Joel’s auto repair repaired a tire that had a piece of metal in it. As a single female, not from the area, I was worried about getting taken advantage of when calling around for help from businesses I called near me that I found on Google. Joel’s was closed at 7 am, however, they answered and they said I could come and they would repair my tire. They gave me specific directions from where I was at. The gentleman at the front was very kind and friendly, I didn’t catch his name. Steve repaired my tire for me and he was also very kind and friendly. Steve was happy to help and I was very pleased with the service I received! Thank you so much for your help so early in the morning! I would recommend this business over and over again! Feeling appreciated as a customer is not something to yank for granted. Your business will be appreciated here!

Totally happy with outcome of recent repair. Steve worked me in as a first-time customer, quickly found problems(ignition module/coil pack), and off I went by early next morning. Am enough of an old mechanic to be dangerous (sometimes) so I appreciated his knowledgeable manner.Price fair & reasonable; would surely rely on this shop if needed again.

Joel is the best. He is a salt of the earth type person. Hard working and is as honest as the day is long. Has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. Just the other day took vehicle to him for second option on a check engine light when i was not comfortable with the dealerships prognosis. Joel saved me over a thousand dollars . He diagnosed the problem as a bad gas cap which cost me twenty dollars. Problem fixed, check engine light went out. The dealership had told me that it was a bad transfer case motor and that the repair would of cost over a thousand dollars. Thats right the dealership would have replaced the fuel cap and charged me a grand for a repair they did not do. I trust Joel 1000% . He has saved me more than once from getting ripped off by the big dealerships.

My family has taken our vehicles to Joel for 10+ years. His service is excellent, his pricing is reasonable and very fair. I had an emergency once when my Jeep started leaking Freeon and the closest shop was Carmax, they charged 5 times more than Joel. It is a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his Auto Repair Shop, very nice people.
