Zero Stars was not an option but I give this business zero Stars hes in business to make money by having your car towed to his shop charging you $100 and up theyre not diagnostic fee and then doing no work on your car my car been there since January the 4th he has never gave me any updates on my car he has never called me and told me anything about my car every three or four days Im calling him he telling me hes racking up things hes finishing up hes going to call me by the end of the day to pick up my vehicle that has never happened today is April the 14th so I decided to get up get a tow truck and go pick up my vehicle I told him like you know these same car has been sent here before my car was sitting here he get up come to work everyday walk around the shop open up all the hoods to the car and they just sit out there all day if you ride past there youll see the same vehicles thats been sitting there for months probably even years with the hoods up no ones working you cant get in you got a bus to get in when you get in the Sun and theyre shaving chalked all up cutting his hair the Father the owner hes never there and its sad because Im trying to tell him what somebody said about his business thats in the community he going to tell me the community and the people in the neighborhood is hating on him no hes not doing any work hes been in business for years if your car there you need to go get it if its been there for months you need to put in a complaint and take him to court or go get your car cuz it aint going to never get fixed unless its a little simple stuff like an oil change some real work they dont do.

Hes very good and honest, hes not going to do work that you dont need.

Told my boyfriend, he’d be done with his car in 2 weeks, it’s been 4 months and the car is still NOT DONE! He change the timeframe to be finished every time the finished day comes around. Horrible service & he’s very unprofessional.

Feel like he tried to over charge me because Im a woman told me $160 to do outer bearing on a two wheel drive truck.. Mind u Ive done this myself a couple times just dont have the jacket to do it takes about 10 mins to do.... Went down the street to Auto Shack also on Gratiot and was charged $25 Mike at Auto Shack looks out for us women

My car broke down on the way to the airport to pick up my daughter. I was at the mercy of the insurance company as to where my car would be towed. I live 3 hours away so I had no idea where it was going. I am very thankful that it went to Wade’s!! Lamont diagnosed my problem and fixed it at a reasonable price! I love the shop been going here since I’ve been driving and that was 18 yrs ago. Low cost and yes it’s a long wait for your car back but it’s a lot of customers that go there to be serviced

Worst place ever! Do not take your car to this guy! He will hold your car forever. Hes careless with cars. He backed my car into another car. He doesnt communicate at all. He ignores calls and texts. You have to pop up on him to check on your car. I took a risk taking my car to him and I highly wish I never did. I highly do not recommend this guy to any one. Has a open sign on but is never there when you arrive. Dont Do It!

I would recommend Wades Auto Repair to anyone. I have a car that sat for over 10 years. He got my car to run like new. My car dont look like much but he runs real good. I already know what youre about to say: I know she has alot of problems withher car being so old. No I dont. The first two years after he repaired my car no problems. This year because of the cold and it being an old car I did have electrical problems everything else was solid. I said all lof this to say: If you have a car that needs repairs...stop playing and take it to wades auto repair. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and will fix it for you. Hes like a human computer. Take it to Wades Auto Repair.

Terrible customer service. Gave him my car before thanksgiving and its now new years he still has my car. The date keeps getting pushed back to when ot will be ready but the job is paid for. I dont know if he is incompetent or just a crook. Either way better off finding another mechanic.

Took my car in for repair, it would not turn over, all he did was to jump my battery, he never repaired my car, it had my same problem, stated he would send a tow truck, to my home around the corner from his shop, never happened, also received no receipt.

I axed dis place to fix my car, day said Ohhh Tay BuckWheat!!

This man had my car for a week. He quoted me $525 last Thursday for my repair and told me it should be done Friday or Monday. I called on Monday and he said Im working on it now if not today, tomorrow. Tuesday I heard nothing but thats not unusual because he hasnt called the entire time he had had my car, I called him. Do today I wnt up there because its my off day. Not only want my car ready. He said second module had not even arrived and that would be another $500. I asked for the bill of sale and he said. I dont want to work on your car anymore. I asked for my key and he said hed give it to me after he pushed my car to the street. I advised my car was leaving as it was delivered by tow truck. He closed the garage door in my face and when l tried to catch it he pushed it down again on top of me. The police were called and only then would he provide my key. Terrible excuse for a business.

Dont never go to Wades Automotive, I had the worst experience, I went to have a motor put in, he had my car for 4 months,every time I called he said he was working on it or waiting for a part, when I asked 2 friends to call to find out about my car he got smart with them, finally I told him to give my deposit back,when I took to another mechanic he told me they jacked my car up, and it cost me more money,Wades Auto is the worst place on earth! Also they had the worst customer service!

Wades auto is my go to for car repairs. Im a repeat customer and I have to say that Wades Automotive has always taken care of me.
