Love the care I receive, only problem is you can’t get care when they never answer you or give you actual numbers that you can talk to a human being. My meds have horrid side effects and I can’t even get through to my doctors. They DO NOT answer their phone. If you seriously have mental problems DO NOT come here. It’s not worth the care if you cant get to it. Ridiculous. Everyone is shocked that they ignore all my calls. We will be coming in again today. Pointless.

Been trying to contact this facility for 3 days with not even a call back. So much for we care about your mental health cause yall are driving me crazy!

The only problem with this place is you have to have at least 2 hours to do the initial intake, and then some of the other assessments they do toward your care require at a minimum a few hours as well. Once you go through this process though its pretty painless to get regular weekly appointments scheduled. They also offer group classes to help with therapy while youre waiting to get all of that sorted out. All in all its worth it once you get passed the first hurdle. I also like that you have a care team and everyone works together to help you with your care.

Although at present they do not have a specialist that can treat dissociative identity disorder, they most definitely are kind professional welcoming and all around professionals that will happily help you and connect you to the resources you need to get well.

They have handled my mental health with great care. I have a team that works with me, I never have any trouble getting weekly appointments, and the receptionists recognized me after the first few visits and always greet me by name.

This place is an absolute waste of your time. I would suggest going ANYWHERE ELSE! They have you jump through hoops just to have to wait to then send you home telling you that they cant help you today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY! There are many other facilities.

They have bottom floor health point medical clinic upstairs is dental through health point & valley cities
