These people are the worst. They accepted freight from FedEx that wasnt theres. Now we cannot get them to answer the phone. They dont answer their phones or speak any English. What kind of business people dont answer their phones ever?

Ive been using Polamer for shipping for the last 30 yeast. Never disappointed. You may find a few bucks cheaper price but not as reliable service as at this place.

I shipped my car to Poland. They were polite, however, even though there was much “talk” about shipping of my vehicle and all the details regarding the documents and procedures - as I found out later - they were not precise enough. Polamer in Des Plaines should synchronize with Polamer in Warsaw regarding the preparation of necessary documentation and the information they provide to their costumers. Upon picking up my vehicle in Warsaw at Polamer, they had problems with the internal internet system that delivers all necessary documents to the proper Polish Agency - Customs. I was surprised to see that my vehicle wasn’t stored in their magazine (internally) but was parked outside with other vehicles for a few weeks. The main gate to their parking (where vehicles were parked) was open all day long and everyone from the outside could enter - so all vehicles were exposed to that. On top of that, the polamer agent in Warsaw did not prepare the documents carefully and they were returned, so they had to be submitted again, which caused a huge delay. I spent 7 hrs waiting for the documents to be processed.

I cant say this is a good service. Workers are rude, they dont care about the customers so much, I was using their services two times and two times they couldnt write street and apt number properly, and if I wouldnt add the phone number the parcel would never come to the destination. Second thing they dont speak English, well this is big minus. I was using their services just because its the closest shipping office to my house.

The worst and I mean worst management here. I would not trust the owner or the management here. They have no consideration for your time or money.

I wanted to find out why at the beginning of the pandemic all information about parcels was on-line now the parcel was accepted in the location And in 3 weeks the same information whether after increasing the shipping fees you do not feel obliged to provide any information. Your radio advertisements inform the delivery 4-6 weeks nonsense parcels go over 2 months. to the main office also cannot be reached because the parcel department will not answer the phone shame As for a 40-year-old business

This is what my car looks like after shipping it in a container with Polamer. Over $ 4000 worth of damage. The worst part is that I paid for cargo insurance offered by Polamer. Car was received in Warsaw on May 15. It is June 16 now and I still havent received anything from the insurance. The insurance claims reps literally told me he has other claims to worry about now.Calls to Polamer go unanounced. Absolutely no support or customer care from this company! After over a month of this mess I am still not able to register and use this car in Poland since the amount of damage will not allow it to pass the state inspection. You have been warned!Heres what my car looks like after being transported by container through Polamer. Over 4000 USD damage. The worst thing is that I paid for the insurance offered by Polamer. I picked up the car in Warsaw on May 15. Its June 16 and I still havent received the insurance payment. The exceptional people I met today helped to implement the complicated project of transporting a heavy and delicate machine to Poland. 5 star rating is not enough.
