Stayed in Just Another Day in Paradise. The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all of the necessary kitchen items needed to make the stay enjoyable to include a separate ice maker (which was awesome)!!! The bedrooms were huge, mattresses were comfortable, and furniture was up to date. What you see in the pictures online is exactly how the house looks which was appreciated!!Communication with Cheryl was professional and emails were always returned in a timely manner. There were plenty of beach accessories, however the beach chairs were rusted but they were still able to be used. The addition of the gas grill was great as well. Beach access is just a couple of blocks away if you would like to walk but the shuttle service was a nice amenity to have. All in all we had a great time at Just Another Day in Paradise. We will be using Destin Comforts in the future when we return to Destin.

Rented a huge house right on the beach for a guys trip. We had an awesome time. So much stuff to do in Destin, a week isnt long enough. This will be a yearly trip.

Horrible people to rent from! Evicted us at night with children due to a visitor parking on the street. Twisted words and made a huge deal over something minor, had it been handled professionally. I do believe the lady had to be drunk or on some type of drug due to the way she was acting

We stayed at Simply Destin and couldn’t have been more pleased! The house was even nicer than in the pics. There was plenty of room, it was very clean, and everything worked great. Rich and Cheryl were always available even on weekends. When we arrived there wasn’t a grill so I called Cheryl and she had us a brand new grill within hours! They had removed the old one prior to our arrival because it didn’t work and had gotten us a new one. The pool is huge and the beach is close. As a matter of fact anywhere you would want to go is close to this property. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Cheryl and Rich for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous! We stayed at Beachaholic and I am already thinking of my next fix so the name is really fitting! We had a great view to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen! Condo was clean, up-to-date, can sleep 8 and had 3 bathrooms so no one was waiting to get in there. Short walk across the street and your toes are in the sand that feels SO GOOD! Like the good kind of bread flour or corn starch. There is a nice pool, great path for walking, running, or biking. Grocery store, restaurants and places for outdoor hanging are all close by! We cant wait to come back! Thanks!

I want to publicly thank Cheryl for doing the right thing in refunding our rental home that we had scheduled for next week. I had bought travel insurance through CSA and of course they found a way to not cover our circumstances. Never use them!! At a time when we all need to pull together, Destin Comforts is a shining example of how to bring out the best in all of us during this most difficult time. We stayed in the Gone Coastal. House had a great set up which accommodated many people . It was a little further from the beach then I was lead to belief but not bad because theirs a shuttle that picks you up at your door and takes you right to the beach . House is furnished with everything you would need, including boogie boards and beach toys and beach towels . Beds are not very comfortable. All in all a good experience for Grandmas 80th Birthday.

Emerald Palace, 10 Black Coral Cove, Miramar Beach, Destin Florida, in Emerald Shores Subdivision on.Hwy 98.We go every September and October to stay at the Emerald Palace property. Its beautiful, open, luxurious and roomy ! 2 pools on the property and a 2 block walk to the beach. They even have bicycles on property already for us to rent if we choose to ride on the Old Scenic Hwy 98!

Literally just got back from our 4 night stay. Without a doubt one of the best rental experiences we have ever experienced. We were looking for a place for our annual families gathering. This rental far exceeded our expectations. Cheryl, Rich, and Courtney were amazing and provided some of the best service ive received during vacation rentals. Were quick to respond, and happy to help. Highly recommend the Thunder the Sea home located in Miramar Beach. Amazing community, (2) community pools that were rarely used, and the kids set up was phenomenal. Will 100% be back next year and highly highly recommend this team!

This is the 2nd time we used Destin Comforts to book a vacation and they were very helpful in every step of the process. They made booking, check in, and the stay easy as can be. My family and I had a great time on vacation and will be using them for upcoming rentals in the future! Highly recommend!

We bought our first vacation home in Villages of Crystal Beach this past February and hired Destin Comforts to be our property management group. Cheryl, Rich, and all of their staff have done a great job working with us as homeowners, but also in their work with the guests who have stayed with us this year. But with Hurricane Michael, they went way above and beyond what I expected. Not knowing anyone there as a permanent resident, they took care of us by answering all of our questions, securing our home and getting all of the patio furniture, deck furniture, grill, etc inside the home so wind wouldnt blow any of that away. They then went through the community the afternoon the storm made landfall in Panama City, and sent a video to us of the homes around us as well as ours, showing how we had dodged a bullet with this Hurricane. I recommend them highly, and will continue working with them as long as they are in business!!

I recently booked the vacation home Just Another Day in Paradise with Destin Comforts for Labor Day weekend. The rental home was more than we expected and very clean! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the booking process. There was a small issue where they forgot to charge me for the fees and taxes after our stay. But they handled this problem and even charged the payment on their company card, which I did not expect them to. Now that is excellent customer service!! Will definitely be renting from them again! From my first inquiry to our last day in the Sun Shack, it was a pleasure working with Destin Comforts. Communication was very prompt and informative from beginning to end. The reservation process was truly a breeze. Working with Cheryl was an absolute pleasure as well. She was willing to address all my questions, was very helpful, and kind. Our entire group was extremely impressed with the Sun Shack and the properties grounds. The house had great resources regarding the surrounding area, was an easy (and pretty!) walk through the surrounding neighborhood to the beach, and was extremely clean and welcoming. It was conveniently stocked with all you need to cook or serve drinks and food for large groups. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amount of cleaning products and tools for cleaning (which saves you money!). The rooms and bathrooms are conveniently spaced so a large group doesnt feel cramped, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms and neighborhood is quiet. The house is very close to highly recommended restaurants, grocery, and liquor stores. The Lift and Uber drivers are also very kind and helpful in the area! We felt SO spoiled. One girl in our group even plans to recommend the house to her family to stay in on their annual beach getaway. I cannot say enough good things about this home and Destin Comforts. The white white sand and clear water of Destin drew is in, but this house was what made our vacation truly spectacular.

Ok so let me start off by saying the home is nice and the complex, Villages of Crystal Beach, is very well kept and maintained. However, this is our second time with Destin comforts and the experience has not been stellar. The first home we rented three years ago was BEACH NUT (2016). We lost power the night before we were leaving and lost all of the food in our fridge, not to mention, the last night of our vacation was a bust as we had no power the entire night. We called “emergency” maintenance and no one responded until the next morning at 7am where it took them minutes to get the power back on, why they didn’t come out when we called I still don’t know. And there was no compensation for this at all.Now we stayed at SAILFISH (June 2019), which says it accommodates 16 people, it does not. They are assuming that 3 people will share a king bed:-/. Then the stove didn’t get hot half the time and the master shower was broken. We called maintenance and was told someone would be out for both. Well 2 days later a person showed up for the stove only, and after 10 minutes told us there was nothing wrong with the stove of which we had been experiencing problems with the entire stay. And no one showed up at all for the shower. Then there were two big couches that really should’ve been sleeper sofas to accommodate more people but there were not one sleeper sofa in the entire home. The remotes to the TVs were missing, none of the blenders worked, the Kuerig was also not working. Also the wagon that sits out front with all the beach supplies should be put in the trash as it was completely rusted as well as all of the contents were broken. Not one chair in the wagon was operable and all the other contents were disgustingly rusted. The cleaners should be fired as the rugs were absolutely filthy when we arrived. We put our own towels down on the ground to step on because the rugs were so gross. The plates in the kitchen were also disgusting so we cleaned all of them prior to using. And a home that supposedly sleeps 16 people only was equipped with 3.5 coffee mugs...seriously??? And I say 3.5 as one was chipped and we couldn’t drink from it.And lastly, the parking is horrible as you can’t park more than 3 cars to a drive way of which doesn’t fit. And if you park on the street they will tow your cars as we watched two and three tow trucks drive in at one time to tow cars. They need to invest in some more parking or another overhaul area for vehicles to park.Don’t think we’ll go for a third time with this company as there is not a lot of pride taken with regards to their properties. But overall the stay was enjoyable as Destin is beautiful and we made the best of the home even with all the hiccups.

We had a family of 12 people stay at the sunny and share property for a week. The home is very beautiful and very spacious. From the time we got there until the time we left there was no hassel with check in or check out. The code on the door was great. We didnt have to worry about losing a key or forgeting to bring the key. It was a very simple code. I loved the fact that we could walk to the dollar general and the pools were right there. The walk to the beach (even with small children) wasnt bad either due to the tram, and our property had an extra wagon and chairs for us to use. Over all thanks to Cheryl and her great team at destin comforts we had an amazing unforgetable family vacation. I cant wait to be back. I would definitely reccomend staying at the sunny and share property.

Destin Comforts - Red Sea Retreat - Mold - Broken Furniture - Unclean- 15 of Red mold on Shower Curtains & Black mold in corners- Black Stains on carpets throughout- Multiple Broken Furniture or Damaged- Laundry Room - Both Washer and Dryer Broken Handles and missing pieces- Bed Valance torn and hanging- Downstairs Toilet clearly leaking at basin for some time but ignored- Walls headed up covered in black marks but too lazy to try cleaning- Management Charges $350 cleaning and $59 required Damage fee but must not used for cleaning and too cheap to even replace the shower liners covered in MOLD.- VRBO Booking blocks direct & truthful reviews if not booked thru VRBO allowing Management to only post reviews that look good.- Ms. Courtney was very friendly at 1st Booking - Ms. Cheryl was unresponsive after multiple calls while in unit attempting to book additional days - After 2 calls with messages during business hours the day prior and no call back I had to scramble to email the morning of departure and finally a response. When she did reply finally she was nice to work with. I did not report these issues during my stay as they have obviously been ignored for quite some time and are deemed OK by Management.Property has such potential to be really nice if it were Managed properly.Be wary of other properties without multiple favorable and VERY RECENT REVIEWS as most property photos are from nearly 10 years ago when properties were brand new.
