I have never had an issue with the company and whenever I have had to call in, the rep has always been professional, courteous, and helpful

It was hard to contact Mr. Bonner when a change was needed. Promised call backs were not made, and when you did get a hold of him he never changed or fixed what needed done without multiple messages or emails. I do not recommend him.

Mr. Bonner has been a great asset for my insurance needs. He is dependable, honest and very professional. I searched around for auto and homeowners insurance for hours on end until I came across Mr. Bonner. He not only beat out all of the competition, but during social discussion we found out we graduated high school the same year and that we knew some of the same people! Whenever I had a change of insurance needs, Mr. Bonner was sure to let me know the discounts associated with the changes and would always be straightforward with me on any additional costs. I will definitely recommend Mr. Bonner to friends and family when discussing insurance needs.

Terrible he was unwilling to help me pay my Allstate insurance because Im from out of town however the bill goes to Texas one would think he would be willing to help in his defense he said his computer was down Im just not buying

Service was fast and professional I will do business with them again in the near future.

Never answers the phone or return phone calls.
