My battery had died on a Sunday morning. I had called a company that looks for companies in the local area. They dispatch someone but That party didn’t show so I called in and found out it be two hours before they would be there. I readjusted my plan and called this company by just looking at Google.I see why they get good reviews they were out To me within 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I would say use them if you can. And the driver was very nice

This company misdelivered AND damaged my car! A towing company has primarily one job, deliver a vehicle from point A to point B, and they could not and did not do this.This towing company was selected through my car insurance provider for local roadside assistance. I needed it towed from the side of the road, well within city limits, to an auto shop. I provided the address for the auto shop directly from google, and I know it is the correct address as I have used navigation to get to the shops location in the past. The distance is less than 2 miles.The tow truck driver seemed nice when they called me to verify where my car was, which was reassuring considering the typical stereotypes associated with towing companies. Unfortunately, this is where the good news ends. The towing company claims that they delivered the vehicle to the correct address, but yet the auto body shop claims they never received it. The auto body shop was open when the towing company claims they were dropping the vehicle off, so why were the keys not left in the appropriate drop box and/or given to the front desk? I was told this would be the case if the shop was open and frankly, considering that they do not provide personal transportation (aka I was unable to ride with my vehicle in the cab of the tow), Im not sure why they would not give the keys to the auto body shop when that is clearly where it is supposed to be delivered.UPDATE: My insurance company made them go get my car and deliver it to the correct address once I confirmed where my car was, which was pure luck that I ran into it while having a friend drive me around. My car ended up having scratches on the side, and my gas cap doesnt sit flush with my car anymore. Go with a different company if you can.

Came to my car pretty quickly, towed to location only 1.5 miles. Job well done. High price for towing compared to other companies. If I had time I would’ve looked for another lower price.

My car made some scary loud clunking while driving on I-80 W for work. Pulled off to the side and found out my car would no longer move (broken axel). Called G&S and they were there before their estimated time, 45-60 minutes, and made the process super easy to get the car to our mechanic. The guy driving the truck was nice and professional. Called back to the office to pay for the tow and was back home in no time. Would highly recommend using them for anyone who is in need of their services!

It only took 30 minutes or so to get to me. The driver was courteous and knew what he was doing. Pleasant conversation and dropped the car in right parking spot like a boss.Kudos and thanks for the help.

Its a tow company. You pay them, you get things towed. Simple enough. They moved me from point A to B. Good enough.

The girl behind counter is great live her but they send you a letter about getting your personal property then wont let you and then when you pay for it what they tell you it costs and what they charge is not the same then I got my Saab back damaged with a spit bumper

Tried to call for a tow and asked to verify that it was the correct number because they have two different numbers, one on google and one on their website. When I called all they said was “hello”, I asked “is this G&S towing?” And they refused to answer me. Bad customer service.

1. Had vehicle towed end of Oct. Tow truck drove off driveway and left 25 ruts 6-10 deep. Called that day and left message. Never received call back so called again and several times more. All I wanted was ruts filled in before ground froze. They did deliver 3 bags of dirt which barely fixed damage. I called to thank for the 3 bags but told them that was not near enough and ask for more. Never heard back so I bought 20 more bags of dirt and fixed. Finally was able to talk to Darrell and told him I what I had done. He asked what he could do to fix situation. I said $30.00 should cover the dirt and I would be happy with that even though I spent several hours fixing. He said he would mail check. I have called again leaving message that I am still waiting on $. No call back, no apologies, nothing. I am tired of calling, leaving message with no call backs. I feel I am not asking for much here since I am out my time to repair your damage but would like reimbursed for the dirt.2. please stop by and we will take care of that for you was the response to my first review. I did and AGAIN left phone number and AGAIN no follow up from anyone. All I am asking is for reimbursement for the dirt to fill in the ruts that I spent several hours fixing. I dont think I am asking too much here. You have my contact information as I have left it numerous times. Still waiting to get this resolved.

Office was Professional. Said driver would call but he did not. And seemed short with me.Would not give us a ride to the auto shop. Thank fully a stranger would give me a ride the mile up the road. Nice being an out of towner.Cheap service thou.

The dispatcher was not polite over the phone. After multiple attempts to get an ETA through the company and through my insurance company I had to cancel the tow and go through someone else. The initial ETA for the tow was 9:00am I waited until 10:30am to cancel after they kept pushing back the time.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had them move a car with 4 flat tires and drop it on my trailer. Took a little time but all in all was a heck of a lot easier than trying to load it myself! Would recommend for a tow service.

Wonderful staff, I needed a fast tow they delivered within an hour. I asked for noon to 3pm and it was towed by 9am on a same day call. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with towing and hauling needs. Very professional including a picture of the delivery of the vehicle for my documentation. We had a minor accident. Tow ban was in effect so had to wait until the following day. Great service from Darrel and his driver. They picked my vehicle up and delivered it when and where I asked. They even sent me several pictures of the vehicle, the accident scene, and any damage they saw from the accident. Would highly recommend this company!

I ran over a wire from a yard sign. After finally giving up on getting the spare using the defective equipment that came with the truck, I called G&S. The dispatcher was kind and helpful, including looking up the address of the tire store where I was taking the truck.The driver was there quickly and had my truck loaded in no time. Front bumper ripped off and back console INSIDE console ripped off not how I left it when it was toed so they actually caused MORE damage than was already done! Extra charges tacked on for clean up when there was nothing to clean up and whoever I talked to female was extremely rude when I asked her to explain charges!

My driver Jay is salt of the earth. He took the extra care to make sure I wasnt getting spark.

Cost of towing was right in the middle of the quote I was given, Jay was super nice, and helped me push it around the corner to where I needed it parked. Very thankful for his help!

Son blew a tire on his way home from school on a Friday at 4:30 pm. They were responsive and quickly arrived to help. Got him towed into Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Service Center had a used tire that they installed. Great service all around

I called G&S to tow my vehicle home. The employee was very unprofessional in the way he addressed me. I simply asked if he wanted me to put it in neutral to which he responded, with a negative attitude, “Do you want to hit your own truck?”. He continued to have an abrasive attitude every time I’d ask a simple question. The only time he was professional was when he asked for the form of payment I wanted to use. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason I’m giving them a one star is because its the only option to submit this review.

Excellent, timely service for down vehicle that was a great value. Driver Jay was very particular not to cause any damage to the vehicle. On my short list if need ever arises again for flatbed toe services.

When I got ahold of G & S, gentlemen was friendly and informed me that it would be a little bit but they would call me when they were heading over. I had some errands to do so I called back to see if I could just drop my keys off at the office and the lady was super nice and allowed me too. The tow truck driver was at my location quickly. He was friendly and extremely helpful. After putting the spare on he found that it didnt have air in it. He had an air hose in the truck so was able to get air in my tire.He was a very nice young man and he got me back on the road quickly. He informed me not to drive to far or to fast and said to add more air soon. I really appreciated all his help!
