Terrible Service, do not hire. This company installed our septic system quickly because our house sale was pending on it (that we appreciated) However, since then the system has sunk over 12 inches into the ground. The power going to it has sparked outside our house and inside at the breaker panel. The system itself frequently smells. We called when the system sparked and a different company came out to put our system on an extension cord and said Thomas Brothers would contact us. That was months ago. Thomas brothers scheduled a day to come look, never showed up, and hasnt answered phone calls since. DO NOT HIRE.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!Was told the job would be done a certain day and nothing, they asked me for half the money to start the job and i gave them 1k and when i saw nothing was getting done after 2 months of waiting i asked for my money back. nor have they done the job, or gave me my money back. THEIFS!!!!!

Seriously! I called for an annual inspection. It was scheduled and no one showed up. I called in after waiting around 4 hours. She didnt have me on the schedule. Scheduled again and no one showed up. This time crew was sick and she didnt have me on the schedule anyway. Scheduled one more time. Called in after waiting around again. She said my name sounded familiar but didnt have me on the schedule. Oh my flippin word! I told her to forget it... she couldnt wait to get off the phone with me :/ Ugh!

Had an emergency back up in our house..Thomas Brothers was here with 2 hours got the issue resolved ..Excellent job guys !!

I set up a septic tank inspection with them because I am selling my house, at this time they said they would except payment at closing of the house. I called the day of the inspection to get a time because they had not shown up yet. The lady on the phone gave me the run around saying that now they need the payment upfront and that he cant get to me until next week or 2 weeks away! Very unprofessional do not do business with these people I repeat do not hire them!

I contacted this company to have a cleaning done they were very unprofessional we had to contact them several times before we could get them to come out they never scheduled a time and claimed they came out and no one answered the door they didnt bother to call and the lady answering the phone wow! She was argumentative and even called back later in the day to continue to try to convince me that its was my fault the job was not done because I wasnt home after days had passed without a appointment or calls.

This company has left my great grandmothers yard a complete mess- and with promisesto come andfinish what they started. Well a year later and after MANY calls to have themcome backout- they still havnt come to finish and clean up what they were paid to do. Beware! Do not do business with this company

Hired this company to replace an entire septic system in a house we were purchasing. The seller needed to have it replaced before we could purchase the home. Thomas Brothers Septic did replace the system in July and were very aggresive on making sure they were paid, which they were by the seller. It is now the end of September and the job is still not complete. We have yet to recieve the risers and the entire backyard is still a huge mound of dirt that needs to get moved and the septic system is still not covered. SEVERAL attempts have been made to Larry and he is refusing to finish the job. BEWARE, and do not hire this company!

Horrible service. Run away.
