They people who work there are ok and very helpful. It just the city of Detroit is something else. Especially since you have to pay the city $75 along with your total storage fee now. Other than that it was a smooth experience.

Actually not as bad as a lot of people say if your car has to go through the impound. Have to mention one of the ladies behind the window a woman of color was very friendly, the only problem is finding a tow truck that has the right paperwork to pull your car out.

I called because battery was dead. He showed up an hour late. Said they had to drag car out of driveway to tow. Didnt have any jumper cables on the truck. What kind of tow truck company doesnt have jumper cables on their truck. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

Called to get a tow at 6pm was told 8:50. 9:50 called again because no had arrived was told another 1-2hours and here we are a 7 am and my cats still in the road. Please do not use this company. Absolutely unprofessional.

Was not helpful at all on my towed vehicle and lots of hidden fees they never mention till you get there.

Such a joke of a company. Manager was super unprofessional and condescending when he had no right to be. They dropped my car off at the WRONG location and made it seem as if them correcting THEIR error was a favor to me LOL.

I called for a tow from my house. They came and put my car on the tow truck because I was waiting at the door, but the office called while we were getting my van on the truck and I didn’t have my phone, so they canceled it and took my van off the truck and refused to tow me. Never use this service they’re awful

The lady that waited on me was very nice and the guy that took me to find my car in the junk yard was very nice and helpful

Waited 3 hours on 3 different occasions, finally the 3rd time I canceled, insurance company called another company arrived in 20 minutes or less! Vans towing, Thank Y!

Called at 9:20am. Estimated 45 minutes, fine by me. Hour later, still no one. Called back, gave me another estimated 45 minutes because truck just happens to break down. Another hour goes by and still nothing. Call back after that hour and said someone is on the way, should be 25 minutes. An hour later still no one. Called again and somehow, it’s back to 45 minutes. Still sitting here waiting as I write this review.

So...I had a vehicle break down today and was given an estimated time of around 12:30. That was a minor inconvenience because it was 11:00 when Allstate sent them out. It was understandable though because Im sure it was busy. However, 1:30 rolled around and still no tow truck. I called, Allstate called, no answer. When I finally got a hold of their dispatcher, he said someone was on their way. Another hour went by and my text said they had already arrived ( which they obviously did not. Their driver had marked it complete and never showed up so it would go away in the system. Didnt even have the common decency to communicate with me and left me stranded. I would never recommend this company, in fact, do not make a mistake of waiting for themCall another company instea.

Worst tow experience in my life. I own a 99 F350 quad cab super duty diesle pickup, I called at 7:00pm, at 7:03pm was told within 45 minutes. Called them at 8:30pm was told he was on his way to me and that he would be there in 25 minutes. Called again at 9:45, was told he was less than 10 minutes away. Driver arrived with a truck that was half the size of my truck. Driver them proceeded to tell me my truck wouldnt fit. He called the driver with the bigger truck and said he would be there in 30 minutes that was at 10:00pm. Its 11:30pm now and i was able to get it fix and running.4-1/2 hours later and no one showed Im home finally under my own accord. They finally called me 25 minutes after i got home asking if i was still there. Lol

I was estimated an arrival time of 70 minutes. After an additional 10 minutes I called the tow truck company. The man who answered apologized and told me the tow truck driver caught a flat and had to change his own tire. He assured me the driver was on the way to me in 30-45 mins. Totally baffled, I called back and was told the driver was still on the way and after asking adamantly for a time, he told me 10-15 more minutes? Still a no show. So of course I called back and waited until he put me in touch with the driver who then said “it’s a lot of traffic out here so I had to reroute but I’m around the corner”? Needless to say he pulled up 10 minutes after that. For an estimated arrival of 1 hour 10 mins it to 3 hours for them to tow my vehicle! Based on the reviews I guess I should be glad the even showed up at all! All that to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I DO NOT recommend this company AT ALL!

Great service great employees fast and professional very attentive to all ur roadside needs especially the night driver . Very caring in very way . Now I know what j&c stands for ..justice and care
