I was a walk in, greeted by a friendly stylist. Fast, super friendly, excellent haircut and awesome personality!! Kiiara will have me as a loyal customer for sure! This place certainly flies under the radar!!

This place is the worst. Don’t go here if you have a young child or a child with special needs. They will turn you away. They need shut down. I’m reporting them to the BBB today also.

I relocated to Destin and tried out SmartStyle for my hair needs. Kiiara did my hair and she did an amazing job. She was professional, pleasant, funny and an incredible hairstylist. I did not have to search for any other hair salon to check out. I will only get my hair done with Kiiara at SmartStyle.

I’ve been going for a while now. Terri is amazing! Super friendly and knows what she is doing. I enjoy talking with her about what crazy things to do to my hair next. Even when I come up with something outrageous she always seems to be able to make it happen.

Went in to get my hair cut while on vacation in Destin because it was looking a little rough. I talked with Terry and she understood what i needed. She ended up giving my hair a BETTER style than my current stylist at home! She talked about what would and wouldn’t work with my hair type and totally worked her magic. I did have a couple of pics on my phone that I was able to show her so she basically knew what I wanted. I wish she would come to Chicago and be my regular stylist! But I understand. 😩 Thanks Terry! I will be back to see you anytime I’m in town!

My wife had her nails done plus a manicure and pedicure. She was delightfully surprised with the service she received as they gave her the spa treatment. As a part of the pedicure she had her legs cleaned, massaged, hot stones, lotion and acupuncture. It was a great deal for only $5 more than the spot she normally uses. And received a spa type experience. It was pleased by the work they did and the nail color. We would both recommend this location for nails, manicure and pedicure.

Terri is a wonderful stylist. Great with color and creative with highlighting. Cuts and styling cute! I always get compliments. Highly recommend.

Always get a good haircut and the staff is very helpful. I use Jenice and am always pleased. Good salon, convenient, and fast.

Didnt even make it to the salon before giving it a zero rating. I was going to give it a shot despite the two one star reviews but when I called to ask very basic questions the girl on the phone was unwarrantedly ride to me. Even at the end when I nicely said okay, thank you! instead of any kind of a goodbye, I only received a pause before she just hung up the phone. Absolutely no way to run a business and the owner should be ashamed of this type of customer service . 3/27/17 @ 7:00pm

These must be competitor reviews other than mine I have been going to SmartStyle for years and never had a complaint. They have always treated me with professionalism and courtesy. And they dont take appointments its on a walk-in basis.

Went in for a cut, should have picked up on it...no other customer around. Got scalped, cannot even pinch hair above or behind my ear only on the left side, right side is kind of normal. No shampoo, just not the norm, quick cut heard all about her grandma and her dog, charged 40.00. And out the door. NEVER again..

Made an appt for myself and my 2 girls (yes it was Sunday and we just wanted shampoo/style for beach pics) I told this to sarah, who took my reservations when I called that day. When we got there 10 min early for our 2:30 appt. we were greeted by someone who was seating their next haircut and told oh, you must have talked to the other girl and she just left for the day. I stated that we had an appt. she took my name and number... She said sorry, she left! I understand maybe she had an emergency but the new girl could have honored our appts or at least tried to callUs to let us know she needed to cxl

Went in to get my roots done. Terrible result, turned out yellow. Would never go back.
