Krystal Brown treated my business quote as if it was hers. She took the time to know my family, our business and myself. She scheduled a late night appointment (I get off past business hours) & went over my quote, I swear she had two pages of coverages that I didn’t realize I needed or that could happen for $30/Mo! She also explained how important it is to have a life insurance policy if you’re a business owner. I didn’t know that a life insurance policy could have living benefits that could help me if I was ever in a financial situation that could help keep my business above water. I def recommend her as your insurance agent she’s like that lawyer that you always have in your back pocket for advise but on insurance.

I honestly thought life insurance would be like $200 a month but when finding out it was under $20 a month I felt comfortable and at ease knowing I would be able to use it if needed for an wedding, college, my car, new home.. and I was surprised to find out if I dont ever use it I could use it for retirement with no penalties or taxes. Life insurance is better than 401K in all reality. I called and spoke with a lady named Angelina and it was the best experience. She was kind and well mannered. But I was discouraged when I did my quote online, it gave me a ridiculous amount that I couldnt afford, and then I received a phone call that changed everything. Kawana Evans went above and beyond to assist me with auto insurance needs, she made sure I got everything I needed plus a whole lot more. This is a great company! Theres a girl there by the name of Angelina i believe and she was SO helpful in finding me the insurance i needed and quoted me such a reaonable price! She didnt try to oversell me or take advantage of me. She even made sure before quoting me that she checked any and all discounts that may be available to me to save money. This office goes further by notifying you that your billing has changed due to (accidents, fines, claims) and reviews your coverage to help see where you can find a discount to save your billing. When your billing decreases, they find other products that help group it to reduce it further. For example, my car was included with a life insurance policy with my beneficiary listed as a resident in Mexico. I didnt need a social from the USA. UU., His social from Mexico was enough for this office. I feel safe knowing that if something happens to me, I can leave money for my family in Mexico. Another thing that this Agent offers are the annual reviews of your policy so that you know what you have instead of having the coverages in which you initially enrolled. She breaks it down so she can understand and have confidence in the coverage of her policies.
