The location was convenient to the beach ⛱. (We stayed 7/31-8/6) The condo was spacious & accommodated us. It was nice for them to provide cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Minimum to do at check out. Personally wouldnt stay here again. Floors were really dirty (black when wiped w/wet paper towel), sand/dust under beds, mold in bathrooms &window seals in bedrooms. Couldnt enjoy balcony bc boards were not attached. Safety issue for my toddler. We called to fix but they never came. Not enough parking. Had to park at other units. Needs updating & cleaned better especially for the price. This could be a great place to stay if they cleaned better & handled issues appropriately. Sand piled on balcony too. We know nothings perfect..but this made it where when we come back to FL, we will not stay at this location again.

Loved the place, had a wonderful time with my kids, we were all very excited, it is true about 3 minutes to the beach and most important of all very affordable for me and my kids, the place was clean, accessible, easy to manage and very pleasant management..Will definitely contact them again.If you have any question about this place, Contact management and they will help you with everything.God bless you guys.

Location was great-a short walk to the beach. The grounds could use some TLC. We needed to call maintenance and they were very prompt, friendly and professional! The private beach access and location was definitely prime!!! Quiet and family friendly. The pool is very small so it only takes a small group to make it crowded. We therefore did not use it!

Our stay couldnt have been better. Price was great, closeness to the beach - 5 min walk to private beach area, clean and stocked with pretty much anything you needwith the exception of food. My only recommendation would be not to get here after dark in a storm. Some of the signs are hard to see.

Beautiful white sand beaches, crystal clear water, seafood....accommodations were perfect. All the comforts of home, well stocked kitchen, playground, pool, and grounds. Property manager, Richard, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Will definitely come again.

We stayed in unit 1404. It was clean and so nicely furnished. Equipped with all the cookware one could need for family meals. Great back deck for morning coffee! Short walk to beach and restaurants. Convenient to outlet stores and Harbor Walk area. Landscaped grounds, playground, nice pool, grill area with picnic tables, tennis court complete the package.

Definitely needs to be updated. The beds and furniture are busted and sinking/sagging inStaying here while mold damage from Hurricane Sally is being handled at our house. Upside the place though very uncomfortable is closer to work and has a good walking path along beach road. Vacation rentals are out of control if we are paying this much for a fixer upper

This place met beyond our expectations! Close walk to the beach, access to in ground pool. Full kitchen and fridge, plus washer and dryer! Our condo was clean and each room was well decorated and inviting. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd stay there. We were in 301. We were four days without hot water. Couldn’t get it fixed because of the price of coming out over a holiday (the 4th). Flood was dirty, almost every pot/pan was dirty. There were 6 of us and was without a washer for a couple of days. Richard, the condo manager, was absolutely great. We were given the impression when we reserved this particular condo that it was right across from the beach. It was not.

Great place. Located right across the street from the beach. 2 min walk. Also next to a great beach side restaurant. Convenient out door showers to rinse off sand. Once pool. Parking can be hard to come by so check with each unit owner to see if they have a reserved spot. If not theres an overflow lot just a short walk away, I only had to park away from my unit once. Again a short walk so wasnt a big deal.

Very enjoyable time! All the amenities and alot of people had their pets! So it was win/win!😁

This condo is really disappointing in many ways. Very outdated and poorly maintained we were there at the very beginning of June the unit was filthy, the outside looked terrible the grass and plants were dead the only thing that was green was the pool, thankfully somebody called the Florida Dept of Health and they made them take care of the pool on the last day that we were there. I will warn you it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach so you might better bring a cart to carry your stuff.

Great place to stay! We went the week before Independence Day and it was very affordable and not too crowded! We will be going back. Possibly yearly! We had a blast!

Were spent a week here and it was very comfortable. Is a nice and quiet place with a nice pool that is open from 8am to 10pm. Our rental had great interior design. Every room was decorated with a beach theme and felt welcoming. We met up with one of the owners (Laura) and she was as nice as can be.

The place was in a decent location. The condo that we stayed in wasnt too clean. There are a few better options available in the area.

Nice condo community and very well kept and clean. Had nice places to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. We had a nice quiet neighbor where we stayed and a shirt 5 minute walk to the beach. Had a great time and would highly recommend. Also loved the closeness to Walmart and major highway of town.

Its nice just not cleaned well. Lose popcorn and dead bug under pull out couch.

Great condo for the price, there were minor repairs that should have been fixed prior to arrival though. Broken screen door, blinds missing/broken, broken glass sliding door, etc. This place would be so much more inviting by putting in very minimal effort.Also, we requested to check out at 12 instead of 10 and were told no way which I thought was a little inflexible.

This place is awesome! The condo we are staying in is fantastic. We are only a 4 minute slow walk to the beach which is absolutely awesome. The pool is very clean, nice tennis court, and easily accessible.

This place is great. It is big and we were more than comfortable. The pool is literally in our backyard. Its very private and relaxing pool. Beach is few steps aways, private beach. The condo has everything, just bring your beach towels and hair dryer. Beds are extremely comfortable. Dont think twice, book this place and start enjoying your vacation.

My wife and I brought our 8 year old granddaughter here for a five night stay. It is totally walkable to the beach. The premises are well maintained. The atmosphere is family friendly and we felt safe here. We would enjoy staying here again.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was amazing! We booked with the RedAwning Air B&B company and the service was awesome. The condo was beautiful and close to everything! We even were allowed to bring our two huskies. Pet friendly rentals are hard to find but this place is very accommodating

This was a very nice place to stay all the comforts of home, cleaner than any hotel iv ever stayed in, comfortable beds available washer and dryer pracltly on the beach. The only complaint was the shower had absolutely no water pressure, other than that I throughly enjoyed my stay at this condo.

Family affordable. ..with decent pool and playground. Condominiums are fully stocked. Just bring your own groceries and stay in and cook or go out. Nice quiet place for families with kids

Great location, right across from beach. Good for families, nice pool and bbq areas. Privacy fence around property, so kids seem safer playing outside, but totally blocks ocean view! A little older than expected, although seemed to be well maintained and recently updated. 2 great restaurants nearby.

Not the fanciest condos but they are very close to an excellent spot on the beach. The Dolphin reef is a nearby snorkel attraction.

Unit 10A is absolutely wonderful. Love the decor, the location is perfect. A 2 minute walk takes you to the beach via a private access gate. 10-15 minutes from anything you could need or want to do. We will definitely be staying here again!

Really nice, affordable place to stay on vacation. We had friendly, quiet neighbors and the owner was awesome to deal with. We were very close to the beach as these were right across the street!

Always pretty satisfied with our stay here overall, however there are a few things I hope they will consider such as: installing a walking path to Scenic Highway 98/beach instead walking through the entrance/exit/driveway, turning their tennis court space into a secondary pool or basketball court as nobody ever uses this, additional hose/spray areas.Both years that we have stayed here there has been shower draining issues, however, this is just a few of the minor issues we had. Overall we love it here and will continue to come back! We always have a blast and already missing being at our second home.

Love that it is pet friendly and right across the street from the beach. Did not like that it wasnt really clean. On the surface it looked great. Once we got settled and looked the condo is actually dirty. The light switches, cabinets, drawers and base boards are pretty dirty. If you are going to gathered us for cleaning then it needs to be done thoroughly and not just a quick clean.

Very nice average person condos in a family friendly quiet community, with a pool, playground, picnic tables, and grills. There is WiFi in the pool area and clubhouse. The people working there are very nice and helpful. The condos are a short 4 minute (0.2 mile) walk to the beach. The beach is one of the best in the US, very beautiful emerald color, clear water, and white sands.

Room are clean, very spacious. The decoration everywhere was overwhelming with very creepy fishes hanging on every wall, especially the one in the master bedroom above the bed frame. It is too pricy with what is offered. No refills available, like toilet paper and no housekeeping during the stay. The location of he beach is not as close as it is shown on the site (it was 15 minutes walking).Also, there was no wheelchair access which made it difficult to get up to the unit. This hotel is not handicap friendly which was the biggest problem.

Bobbie was nicer than the condo which was very nice, for the price, was unbeatable. Best vacation in years. Will be back next year if not sooner. The unit that we stayed in was nice and clean. HOT WATER TOO, LOL

This definitely would not be my first choice of condos to spend my vacation. We have stayed at quite a few that you got more for your money. These condos are more like apartments than condos which is a plus in my opinion. However these units are very outdated and ALOT of roaches.

Wonderful little beach house that is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Lovely spot with nice rooms and the A/C was great after a hot day in the sun.

Very clean family-friendly place to stay. Beach is about a 300 yard walk, but really not dealing with a lot of traffic. A shuttle service would make it 5 star.

I was trying to get a Maintenance Position with the Association and was called by Richard . They have gave me the Run Around two times now and not organized and not wanting to pay a good hourly wage for the Skills they are looking for . The person named Richard is very disorganized, very forgetful and also they are Liars about there hiring in the Maintenance Department . I have over 28 years experience in maintenance and repair and Level II & Ill Havac Certification as a Tech . Have also my CPO Certification for Pools !

To correct the others that have posted previously...it is not a private beach but a private beach access rather. Meaning that only guests can use the walkway to get to the beach. And regardless, why is it such a big deal to have a private beach? I rarely get to even see the beach anymore from the over abundance of resorts and hotels that provide a place to stay to people who come down for short periods of time and have the nerve to complain about their private beach not being private. I am not by any means saying dont come...I am just saying, please try to respect the local populace when visiting (especially while driving) You should realize that if you are late, oh well you missed a half hour at the beach or your dinner reservation...if I am late, I may very well lose my job. Dont drive 30mph in a 55mph zone and back up traffic just because you want to see the palm trees that arent even native to this area in the first place.With that said, Chateau la Mer is a fantastic place...I enjoy every moment I spend at our unit. Even though I live locally, its nice to have a quaint little place like this to come relax and escape on a mini-vacation of sorts.
