Always happy to donate doo-rags for the kids
The people are so nice and helpful I dont really know how well we would have done what were doing without them. Their cause is a really good cause and I hope one day we can give back to them the way theyve given to us. 💕
The staff is extremely wonderful and understanding of all situations. The meals are absolutely delicious. Everything is always very clean, and there are always fresh baked goods around and plenty of other snacks to take on the go during a busy time. Huge laundry room with new washers and dryers. Plenty of entertainment and ways to wind down at the end of a long day. The staff provided us with toiletries and everything else we needed and more. Always felt extremely comfortable and safe.
Great place and very nice, but one suggestion is to inform people that you have to use the room every day or youll be on the non welcome list. No one said anything to me about that. Next time management should say something.
Great place we are staying in during my sons hospital stay after a bad accident. Awesome people running the place. Have recommended this place to friends. 👍👍👍👍👍
Great job 👍 gave us a wonderful place to stay while watching Niclas get better
Provided Kindness rocks to the container. And toured the building which was incredible. A very good place for parents with hospitalized children.
Nice clean room comfortable bed. Was able to get some much needed sleep during my daughters hospital stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. They blessed me with kindness.
Very caring staff went above and beyond after I had my son!
All and everyone we have ever encountered with the foundation has shown my whole family love and caring emotions, God bless the Ronald McDonald House, and thank you from all of our hearts
Although it does claim to help families it forgets to mention those it doesnt help. My daughter has been at Mercy in the nicu for over a month. She was born with Gastroschisis. We live over 2 hours away so driving to the hospital daily isnt an option. Her status changes constantly so we cant go home either. We planned on staying at Ronald Mcdonald house since I was 6months pregnant. It was till hours before giving birth I got told that we didnt fit the criteria to stay at ronald McDonald. It broke my heart that we couldnt stay close to our daughter and we had no options. We are currently stay in the nicu with her. I sleep in a recliner every night. We are unable to access showers, laundry, food or anything without paying for it. We have had to pay $12 just to shower at a truck stop. I am very thankful that ronald McDonald helps families. But it needs to state also that it turns families who need there help down as well.
Friendly kind staff. Quality care.
Great place for those in need of a close place to stay. Staff and volunteers do a great job.
Actually help build this, people here are great.
Amazing place for families to be while the have a little one in the hospital, there is not enough kind words to describe the staff and the service the provide.
Life saver ! This organization does amazing things to support families during stressful chaotic times by fproviding shelter food toiletries kidsactivities and emotional support . We were in NICU and couldnt have done it without our week at the House.
It is a great place, just like another home while visiting child in hospital.
I cant say enough good about this! It was a wonderful experience in a time of chaos!
I volunteered here back in 2008. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help those in need. If you require assistance give this place a try!
