Have Travel Memories Vacation is a family-owned business that I recommend wholeheartedly. My wife and I have had the luxury to get to know Dave, JoDell, Jalayne, and Jason, and I can honestly say that they are all amazing people. They have been managing are properties at Sandestin for a few years, and we couldn’t be happier. They are very professional, responsible, and incredibly knowledgeable in their field. Based on the feedback received from our guests, it is obvious that everyone has been very pleased with their level of customer service provided and the attention to details. More importantly, we feel that each guest is treated and greeted with so much respect and attention from their arrival time until their departure. Many of our personal reviews often emphasize the human connection and kind spirit portrayed by Have Travel Memories Vacation. A trait that is often lost especially when properties are managed by large scale companies whose main interest often reflects quantity of bookings rather than quality of customer service provided.These are great people and a great Travel/Management company.

We loved this house! The pictures really did not do it justice. Lots of room...3 full bathrooms..and the sitting area upstairs was very unexpected. First time with a golf cart and we never drive our car! We could not get that electric grill to work and I wish I had just brought my tabletop charcoal grill, but other than that, it was a wonderful vacation!

The folks at Have Travel Memories were great. They were incredibly helpful, quick to respond to issues and very accommodating when we forgot a couple of things. Great property management team.

We made a reservation just before the beach closings were announced- We paid for our trip in full. At first the agency offered no refunds for cancellation. Upon dispute they agreed to refund 50% and give a 50% credit for future stays. My family has been going to Destin since it was a small undeveloped fishing village, and its no different that the rest of small town America. News travels fast and the grape vine is the healthiest plant in the garden. My point is that locals likely knew of potential closings at least days in advance, but continued allowing reservations and collecting deposits. Its amazing how folks tend to show their true colors (GREEN) in challenging situations such as these...

The quality of vacation rentals at Havetravel is far beyond their competitors. They really pay attention to EVERY detail. We have stayed in several of their vacation rentals and are always pleasantly surprised by how beautiful, clean and well stocked each place has been. Their customer service is also prompt and very friendly. The white sand beaches, amenities, great restaurants and so much more is why we go back often. It’s a hot spot for our entire family to vacation. I highly recommend the Destin area of Florida and HaveTravel Memories Vacations!!
