Ali is great!!! They are honest and trustworthy. They do great work and they are fast. They don’t try to get you for your money but instead they try to find a cost efficient way. I’ve sent family here. I would recommend them to anyone.

Been here 2 times. First for my GMC Acadia steering power. The 2nd time was for my Chrysler Town and Country alternator. Very honest. I will be back to get my Master cylinder fixed. I got played by another Auto Dealer called Good year located on Myers and 6mile.

I just bought a car that had been sitting for 2 years. I took it to another auto repair shop on Telegraph near joy rd. The employees stole the centerpiece off of my rim on my car . They tried to take them all but I guess they were rusted! When I confronted them they blamed it on thieves. I knew they were lying. I was so hurt seeing that I knew women get misused when trying to get service their cars. I then found Sara’s auto. They were kind and worked in a timely manner. They didn’t try to break my pockets either. I feel comfortable going to them as a woman! They are the only place I’ll be taking my business!

Ali was the best mechanic I’ve come across in years!

Excellent customer service and they make you feel like family instead of a price tag. If you have to wait for your car, it’s because they’re busy or waiting on parts. These men work fast and efficiently, and will address every issue you voice. Lastly, they do not charge you an arm and a leg for the work. I came in for a simple issue with my belt and was shown that there were issues from the last mechanic that severely messed up my car so they fixed it in a timely fashion. I only paid a little over $500 for a belt replacement, 3 hub bearings, brakes and rotors.Once you come to them, you will never have to any mechanic ever again!

I come all the way from Haggerty & 13 Mile or have my car towed there only no matter what. They are honest, reasonable and do great work. Everyone I know goes to Sara’s. All the guys are great. Billy is amazing. I drove all the way there on time jus to have them change the license plate on my Acura because I couldn’t get the screws off lol. They are flexible one time he stayed open a extra hour jus to wait on me to get my car towed. I never worry about my car if something happens I know they will take care of me.
