Great place to workout. Free for all students of Wayne State University and One Card holders. Great quality equipment with plenty of space and helpful staff. Spacious locker room for everyone but do remember to bring your own lock. I really love the efforts made by the staff in maintaining and sanitizing the equipment for use here at this pandemic time.

Only open to wayne state students, alumni, and faculty. its very big and nice. Many people go, I went early in the morning around 6:30 and there was a bunch of students there. Due to covid a lot of the equipment is unavailable to use which makes it difficult but overall great gym, they have a track and fitness classes etc.

Learned some great back control techniques. Everyone was friendly and I got some great training rounds.

Great place to work out, especially if you stay on campus and in Winters. Equipments and floors are kept clean with regular trash can clean up. I only wish they had the Racquetball courts at RFC and not at Matthaei Center.

Cool facility for normal work-out routine, but I dont like all the rules they have in place, and the adventure planning has really fallen through this year. The best they can do now is a $500 2 day ski trip... I could go to white face mountain for 2 days, stay at a hotel, and pay for food and gas for that much.

Horrible front desk, rude people.

A clean gym goes a long way, the machines and equipment are pretty well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive. I wish theyd fix the shower heads and clean the showers more often.

Has all the equipment you need to get in shape. I do recommend skipping the first two weeks of every semester because of all the newbies. Dont worry though, 80% of them quit going after a couple weeks.

A diverse gym, so half the people dont know what deodorant is. A real sausage fest on top of that. Temper your expectations and its a solid gym.

Gym looks like from 1970s. They never clean it and will make you pay to use a locker ($10).

Lacks some workout machines. Is clean and convenient place to work out on campus.

My favorite gym ever! Great staff, great equipment. I will miss it dearly.
