I have contacted CSR at least 4 times and given his addresses. He has been incarcerated many times in several states and never was found. They have NEVER EVER helped. EVER EVER! BY the way, hes in Kansas City. Oh I forgot you dont care!!
Horrible. Good luck getting anyone to answer this phone number or returns any voicemails. I’ve had issues for 5 years with these people and it only gets worse. Customer service for CSR in Iowa is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When you actually can get someone on the line, they are all totally rude and completely insensitive. Where are the supervisors in this place?! How can payees get ANY specific information regarding our cases and payments that isn’t available on the hotline??? If I could have given them 0 stars, that would have been way more appropriate than 1. They don’t even deserve a HALF. What a joke.
They dont care about anybody.
