I am taking the time to write this review because Swift Properties knowingly allows areas of their parking lots to be set up as tow traps- areas without parking signs and no way for a person to know parking there will get them towed. Parking in one of these spots will get you towed within an hour because they actively patrol the lot waiting for unknowing people to park in one. The following image is of their Mulberry Pointe Apartment property located in Bondurant, Iowa.

My family had a wonderful year living at Mulberry Pointe. The staff was very responsive to any issues that came up. The complex was clean and well maintained. I would recommend living there!

I love how precise bill is when he comes to work In my unit. He addresses everything he notices and walks you through everything he does.

Nice place to live. The management was quick to respond to correspondence and maintenance requests; sometimes within the hour. The fitness center is clean and stocked with full free weights; two treadmills and stationary bikes each. Very clean and modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I felt very safe. Neighbors also generally quiet and friendly; no complaints. My apartment had modern fixtures and having a washer/dryer unit was amazing. Highly recommended.

Swift Properties just sent out a non-renew to my friend for a property shes lived in for three years, never once paid late, in the middle of a pandemic. In what world is this ok? Y’all are seriously disgusting to do this to someone not even 60 days before she has to be out. Most places require first months rent and a deposit, which can easily be close to $2000. Did this never cross your mind when deciding you’d kick someone out of their home?**edited to add to their response—she has reached out through email and text and has gotten no response back.

Rented a garage. Garage was very dumpy with rodents and rotten wood/beams. Management had deceptive and non-standard practices regarding lease terms.Furthermore management refused to discuss the matter and insisted that being busy with vacation email was justifiable reasons to ignore customers.

I found my place almost 5 years ago. It’s perfect! Maintenance is the best. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and address concerns quickly. They’re diligent with the current improvements they’re involved in here on site. Management is the best! Ashley responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

Ashley went above and beyond to help ua het our beautiful apt. We r so very happy and grateful. She has been great to work with.
