However, a larger discount should be applied to my account due to the fact I’m not traveling to work, 66 years old, no accidents, and multi car discount with homeowners insurance. Mr. Chapman is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever came into contact with. When we first signed up at the office, he didnt have the decency or professionalism to greet us or welcolm us . He just sit at his desk and looked at us like we had a plaque. Later on we had an issue that resulted in us receiving a cancellation notice because of something that was or was not done in his office. This needed to be addressed. We called the office and he answered, he had no idea on how to resolve the issue, which I thought was bizarre by him owning the agency, but we were told that he will have someone call us back the next day. A week went by and no call. I called back and spoke with the person that handles that situation and he was not aware of the issue and was never told by Chapman. We were ready to drop him as our agent but couldnt because Allstate has some sort of policy that you have to stay with the agent who wrote the policy. The nly way to drop him is to drop Allstate for at least 6 months. Needless to say, we are shopping for a different company.

My vehicle quit on me I called Michelle and she went beyond the called of duty to get me some help thats what you call customer service.
