My extended family booked SunKiss’d for the week of New Years and could not be happier! We travel often and are used to working with owners and rental agencies. This experience was TOP NOTCH and ranks as one of our best ever! The house was large and had everything we could ask for. The pool area was wonderful with a hammock to boot! The best part of the rental was the communication from Ryan and Eric, though - they were amazing!!! When our golf cart failed to charge (the only issue we had all week), Eric dropped another off for us to use within an hour! I really cannot say enough about the company or this house. We are already looking to book again next year!

Very unprofessional and hard to get in contact with. If they wouldnt answer to your request for quotes, I wonder how reliable they would be to answer for help on their rental during stay?? After multiple texting & signing into their website and becoming a member etc.., finally they answered by saying that the property was already booked for the dates I requested. Instead they offered the same property but different dates from what I asked initially, and when I asked for the price for the new dates they offered, again they would not answer for hours! I understand that they might be busy etc..., but any customer should be able to get a quick answer regardless. Their properties looked nice on the website but I would not trust their customer service!Reply to Owners response on 7/1/20Dear Owner, I did read your response and I wished youd used all the time to write to reply to me when I was contacting you and waiting for answers instead of now (after the bad review). And to be clear, because you were slammed doesnt mean that I shouldnt be upset with the lack of response, because that is your problem not my problem. Also, if you have an option on the website that says that you could contact the owner, then you should be responsive to customers reach and not to say well you had the info on the website. Regardless, all I could say is that I didnt lie about anything I said on my review and that is my experience. The others maybe contacted you on not slammed times and are happy and I would accept that, but my experience was exactly how I wrote it. Last, when I said that I signed into the website and become a member what I meant was that I created an account on your web page in case it was a better way to contact you since I didnt get a response via text. Interesting how you couldnt guess it...

This is a great vacation place, short little walk to the amazing, white sandy beach. The owners are really great. This is our third time renting a house from them and you cant get much better hosts.
