed in their lane. I think that workers actions was tasteless and not business appropriate. I get that people we know patronize but business is business. Even though I moved from the area, I still drive from Cherry Hill area to patronize and support this business I used for a while. The owner is dry whenever i have to do other things, alignment or fix a tire. You wait at the front desk for service for over 30 minutes, than he is either eating or on his cell phone as another person said. They had one nice oil changer... skinny blonde hair dude but I guess he was off. Too bad. Ill stay in my area and find a new better customer service and honest auto place. Your business is in a dirt area anyway.

There is one guy who is rude. I ask him to give me report of the wheel alignment and he said the printer is not working. I asked him how did i know i, youve doneidone he told me to see it in my own eyes, Well I told him I need a report for my records, these guys seems like to me are not honest. Why they cannot give a report and they said there is no warranty of their workmanship.

I called this place in hopes of finding an auto repair shop that will help my young cousin who is a student, fix an issue with her car. She needed a rear brake actuator installed. She had gotten some ridiculously high quotes from other repair shops. I told her let’s try Castle Auto and see if they”ll do it for a better price. I spoke to Sam who promised me over the phone he would take care of her. My cousin called me back 45 minutes after she got there ecstatic as can be saying it was fixed and they only charged her $50. She was so relieved she no longer had to drive listening to this loud beeping sound her vehicle was making as a result of the rear brake impairment. Thank you Castle Auto for being honest and not taking advantage of a young lady and over charging her!

This is the worst oil change place you can go to. I went there to change my oil and their employee broke my tire stem which has a sensor and costs 45$. They only agreed to replace it with a 1$ regular one. The manager who worked behind the counter is super rude, he was like go sue me and refused to give out his name or phone number. He also said he was the owner which is not. AVOID THIS PLACE

Scam artist!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I took my truck in for an oil change and for new brake lines front to back. They charged me $700 for their services which I felt was highway robbery but it was imperative that I got it done that day because it was an emergency. Not only did they put on the wrong oil filter but they only changed my front driver side brake line. Some time later I was driving home and stepped on the brakes and my truck didnt stop. When I called the place to speak to the manager about what happened I got nothing but slick talk saying that they did their job. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for car repairs let alone to fix a bicycle. They need to be shut down now

Assembled my loose struts missing parts and didnt bother to call me. Also overcharged me. Two and a half hours for loose (out of the car ) struts.

The workers are nice but the gentlemen who rings you out in the lobby (assuming he’s the owner) has a bad and dry attitude towards customers with they way he greets them and doesn’t respond back to them when they say something. I wouldn’t go there again for that reason. Aside from him the other workers are nice.

Replaced my front right axle and wheel hub. Long story short they did not secure the ABS wire so it dangled and broke. I had to replace the entire wheel hub. In doing so I found that the axle nut was not torqued down. When I brought this to there attention, with old parts in hand, they said they would investigate and get back with me. I never heard from them again. This was a dangerous error on their part and I will not be going back and I caution anyone that is taking their car there.

But when I went to pay for my services the manager g refuse to take the money from my hand and refused to give me my keys in my hand. Be ware! I bought a used tire which started next day to deflate. i filled with air and it deflated again. i went back. they worked on it and i could see the tech having difficulty finding a problem in the tire so eventually he applied some sealant and told me it is fixed. about week later it deflated again. I went there again and the tech and manager said they cannot fix it more than once and I have to buy another tire for another $40. Total rip off cheaters.

Two weeks ago, I took my Toyota Corolla to get my brakes and rotors fixed. When he called me to come pick up the car I found out that he fixed the brake but not rotors. After so much arguments, he made me pay for both brakes and rotors. I think I am going to file a case against such dishonest service. I would NEVER go here again and would advise you the same.

I took my minivan here because there was some heating problem. Second day he called me to tell me that the van was ready. When I reached there he asked me to pay $250. I asked if the van is ready, to which he replied he tried fixing it and couldnt . When I asked for the keys he refused until I paid. I asked why would I pay for something you didnt do? He said no you have to pay. He didnt give me my keys until I paid him. Another customer was standing there arguing about shocks that he didnt repair properly but claimed he did. This place is the WORST!!! DONT GO HERE EVER!! its a rip off. You will be wasting money and time!! The guy is very rude and inconsiderate. Will never ever go here!!!

HORRIBLE service all around. First time they fixed a gasket had to go back the same week because the mechanic put the gasket on wrong, second time they told me I needed another gasket fixed, went to get an oil change I was told they’d mixed the wrong coolants and that my car would eventually have the same issue again. What do you know, car started having same issues for the 3rd time but this time they claim it’s not their gasket work it’s sensors, by the way all my repairs were $300 or a little more, so I get those fixed. Get my car home 5 mins away and my engine light is back on and car is shaking and doing the same thing. Now they claim it’s a cracked hose that they didn’t see at first and want to charge another $300. These people are crooks and will fix whatever you will let them even if it isn’t what’s broke and your car will still be messed up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I don’t recommend anyone to go over there. I do have 2010 Mustang that needs to replace ABS modual for. So, they told me I don’t need to do that it’s only wires and it will cost me $150 after 3 hours they called me back and said it is the Modual and it will cost me $600 which is double the price when I went somewhere else. However, I came to pick up my car and they charged me for $150 for doing nothing. Even though I already told them it’s from the ABS Modual. PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND FINED A BETTER PLACE.

Scammers with lack of attitude. They told me all front end needs to be replaced for $700 to remove the shaking. I honestly bought it and was about to pay them to do it but I didnt like the owner whos so conceded and probably thinks that hes the president of the United States and was also smoking in my car as he was test driving it. So I took it somewhere else and only left side hub bearing had to be replaced for $75 to take of the issue!!
