Not really driver friendly. Driver lounge and restroom area locked down. Need assistance for entry. Silly entrance only door and even more so annoying exit only door, which is locked, need to grab the attention of some random warehouse worker to gain access to leave. Chicago as a whole isnt the friendliest to drivers but this is a company that uses drivers as a main force. Its ridiculous.

If Lynn Uzzo was not working there, I would give forward Air a three star rating. Lynn was so helpful, calm, quick, and unbelievably control over her area. I cannot say enough about her. I would do business with forward air just because Lynn is working there.

Awesome place got some coffee a guy named spider took care of me. I was waiting along time due to a mishap. He made sure that I was a happy customer! Damn unheard of in Chicago

Because they offer you and at long run you just find your loads canceled.

They had a sign, saying they are hiring Dock workers and forklift drivers. Not say they only needed forklift drivers !

Forward Air is a commercial freight carrier company. The customer service/employee professionalism @ this location is smooth from start to finish.👍

Takes forever to get loaded here. Dont leave any straps or load bars in the back because the warehouse guys steal them. They also leave your trailer trashy.

! very irresponsible people! We waited 15 hours for us to call and said that the trailer is loaded!but nobody called us! when we came for the documents, the employee said that the trailer had been loaded for a long time. we are outraged! Is it really that hard to call! now we are late for unloading! The second time I encounter this company is a terrible service!

Nice place but they take forever to unload your trailer. Hire some more forklift drivers. Plenty out their looking for work.

I hope never visit this place again.

Deal with a lot of companies and this one really did their part to make sure I was able to get on the road with my load.

Anything you hear from customer service is usually wrong. They guess to get you off the phone because they know that you will not talk to the same person twice. Their service sucks the big one, anything critical will arrive late, short or damaged. If you file a claim, they just deny it. If there were ANY alternative, I would be all over it.

Docs sent before their cut off time for airport pickup, told them close time is 5pm and it was the LFD, and they claim they did sent the driver but it was after 11:30pm on Friday. This will be my first and last time using forward air in Chicago area. The dispatchers name was Louis according to Amber in customer service.

Fast, easy, no bull drop and hook. The shipping guy handed the paperwork with the trailer number and said Hook it and book it out a here 15 minutes from arrive to depart.

Very unprofessional staff at this terminal. They never call to let us know when loads get canceled.
