Wow!! Too bad I can’t give six stars. Jason and Will were incredible! We were here on vacation and Jason helped resolve my “check engine” issue. He cared first about making sure he determined what the specific issue was instead of just throwing guesses on what repairs were needed. Will was great at getting my truck in for repairs under our short time here. I need this shop to move to Jacksonville so I can have an honest and quality group to bring my F150 into. I’ve used these guys a couple of times and I have to say they are great! It’s hard to find people you can trust with your car. They are professional, friendly, and don’t make you feel like you’re a bother to you. They fixed what could of been a huge problem that I caused because I was trying to save a few bucks. Their prices are great and they communicate with you about the issues. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Fantastic and customer focused! Picked up a nail in a tire and both the local Goodyear shops were backed up full of vacationers. Goodyear guy called CARS to see if CARs could squeeze us in to plug the tire and the phone conversation and recommendation indicated they respected them professionally. CARs said no problem and immediately got us in, repaired, and back on road. Will definitely keep them in mind for future repairs!

I encountered a very unfortunate situation with my vehicle while evacuating for hurricane Ida. Eric was an absolute godsend. I called everywhere between Destin and Niceville FL and every place I called turned me down. This company told me to come on in and they would fix it. A guy at the front desk named Will even tried to get me into another location but due to the storm they had already closed for the day. We showed up and they took care of us immediately. I am from out of town, about 9 hours away. My engine splash shield under my car has a history of coming off and dragging on one side. Was so worried about the trip back home if I couldn’t get it fixed, but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge me anything! Best experience ever!

I have used CARS in the past, and been pleased. However, this time around I had a customer service issue. After making the issue known, the manager, Eric, was able to get us in to the shop early the next morning and diagnose the issues quickly and fix them on the spot.I certainly appreciate that Eric was able to make the situation right, and I’m likely to use CARS again in the future.

BEWARE OF THEIR QUOTES!! Went in for a car maintenance check and oil change. That went fine. Then they recommended that I replace the hood struts because they were giving out. Okay, understandable. But what is not understandable is that they wanted to charge me $450 to replace both of the struts that would have costed only $30 in parts. If theres some miracle struts that exist, I really would like to know. But even the mechanic said, yeah, its super easy to replace. So was it going to really be $420 in service?? Are you serious???

I thought I had already posted about how wonderful it was there. They were very good to fit me in when I called at the last minute because I needed my tire repaired, they did it quickly and it cost hardly anything, double bonus! And now he is going to put me in to take a look at my AC also oh, obviously they are extremely busy so I would call them right away! I look forward to continue working with them.

Tried 4 other automotive repair companies and they either couldnt run the diagnostic because it was a diesel truck or they were so backed up I couldt get in for another week. I called Certified Automotive and they young woman who answered the phone was professional and friendly. She told me to come on in and they would look at it right away. When I got there they took care of me right away. One of their technicians went over all the possible issues that may be causing the engine light, he had a list that he went over on his iPad. He patiently answered all my questions and said he turned off the light and if it turned on again to come back and they would advise on next steps. I was a bit shocked because they didnt ask me to pay for anything! So I went in my truck and sure enough the light was no longer lit. I drove it for a few minutes and all seemed fine. Feeling compelled to pay something for their time and kindness I went back to the shop, thanked them and asked to pay for the service. All of them refused and I was incredibly grateful! Not only was Certified Automotive professional, fast, and knowledgable, they were super kind...you cant find that kind of service just anywhere these days. Thanks again Certified Automotive, you made my week! I definitely will be using you for any future car trouble.

Very happy with and impressed with their service. Our alternater went out late in the day on a Thursday while on vacation 800 miles from home and they were able to get the part, schedule us and complete the repairs by early Friday afternoon. All for a very reasonable price. What could have been a major problem while on vacation ended up to be just a minor inconvenience.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!! They are the best!!! Jason is absolutely awesome. He explains things to me in a way I can understand since I dont know the exact science behind how cars work. He also doesnt suggest frivolous services. I love working with honest, knowledgeable people!!! The prices are reasonable and they get you in quickly. Very satisfied customer!!!!

I wont take my vehicles anywhere other than C.A.R.S. They always do an outstanding job at very reasonable rates. Their customer service is great. And to top it all off theyre located less than 1/4 mile from my house!!

Great service! I was worried about the price when my starter went out but they were completely fair. The lady even called me to tell me she found a starter $20 cheaper but that it would take longer to get it. They also have their own tow truck so I called them first to let them know Id be coming and then called AAA to get the tow from them which came in under an hour. It took about a day from the time I called the tow to the time I picked up my car all fixed up!

We have used them for years, but unfortunately too many bad experiences in a row ended the use of this business. When a job is quoted, you pay alot and expect it to be fixed, youre chancing it on their word, like a doctor or dentist that theyre being honest with you. More than 3 times now, we paid for a job and the car is not fixed....and then they ask for double the money and cannot explain why its not fixed in the first place. So 50 50 chance you just throw money away.

While on vacation 350 miles from home Ill check engine light came on. It was three days before New Years on Friday and we found this repair shop who diagnosed our problem and told us to drive over the weekend and come back Monday for the repair. They did the repair at a fair price and I enjoyed working with them. Its now 3 weeks later and the car is running fine so I would give them five stars.

I walked up without an appointment and the mechanic on duty (Jason) immediately put down what he was doing and ran a diagnostic for my car.Outstanding customer service. I brought my car in a couple weeks later and his repairs were exactly what he predicted and on the estimated price.All around great shop!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT trust these people with your vehicle. I took my vehicle in for an emissions leak and they had told me they fixed the problem. The next day when I picked it up the service engine light came back on after driving it half a day. I took it back in the next day and they said it was something else that was wrong with my vehicle. Just a bunch of time and money wasted!! Who knows what they did to my vehicle when they had it they must have just cleared the service light engine and said they fixed it!!! After taking it back in the next day for them to supposedly fix and see what the new issue was they said they could not locate the part needed to fix the vehicle, keep in mind they had all day to track the part after I set the appointment up at 8:00am and every time I called them for a status update they said they would get back to me and never called. I had to show up after hours to pick my vehicle up. This place is a joke DO NOT take your vehicle in if all you want is a person that knows how to swap parts out and charge you for the wrong thing!!!!!! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I had a broken handle on my Hyundia last week. I called Certifified and they found the part. I brought ht e car in and they were able to replace teh broken handle in 15 minutes while I waited! Great service and never have had to take a vehicle back to them due to it not being fixed properly.

I was on vacation and experienced a shake in the front end. Thinking it was brake rotors, I bought them and took them to Certified Automotive Repair. Jayson put it on the rack and looked at everything and determined it was the wheel hub and bearing and not the rotors. He could have put them on, charges me and sent me on my way but he didn’t. And he didn’t charge me a dime.If you live in the area or are visiting the area and need a repair, take it here as they are a very honest business.

These guys are awesome!After Hurricane Michael there was so much debris on the roads I had 3 flat tires in 4 days. I happen upon these guys right when I was about to give up.They were open just to fix flat tires and even though they were working without power like everyone else they refused to take more money than what they normally charge. No price gouging here!There was a line when I got there and a line when I left and they never slowed down.Much respect.

I went to the Chevrolet dealer a few miles away to see what was wrong with my car. They tried to take advantage of me and scare me into almost $4,000 in repairs. Im not someone who will just take their word for it. I went over the information the Chevy dealer gave me with other mechanics I know and things werent adding up. I decided to take my Suburban to get a second opinion here in Destin. We drove here from Texas for Vacation and I wanted some peace of mind before heading back Friday. I called in the morning and they said they were swamped but theyd try to look at my car if I left it there for the day. They squeezed my car in right before they closed and did a very thorough exam. They went through everything they found and went over all the things the dealership tried to sell me. It turns out only ONE thing the Chevy dealer told me was accurate. The rest was them trying to upsell me. Thank God for this shop. They were able to give me a lot of peace knowing what is truly going on with my car. I recommend this shop to anyone with car trouble. They were extremely helpful.

Great service and friendly staff. Called in when I had a brake issues, they had me bring the car in and they fit it into their schedule that day. They called back with a quote and recommended services within 3 hours of drop off. Had no problem when I mentioned I didnt want certain things done. Once the service and quote were given everything was finished as promised, the bill came to their exact quote, and all work was done to my satisfaction. While Im not local I will recommend this place to my family that Im here visiting when they need a mechanic.

While on vacation, my water pump went out on our Denali. Called Erick and he said hed get right on it. He did and installed new parts, complete that evening. Excellence! I truly felt like they were taking care of me, a strange feeling, when getting my car tuned up. My old used car went in for a gasket & spark plug change, turns out my engine is gunked up with sludge. They unfortunately recommended I need a new car but after all their hassle they only charged me for a 1/2 hour of labor!

Pulled in here, last minute, after having to be jumped off. It was late in the afternoon, and they looked to have been cranking all day long. After only waiting 5 minutes or so, the Mech popped the hood, determined the battery was completely dead, and changed it on the spot. These guys are GREAT and they are the epitome of automotive repair shop Customer Service. You wont be disappointed.

It’s sometime hard for women to find honest reliable machanics but these guys really came through for me. On my way to Destin for a girls weekend,(5hr trip) my A/C suddenly quit working. So we had to ride 3 hrs in 95 degrees with all on the windows down at 80 miles per hr. 🔥😳 looked up this place. Not only did they repair the a/c they charged me less than they originally quoted me. Now that just honest. You can trust these guys.

Got my brand new rims and tires last month bought them online, went to balance and mount them to this shop which is close to my house, paid 100 dollars as soon as I got the wheels back I noticed a shake at 55 to 60 mph on the road, called them asked if they balanced correct the wheels? they said they did excellent job on balancing and there is no way they made a mistake looked like they did not want to rebalance them again wasting their time i said ok then called them later a week they said it might need hub centric rings, i said ok eventually they said its not the rings and they dont know what might cause the shake. a week later went to different shop they charged 35 dollars for rebalancing the wheels bam!! guess what? they said the tires were out of balance, as soon as i left the second shop no more shake and vibration. 1star for incorrect balancing i was trying to figure out for few weeks what was the issue and now finally found it thanks to expressoil change knowing how to balance wheels
