I went in to get a casual oil change. Car was perfectly fine then had to get it towed back home. My spark plugs and sensor lines got tampered with and they was brand new. Some of my lines got cut so I will be going to a different shop for now on and I don’t recommend this company at all. And everything will be taken to court. And I have the receipt as well. They tried to sabotage me for my car and I was almost stranded. I have a Cadillac 2005 Cts and I’m young. But I’m NOT DUMB !!

Frank took good care of my vehicle. so much was wrong with my car and he totally took care of each problem. He’s very professional and polite. And reasonable

My daughters vehicle was a reck.. Frank got her together and at a reasonable price... Oh and may i say hes the most handsome man Ive seen since Roman Reigns...

I called ahead before going to shop, they provided service immediately when I arrived. They serviced two vehicles on my behalf & I was pleased with results. Sonny the owner, appears to be a honest businessman with a pretty good team. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone in need of auto repair.

Not helpful at all. He wanted me to wait a week before he could fix anything then bring it to his house omg. The price was a bit high no no no.

I am very pleased with the service, quality and professionalism Frank renders. I had two tires replaced and the service was eexcellent. The price was fair and the used tires are good quality. I will definitely return for tires. I need some repairs done on my vehicle so I will be back soon. Hope the work and price will be equally as good. I will let you know. March 2020.

They do not give quotes via phone for oil changes or tires which is inconvenient. They should be able to give quotes based upon that and should train their staff better in doing so. I recommend them investing in a system or even using Google to calculate their rates especially for those who are a distance away.

I pass this shop daily on my way to work, they are always busy working hard with bays on both side of Harper completely full with people trusting their cars in their care. Larry, Juan, Frank, they all took great care of my tire repair and I still got to work in time. I will be back if I need help again. They are amazing. Thank you guys.

If I could give Franks auto a billion stars I would !!! Everytime I need something done to my car Franks auto is where I go.. I had o2 sensors new windshield and oil change less than two hours .. customer service is the best hands down Frank is a honest man and truly. Loves his customers he will fix it right the first time at a fair reasonable price .. Franks auto doesnt try and get over thats what I appreciate . There are not many shops located in the center of the hood that provide good service. Franks is definitely one exception. They provide very professional, courteous, and timely service. In a time where services are being stripped from the inner city. I really appreciate the quality of service given to the neighborhood.

I SPOKE WITH A RECEPTIONIST ON SATURDAY ASKING IF THEY WERE OPEN ON SUNDAY, SHE SAID YES, I THEN ASKED IF THERE WOULD BE FULL SERVICE ON SUNDAY FOR TUNE UPS ETC., SHE ASKED SOMEONE AND THEY TOLD HER YES WHICH SHE CONVEYED TO ME. I ARRIVED EARLY ON SUNDAY 9:45 AM, AT 10:00 AM EMPLOYEE AND OPEN THE BAYS, AS I ATTEMPED TO WALK IN HE NOT TO GO IN, BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE TODAY, AND JUST FOR TIRES, I STATED THAT I HAD CALLED THE DAY BEFORE AND WAS ASSURED THERE WOULD BE FULL SERVICE ON SUNDAY, HE STATED I SHOULDNT LISTEN TO ANYONE BUT JESUS. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION AT ALL, ESPECIALLY WHEN TRYING TO DO BUSIINESS IN THE CITY, HAD TO GO TO SUBURBAN PEP BOYS.

Great friendly service, they do great with my 350 Ford box truck on oil changes and tire pressure checks, they even lube my door jams this place is one of the fewest well kept shops in the city of Detroit, I mean you can comfortably use their rest room.

Over charged me for a service and didn’t properly diagnose the issue. It’s sad that women get taken advantage of when trying to get their cars serviced simply because we aren’t as knowledgeable about cars as men are. Every company should that does this should be ashamed of themselves.

Great shop, have had a great experience here on a few vehicles. He did all the necessary work on my moms car and then did extra work with no additional charge, prices are great and its a very friendly atmosphere, he just opened up the oil change shop across the street and I have used them also.

Don’t even deserve 1star I hate this shop use to be my go to shop until I went one year around tax time and he tried to over charge me to do some work on my truck and he told me he knew I could afford it because everyone was getting there taxes back that did it for me.. had to stop there today to get my tire plugged and he charged me 15 said he should have charged me 20 cause the slow man he had plug my tire had a hard time I hate them I will not go back

Very unprofessional and inexperienced workers. This is a business where no one owns up to the mistakes they made. Just pass the buck. Once they get your money they could care less about anything or anyone else.

I’m very dissatisfied right now with Frank. I’ve brought my car here a few times and I was told what was wrong with my car after waiting for 2 hours!!! Frank told me he would order a part for my car on a Monday, then I call Tuesday to make sure the part is ordered and he said he would order it the next morning. Then the guy answering the phone keeps saying Frank will give me a call back. It’s going on week 3 and at this point I just don’t trust my car with Frank.

Very unhappy Frank is not a man of his word. Untrustworthy. I still feel FRANK IS A RUDE MAN and A Lair. He told me one thing over the phone and another in person. Dont go he messed up my brakes on purpose.

Since I moved back to Detroit Frank and his Great crew does excellent work now my whole family goes see him...

Was a nice place but 2nd visit I found out what was really going on someone replace my exhaust converter with a straight pipe removed intake plug so car ran bad and messed up my brake lines so I would have to return
