I was here to pick up a piece of equipment from their auction department. They require a 24 advance notice. They charge 100 dollars to use their dock to load you. They took over 3hrs to load me. They said because the equipment had a hydraulic leak. How long does it take to put hydraulic fluid in a cat wheeled loader. They have 3 big shops here that work on garbage trucks, dump trucks and cement mixer trucks. All which require hydraulic fluid to operate. So what takes so long to put hydraulic fluid in a piece of equipment and drive it on a trailer. They do seem like nice people but the department I dealt with failed expectations for a first time visitor to this place.

My fan clutch gave out on me and I had critical load thanks to Nate at housby he stayed way past his shift got me back on the road! 💯recommended!

This place used to be good they have 4 of their own trucks inside its been 2hr i cant back up or go around stuck The employees are standing eating drinking nobody working

We had to drop off a truck to have the Izuzu calibrated, they had to test drive the truck,When we went to pick up the truck a piece of Bodywork was missing off the front of the truck they kind of told us to pack sand.The guys in the parts department are excellent though. We asked the service writer to check the video when the truck was dropped off at have the Bodywork they did not seem interested in all trying to come to a resolve we told them we had to have a piece of body work to put back on this thing so our customer would not be upset and their response was its not our problem, this is another area I tried to get along and work this out, but in the end I dropped off our customers truck and I have to take care of the body work

Parts personal didnt listen and just assumed what part I needed, and they were wrong, no arguments they ended up getting right part but they should have listened the first time to save me time waiting in service area

Service is ok, but if you need parts Kenny is probably the best parts guy Ive ever talked to hands down.
