Excellent gym, plenty of equipment for various styles of training. People are friendly, 24 hour access very convenient.

After some serious upgrades this gym is nearly perfect. A large gym with nearly every machine you could ask for.For those concerned about covid, masks are required and are typically worn properly by all. As someone who moves their mask below their nose during cardio, I get it. The gym is much emptier than it typically would be, but that ensures personal space is never an issue for me. My only gripe is theyre open Mon-Fri due to covid but I visit another gym on the weekend.

Did eat breakfast and hydrated with water. So Antwan assisted me very well so I won’t get sick he’s very professional and knowledgeable.

4 stars because the showers are kind of old and have an awkward smell like old places. Otherwise a good gym. They have free classes at convenient times early morning/noon/evening. Definitely recommend this gym if working or living in Downton Detroit.

Fantastic variety of equipment, love the indoor track. Theres always people using the basketball court! Its a great place.
