It is very disheartening and disappointing to its appointing to find out that Is Belle tired no longer honors is tire no longer for honors its commitment to service customer to service customers who have flat tires in longer Iris any longer. Is on yesterday I woke up to a flat tire I had to put a donut on my car. When I got off the 1st place I went is where I purchased my tire that got flat. When I got to bell tire on 12 mile and Dequinder About 4 oclock they informed me that they were too busy they were too busy to get to me that day is that day and the next day. So in a sense they refuse to service me. I asked where was another bill tire they told me 14 mile and John R. I then drove up to 14 mile and John R.. Only to be turned away from there as well. Stating the same reason . Which was very peculiar to me seeing that they had open bays at both places. I was then forced to drive home on the Donut only to make a decision its only to make a decision to drive back to bell tire is the bale tire in hopes of getting my flat tire repaired. I felt very unsafe riding on the donut over 30 miles per direction. I then made the decision to go and pay to have my flat tire have my flat tire repaired at a Another tire place which I did. I understand being shorthanded but I dont understand being but I dont understand being brushed off the tire was in my the tire was in my trunk all they had to do was switch it. If you no longer fix flat tires or rotate tires or rotate tires you should not advertise that in your is the tides dead in your ads. Thats very unfortunate but I am considering going somewhere else when it comes time to replace my tires for Ive been a bell tire customer is bale tire customer for quite some time . Very disappointing

Horrible customer service! I called prior to arrival AND asked If theyd ve open for another half hour since thats how libg It would take me to get there after confirming they had the tire I needed. I then called again when I was 15 out to let them know and they said ok assured me they would still be open. I get there and some guy signals theyre closed while there was still another car being worked on. I told him I had spoken with someone that assured me theyd still be open and he didnt care. Horrible customer service, no credibility or responsibility for the information relayed over the phone. Buyer beware they dont take responsibility for what they say and probably not what they do either.

AB Tires is always great. I highly recommend them. They are very kind but no nonsense - which is perfect because you just want your tire fixed and not have to deal with a ton of up-selling.If you flat out want a great price and even better service for new/used tires, rim repair, etc. you cant beat them. Hello, my cousin was a loyal customer at ab tires fo several years. Therefore, when he needed tires for his truck he paid them $180.00 cash for three tires, and Unfortunately all three tires had a slow leak. After getting off work early, he finally went back to ab tires. Well one of their employees wanted to charge him $15 dollars per tire to change the valve stems. Keep in mind, they shouldve put new valve stems on when he purchased the tires, so they wouldnt leak. Anyway he finally agreed to $10 per tire, and paid for service that he shouldve already received. Thats not how you treat loyal customers. So for anyone else purchasing tires, make sure they change your valve stems. And ask for receipts in case you have to prove ab tire or any shop serviced your vehicle. Who needs a $180 dollars worth of leaky tires, that SUCKS.

The service was great! The owner and workers were quick, kind and worked diligently to get the customers in and out. Typically I go to Belle Tire for my servicing needs but due to some object in the middle of 75 and E Davison had to go there. Glad I discovered this place because I will consider them for future tire services for sure!

Really good tires here for a very low price my only suggestion is that you always always always inspect the tires before they put them on one time I went we went through three tires before I said okay. Two had patches on them one had a plug and I wasnt cool with that but they still hooked up with a really good tire and lots of tread almost brand new for just $50 no patches no plugs. This is definitely my go-to place for when I need a tire. Thanks for referring me here dino always looking out for me!!

These guys are always nice and very good at helping you out.I had a tire looked at because it was loosing air. They fixed it, however the next day it was low again. I took it back and they were quick to make sure it was properly fixed and very apologetic for the inconvenience.Definitely a good place for good service.

Overcharging for their tires

Good, fast service. The prices are really reasonable. I took my car here for some tires for my car specifically for a long distance trip.(Michigan to Arkansas) So far they have really been holding up well especially considering they are used tires.

Got a flat on the way to work. Ended up just needing a plug. They plugged it. 15 bucks. Is usually 10, but the person waiting on me said its been increased because its cold. Very well. 😑

Had a 13in I needed for 30 dollars. Its cool but I went back 3days later for a second tire and they did not have it.
