I stayed for 7 years in this building with the exception of no working elevator I loved my time here. Ester the land lady was really professional and always tried fixing any issues that came up..corktown holidays we had parking lot issues but Ill always smile when thinking back to my time here

Excellent location and decent pricing!... The trade-off unfortunately being extremely sketchy management running the location, consistent leaks eroding the walls/ceilings, and an attached after hours resulting in damage to vehicles in the parking lot / shaking walls and muffled club music every weekend. Also, I had management enter my apartment without permission or prior notification which is very much illegal.Be realistic though. With such a great location and decent pricing, you have to expect there is something terribly wrong.. and there is.Aside from the horrid unethical scam-prone management, constant noise, and having my ceiling cave in causing the toilet water from the apartment above to flood into mine, I enjoyed my stay. Ive lived in worse places, but this is by far the worst management Ive ever seen... the soul-crushingly horrible company that runs the building.Building Owner: Boydell DevelopmentGive them a search on google and see what kind of company they are.Terrible landlord/management aside, the area is great with plenty to do! Just do your research and know what company youre dealing with if you decide to move in here.ADVICE:Take pictures & video of your apartment when moving in. Record video/audio when paying rent for additional proof. Also, when it comes time to move out, you WILL have to take them to court to get your deposit back (even if you leave the place cleaner than when you came). Do NOT expect them to honor the idea of a security deposit. I recommend ignoring all the intimidation tactics and doing so if it comes down to it.

The worst customer service at the leasing office do not even try to rent there its not worth the ATTITUDE.
