Um. I cant believe this is an actual business. Im actually laughing. I would be so embarrassed to work here. The only people who work here are those who have no pride in their work. Calling them is a waste of time. Nobody seems to know anything and i was given 4 different numbers before finally reaching someone that knew a little information i was looking for. The website wont allow me to create a password. I tried 10 times before calling it quits. Definitely needs work.

So they leave people in need to hang high and dry at the end. But hey I guess I’m not gummy enough to get free stuff huh!?!?

Very helpful for those in need.Was in a rut at one time in the past.Had a job but no place to live permanently.Was staying at Hotels.The IDHS give me a voucher for the deposit and one month rent to help get me out of the rut!!! Havent needed any assistance since.That was about 17 years ago.I am grateful for that!!

I am an iowa child care provider and Ive been taking child care assistance for 8 years now. These last 3 months Ive had nothing but problems with DHS, they have been very rude and disrespectful when Ive called asking questions. The last conversation I just had with them I was hung up on! Many iowa providers are stopping CCA bc of the way DHS treats us. Its not fair to our families that need good providers and need help with the costs and its not fair to us providers who do this for a living and get treated like garbage!
