I absolutely love going to the Salvation Army Des Moines Temple Corps. It is sad to say Lieutenants Joey and Pamela Gates are leaving this post, but their leadership in this church has definitely been amazing in the essence of helping me come back to God and turn away from my old ways.

I went to see if I could find some stuff for a project... And OMG prices are way too high. Who ever is pricing the stuff at this location doesnt or had never been. At the mall. Because the prices are like you buying NEW actually some stuff not even brand new are that expensive cuz most time there is specials going on at the mall.

Really helpful when you need emergency assistance! Front desk clerk is always very nice and helpful!

The clothes are packed so tight on the racks that there is no room to look at them. I end up knocking hangers off and I have to take each hanger off the rack. It irritates me that I cant slide the hangers when shopping.

The lady working at the desk is the meanest, most poor excuse for an employee of this kind of public service source I have ever encountered. She never should be employed by any public relations firm or association with the public.Miserable person! Not helpful at all and condescending. Please review her performance!

Over all very thankfull (Im not complaining, only letting others know what to expec) have to call in monday between 8:30-9 & pray you have enough phone minutes to keep calling back not only PRAYING it rings through, but also that funding is available for what your seeking by time u get through & tht appointments arent full already ( every situation is different) WHEN THEY TELL YOU THE THINGS U WILL NEED what things you need to bring to your appointment, if you go arrive not having every thing needed then you will be asked to call back Monday to sign up up and with every thing they need to even considere
